Bodegas Ondarre Millennium Cava Traditional Method Brut NV 750ml
Bodegas Ondarre · Millennium Cava · Brut NV · Traditional Method · Spain · 750ml
Bodegas Ondarre’s Millennium Cava is a traditional method sparkling wine crafted in the classic Cava style — secondary fermentation in the bottle, extended lees aging, and the kind of creamy, biscuity complexity that sets Cava apart from simpler sparkling wines. Made from Macabeu, it delivers exceptional value at this price point: 92 points from Wine Enthusiast for a wine that is simultaneously full and creamy, dry and fresh, with a well-balanced acidity and an elegant, fruity finish. Sustainable.
Very pale brilliant yellow with regular, fine lines of bubbles rising to form a crown. The nose is very pleasant — light, fresh aromas of Seckel pear, vanilla bean, and nutmeg, with secondary notes redolent of bottle aging and floral shades. On the palate, lightly effervescent and beautifully textured — peach, green apple, vanilla, and brioche coalesce in a vivid, elegant, and long finish with an agreeable, well-balanced aftertaste.
“A soft column of bubbles releases a bouquet of Seckel pear, vanilla bean and nutmeg. Lightly effervescent on the palate, this wine offers flavors of peach, green apple, vanilla and brioche that coalesce in a vivid finish.”

The Flying Bicycle Rioja Vegan Organic 2024 750ml
The Flying Bicycle Rioja Vegan Organic 2024
67Wine.com Professional Review by Oscar Garcia Moncada: 20-35 year old vines. Certified Organic and Vegan; 100% Tempranillo entirely aged in concrete vats. Not filtered but lightly clarified. Notes of red berries on the nose with an enticing mouth-feel. Red currant, juicy blackberry. Medium-bodied with crisp and enticing finish.
Winemaker's Story
"The Flying Bicycle" is Germán Blanco's new project in Rioja Baja. With the help of fellow oenologist Javier Collio, Germán sources fruit from certified organic vineyards in the Navarra part of the appellation. The vineyards are dry-farmed with an average age of thirty-five years, grown in a mix of clay and limestone. Following the Milú philosophy of "happy wines made from happy grapes," the grapes are de-stemmed and fermented at cold temperature from native yeasts. A slight maceration before the end of fermentation creates a delicate and fresh wine. No oak is used, and the wine stays in concrete tanks for five to six months.
Perfect Pairings
Grilled meats, rich stews, aged cheeses, roasted vegetables, and pasta with tomato-based sauces. Serve slightly chilled for best results.

Cavicchioli Lambrusco Dolce — Emilia-Romagna, Italy
Cavicchioli is the benchmark producer of Lambrusco — a family winery based in Sorbara, Emilia-Romagna, with over a century of experience crafting Italy’s most beloved sparkling red. This is the wine of the Emilian table — the one that flows at Sunday lunches alongside prosciutto, mortadella, and tortellini in brodo. Serve it well-chilled and enjoy it without overthinking. Life is too short for serious wine at every meal.
The froth is evanescent with a violet hue and continuous, fine perlage. The color is a brilliant ruby red. The nose is fruity and floral — fresh red berries, a whisper of violets, and a gentle sweetness that is inviting rather than cloying. Dr. Konstantin Frank Rkatsiteli 2024 750ml
Dr. Konstantin Frank Rkatsiteli — Finger Lakes, New York 2024
Dr. Konstantin Frank is the founding father of the American vinifera movement — the visionary who, in 1957, planted the first European vinifera vines in the Eastern United States on the southwestern hills of Keuka Lake and ignited a revolution that forever changed New York wine. Four generations later, the Frank family remains the benchmark for Finger Lakes winemaking — and this Rkatsiteli is their most ancient and extraordinary expression. Rkatsiteli is a Georgian grape variety dating back to 3000 B.C., making it one of the oldest known cultivated grapes in the world. The 2024 is crafted as an amber wine with one month of skin contact — a nod to the ancient Georgian qvevri tradition — resulting in a wine of striking complexity, texture, and depth.
The nose is arresting and aromatic: toasted orange peel, macerated apricot, orchard blossoms, fresh ginger, and cardamom. On the palate, zesty citrus unfolds with layers of stone fruit, framed by a gentle tannic grip reminiscent of a light red. Full-bodied with subtle warmth, this amber wine balances texture, spice, and freshness in a style that is genuinely unlike anything else in the glass.
- Producer: Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery, Keuka Lake, Finger Lakes, New York
- Vintage: 2024

Jeb Dunnuck 91 Points | I always love this cuvée, which offers tons of character for a great price. Classic Noval notes of spicy red and blue fruits, orange blossom, cigar, tobacco, and candied mint emerge from the NV Black, and It's round, supple, and full-bodied on the palate, with nicely balanced sugar, a layered yet elegant mouthfeel, and a great finish.

The palate is medium-bodied, very sleek on the entry, fleshy black fruits, sloe, spice and just a hint of white pepper, leading to a very focused finish.

Grgich Hills Estate is one of Napa Valley's most storied and celebrated wineries, founded in 1977 by Miljenko "Mike" Grgich — the Croatian-born winemaker who famously crafted the 1973 Chateau Montelena Chardonnay that defeated the finest white Burgundies at the legendary 1976 Judgment of Paris. Paltrinieri | Solco | Lambrusco dell'Emilia | Emilia-Romagna, Italy | 2024 | 750ml

Sandeman Fine Ruby Port Porto 750ml
Winemaker Description
Descended from the fiery Ruby Porto wines originally shipped by George Sandeman in 1790, Sandeman Ruby Porto is still made traditionally, to be rich and robust, yet with a special depth of flavor and the finesse, achieved by expertly blending wines from Sandeman's large and varied stock.
Brilliant red ruby in color, with clean aromas of red fruits, plums and strawberries, Sandeman Porto Fine Ruby has full rich flavors and is very well balanced. Rich, round, balanced in the mouth, with overt flavors of fresh plums and red fruits.
Traditionally matched with full flavored and creamy cheeses,Sandeman Ruby Porto combines well with chocolate desserts, strawberries or berries and fruit pies.
This wine does not require decanting. Serve in a large glass. Can be served slightly chilled, or with a splash of soda, also as a "hot Porto" (served at round 50°C). Once open Sandeman Ruby can remain fresh for up to 4 weeks. Winemaker Description.
Chateau Moya Cotes de Castillon 2016 750ml
Expert Review - Vintage 2014
The Wine Enthusiast 90 Points by Roger Voss | This is a ripe wine, already approaching maturity. It has rich tannins and a generous structure. The wine is full with plenty of black fruits and balanced acidity. Black currants and spices mingle easily. The wine will be ready to drink from 2018.
Winemaker Description
On the nose, the wooden, toasted, and spicy notes stand out. Ripe red fruit notes are present. On the palate, it has a frank, very round onset with a beautiful evolution towards acidity. The red fruits are present throughout the tasting, and the tannins are well blended and round. An elegant and smooth wine.
Cotes de Castillon, with its rolling steep slopes of hills and valleys created by the Garonne and Dordogne rivers, is one of the most recognized and fashionable appellations of Bordeaux with several prominent winemakers purchasing châteaux here.
Its vineyards are located east of Saint-Émilion and south of Fronsac which proves to be advantageous as it provides excellent exposure to the sun, and the climate is slightly warmer and drier than most of Bordeaux. It is devoted solely to the production of red wine, and the dominant grape varieties planted are Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
The wines are known for being concentrated, fruity, and typified by strong black currant notes. They also have a good price to quality ratio and can be enjoyed young and age just as tastefully.
Cotes de Castillon is also committed to environmentally-sound practices and sustains one of the highest concentration of growers using either organic, biodynamic, or self-sustaining farming techniques.
Where battlefields once roared, vineyards now thrive. Cotes de Castillon is steeped in history and was actually named after the last battle ‘Castillon la Bataille’ that ended the Hundred Years’ War in 1453 between England and France.
Roman ruins, old churches, and stunning châteaux provide a colorful glimpse into the region’s rich past.
Château Moya is a certified organic estate located in the Castillon Cotes de Bordeaux appellation, next to Saint Émilion in Bordeaux, France. The 20-acre property is located on a clay-limestone hill some 230 feet above the valley floor with a stunning 360-degree panoramic view.
Its pristine vineyards are tended to by the same team managing Château Gaby, and between 30,000-40,000 bottles are produced annually since the first vintage in 2009. Château Moya has been certified organic by ECOCERT since the 2013 vintage.
Organic wines have become increasingly popular in Bordeaux and around the world not only for the longevity of soil and environmental factors but also for the quality of the wine.
Recognizable for its opulence, finesse, and well-balanced persistence, Château Moya is one of the finest Bordeaux wines in the region.

This biodynamic, sulfur-free Carménère immediately captivated us: immediately very present, enormously aromatic, a true powerhouse! On the nose, green pepper, black pepper, coffee, cloves, and other spices, with grassy, vegetal notes. A very successful blend of fruit and complex vegetal aromas. Initially astringent and fully dry, the palate displays powerful cherry fruit with tobacco, cocoa, and pepper, then becomes increasingly smooth, soft, and supple.
