Highland Park is one of Scotland's most celebrated and distinctive single malt distilleries — located on the remote Orkney Islands at the very northern tip of Scotland, where the wild Atlantic climate, ancient Viking heritage, and unique local heather peat combine to create a whisky unlike any other. Founded in 1798, Highland Park is one of Scotland's oldest distilleries and one of the few remaining to still malt a portion of its own barley over Orcadian peat — a practice that gives the whisky its signature balance of honeyed sweetness and gentle, aromatic smoke. The 12 Year Old is the distillery's flagship expression: aged in a combination of sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks, it is regularly celebrated in spirits competitions worldwide for its uncompromising quality and exquisite balance.

The color is warm amber. The nose is vivid and inviting: crème brûlée, tangerine, charred peach, and smoked kindling, with a light, briny vanilla character and a rising veil of smoke. On the palate, heather honey, dried fruit, warm spice, and salty sea smoke intertwine with silky, elegant texture. The finish is sultry and long — brown sugar and toasted nuts with a lingering hint of smoke. A whisky of rare harmony and completeness.

An elegant, composed and stylishly vibrant spirit that showcases the absolute finesse, purity, definition and elegance of organically grown barley. Late summer barley. Patrón Añejo is a delicate blend of uniquely aged tequilas, all aged in small white oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months. Similar to winemaking, each vintage of Patrón Añejo is carefully blended to produce a smooth and sweet tasting tequila. Herradura has set the standard. Then surpassed it. Tequila Herradura Reposado, meaning "rested," is aged for eleven months, nine months longer than the industry standard. Its deep copper color and rounded taste sets this Reposado apart, along with its signature aroma of spices. The tastes of vanilla, butter and agave work in unison to create a smooth and sweet experience. Tequila Herradura introduced the first Reposado to the world in 1974, creating an entirely new tequila category.

The color is a rich amber with shades of copper, from resting 11 months in American White Oak barrels. Aromas of warm notes of anise, fruit, and spices come through the central aroma of cooked agave. Surprisingly smooth Vanilla and butter flavors are peppered in the sweet, cooked agave. The finish is smooth and sweet with a hint of spice to keep things interesting.

Producer Description 

• Eau-de-vie distilled in Ribeauvillé, Haut-Rhin, in the Alsace region of France
• Distilled from Poire Williams (known as Bartlett Pears in the US); the fruit is picked and stored in small wooden boxes (5 kg maximum) to allow for further, even ripening
• Crushed and then fermented for eight weeks in fiberglass tanks with no additional sugar or yeast
• Twice distilled on a Charente-style copper pot still
• After distillation, the eau-de-vie is placed in stainless steel vats for 6–8 years. These vats are kept in an outdoor courtyard and the opening covered in mesh so that the spirit may blow off unwanted esters and benefit from fluctuation in temperature.
