A Lychee flavored liqueur, a rare sub tropical fruit originating in Southern China where the lychee is famed as “the King of Fruits”. The lychee grows to approximately 3-4 centimetres in size, oval to rounded-heart shaped with a bumpy skin that is red in color.  Once the skin is peeled, the crisp juicy flesh is white or pinkish, translucent and glossy like the consistency of a grape. Lychees have a sub-acid sweetness with a wonderful freshness. The fruit is also high in the antioxidant Vitamin C and the essential mineral Potassium.

This liqueur has an orange flavour with varying degrees of bitterness.  It is produced clear, and can have blue, green, orange, or red colour added.  The most common, Blue Curaçao is primarily used as an exotic colouring agent in cocktails and other mixed drinks.

Created in 2001 by Monica Leyva with her brother, Rubén Leyva, Pajarote explores and shares the Mexican tradition of ponche essentially, punch but here expressed using flavors specific to Mexican heritage in the form of hand-crafted liqueurs. Tamarind, Chocolate, Guava, and Ginger lead the charge, with more flavors in the export pipeline (including a delightful Mexican take on the traditional Italian red bitter aperitif).

The spirits are made using cane distillate drawn from a traditional producer in Jalisco as a base and sweetened with piloncillo (coarse cane sugar), just as Monica’s grandmother sweetened her ponches when Monica was growing up. Following an altruistic model similar to sister-brand Mezonte, the brand also works closely with the communities from which its inspiration is drawn, sourcing ingredients carefully through ethical and sustainable suppliers.

Developed by Danny Shapiro of Scofflaw, Heavy Feather, Sink-Swim and Slippery Slope in Chicago, Lucky Falernum is the high-proof falernum you didn’t know you always wanted. Weighing in at 70 Proof, the liquor is infused with ginger, lime, pineapple, star anise, and other delicious ingredients.

BroVo blends cane neutral spirit with an aged 3 year old Barbadian Rum then separate into two tanks. In one tank they infuse the fruit (orange, lime and pineapple). In the second tank we infuse control spices (ginger, star anise, nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice among others). She liqueur is sweetened with a turbinado syrup they make from Maui Raw sugar. The syrup is mixed in a 1;1 ratio. This is the sweetest product BroVo makes, and has a significant viscosity.

Obtained by infusion in hydrated alcohol of a complex variety of aromatic herbs, it offers an intense brown colour and a nose pivoted on a mixture of officinal herbs accom- panied by notes of ink and balm.

Full, balanced taste characterized by a char- ming citrus note and by a pleasant sugar residue which makes this amaro slightly sweet.

Winemaker Description 

Passoa Passion Fruit Liqueur has a subtle and powerful nose, with the right dose of alcohol allowing all the aromas to exhale.

Complex and orginal blend of aromatic notes with a dominant passion fruit tone, agreeably associated with notes of red berries and citrus.

Balance of sweet, acid and bitter savors which makes Passoã subtle and particulary refreshing.

Producer Description 

Crème de Moka is the earliest and most historic style of Coffee Liqueur, with recipes dating back to the 18th Century. The term “Moka” is in reference to the famous Port of Mocha, which was the major trading place of Coffea Arabica from the 15th Century through the early 19th Century.

Many European companies set up trade offices at the port, and the term “Moka” was coined as the gold standard to describe the very finest of arabica coffee beans.

The recipe that inspired Tempus Fugit Spirits’ Crème de Moka dates back to 1755.

Cardoon is essentially a type of thistle, often referred to as wild artichoke. This liqueur presents a flavor profile that echoes the essence of artichokes, featuring a warm and aromatic, toasty aroma complemented by a subtle bitterness and grassy notes, along with a touch of sweetness. It makes for a delightful choice as a digestif.

Producer Description 

Our wonderful bergamot liqueur bursts with lively citrus flavors and an alluring aroma that carries a hint of spice. We meticulously select our bergamot fruits from Italy or Greece at the height of their season, which spans from October to February. 

Winemaker Description 

Unctuous, syrupy thick, light molasses brown color. Off the charts sweetness and beaniness, with unequal amounts of cocao (two-thirds) and vanilla (one-third) fragrances in the opening whiffs; the powdered cocoa comes to the forefront in the second inhalations, lusciously so. Amazingly cocoa-like and buttery at entry; midpalate is spot-on dark chocolate-like, but neither bitter nor semisweet; it’s just flat-out sweet. The suggestions are to either throw in a splash of soda water for a digestif or utilize this gummy liqueur in cocktails that call for crème de cacao.

Tempus Fugit Spirits Crème de Cacao is based on a 19th-century recipe, cross-referenced in English and French. Terroir is important for ingredients, and the original source of cacao for the best Crème de Cacao was cacao from Venezuela while the best source of vanilla was from Mexico, so it was important that these two ingredients be specifically sourced to reproduce the best quality of Crème de Cacao.

The raw cacao is distilled and the distillate is then macerated with additional cacao and crushed whole vanilla bean. The process not only gives a depth of character, but also naturally colors the Crème de Cacao a medium brown.
