The Canaan wines were made with the Israeli climate and cuisine in mind so they particularly suitable for Mediterranean cuisine. Red Canaan is a good accompaniment to pasta, pizza, poultry, and mixed grills, it is also an excellent party wine.

Dassai (meaning "Otter Festival") is the brand that effectively revolutionized modern sake. While your wines are defined by soil and sun, this sake is defined by purity and precision.

Each grain of Yamada Nishiki rice (the "King of Sake Rice") has been polished down until only 39% of the original grain remains. By removing the outer layers of the rice (which contain fats and proteins), the brewer reaches the pure starchy heart, resulting in a cleaner, more floral, and more elegant profile.

Producer Description 

Pinnacle Vodka starts with the finest wheat grain from the Brie region of France crushed up and heated to convert the starches into fermentable sugars. Next, the mixture is five times distilled producing a high-proof spirit. Distillation is the process of obtaining a high-alcohol mixture from the wash; rectification is the process of removing undesirable components such as methanol from this distillate.

This is done with a simple pot still by discarding the first and last parts of the distillate produced. This complex process ensures the highest quality and purity.The distillate is then filtered through charcoal, which is far superior than other methods used.

The spirit, after purification, is at 190 proof. It is then diluted to 80 proof by adding exceptionally clean, naturally filtered water from the soil of the Northern region of France.

91 Points Jeb Dunnuck | The NV Champagne Carte d’Or Brut is 75% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier, and the remainder Chardonnay, with 6.5 grams per liter dosage. There is 80% base wine from the 2019 vintage and the remainder reserve wine. This is their historical style, with the nose offering up aromas of ripe apricot, yellow flowers, and cherry liqueur. The palate is round and a bit more structured, with more stone fruit and kirsch. Best after 2022.

Winemaker, Eli Ben-Zaken, crafts this wine by allocating a portion of premium grape varietals - Merlot, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc - destined for the winery's flagship wine, Domaine du Castel Grand Vin. Then, the grapes are pressed and the juice is left in contact with the grape skins for just enough time to achieve the wine's impressive salmon hue. This is a well-balanced wine with a fine long finish. It reaches its peak about 4 years after its harvest, and the recommended serving temperature is 12-14 degrees Celsius.

Covenant's latest vintage of Sauvignon Blanc comes from a region in Northern California where Sauvignon Blanc is considered the king of white wines. This single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc comes from a small parcel north of Napa in Lake County.

The wine is classic Lake County —redolent of grapefruit, passion fruit and herbs. It’s crisp, clean and refreshing on the palate and will pair beautifully with lighter-styled dishes ranging from seafood to poultry.
