Refund policy
We have a 30-day return, refund, exchange policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to make your request, 30 days from the date of purchase if purchased in store.
To start a return, you can contact us at Service@67wine.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 67 Wine, 179 Columbus Avenue, New York, New York 10023.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If accepted you will be charged for the cost of delivery/shipping the item back to our store in New York City. If we use our own truck for a local Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx or Queens address you will be charged a $25.00 pick up fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, refunds and/or exchanges of gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Service@67wine.com.
Bad bottle return, exchange and/or refund with wine bottle only. Bottle must be at least 3/4 filled with the original cork or screw-top.
No returns, exchanges or refunds for white wine or sparkling wine that has been chilled.
No returns, refunds and/or exchanges for orange wines or natural wines.
Rare, old, limited, allocated or last of bin wines are sold "as is" no returns, exchanges and/or refunds will be issued including but not limited to any claim that the bottle is bad, corked, spoiled, faulty, rotten, defective, damaged, not tasted as expected or not meeting your expectations, hopes or aspirations. Customer is accepting the item with all faults, whether or not immediately apparent.
No returns, exchanges or refunds for wine glasses and wine accessories, these products are sold "as is" including but not limited to any claim that the product is faulty, damaged, defective and/or is not working as intended, customer is accepting the item with all faults, whether or not immediately apparent.
