Bernie says 67Wine.com | This is a terrific wine for those looking for a full bodied, oaky, typical Rioja.  We drank this at Malka on 72 Street, with their famous schnitzel and it was completely enjoyable.

Dalton Fume Blanc is fermented with wild yeast in oak casks and allowed to age for a further four months in barrel. The wine is supple and fruity, with notes of citrus and pineapples subtly balanced with a rich and smoky character from the barrel.

Mevushal. The color of wine - rich red with brown-brick reflections. A balanced taste of wine is dominated by smooth tannins, rich fruit tones accentuated.

The aroma of wine reveals a rich bouquet of colors of fruits and spices, complemented by nuances of black fruit, smoke and licorice.

Wine is served with dishes of Georgian cuisine, pork and beef, grilled sausages, aged cheeses, hearty appetizers and roasted duck.

The wine is made from Saperavi grapes harvested from certain plots, where green harvest was made at the beginning of August and the yield was artificially reduced by 2 times, which in turn made it possible to improve the quality indicators of the berries remaining on the vine.

At the end of September, the grapes are manually harvested and sorted, then carefully separated from the ridges and squeezed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine is first aged in cisterns, and then transferred to oak barrels for further maturation for 12 months.

At the outset only family and friends enjoyed the wine, but very soon the demand grew and the winery grew. Currently it is producing 20,000 bottles a year. Saba Yair's pomegranate wine is produced through a rigorous process which aims to preserve the flavors of pomegranate, with an emphasis on maintaining its health properties.

This sweet, delicious wine could be served chilled as dessert wine or enjoyed on its own.  

It has sweet pomegranate notes to deliver a full body taste.

Mevushal. Borgo Reale Montepulciano D'Abruzzo is made from the Montepulciano grape from Abruzzo, a mountainous region east of Rome. This wine may have up to 15% Sangiovese added and is the first Kosher version available.

This lovely wine has a good aromatic nose with hints of rich, concentrated ripe fruit and spice, and a generous palate with nicely blended tannins yielding powerful, sweet sensations, particularly fresh fruit. The Chateau Riganes White is made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Light gold in color with green reflections. The grapes used to produce this exceptional Merlot were hand selected from Barkan's vineyards located in the northern Galil region. Mevushal. Israel. It displays Producing a fine Pinot Noir requires an exact balance of warm days and cool nights. Barkan found this balance in their vineyard at Mitzpah Ramon in the high desert.

The wine is marked by soft, yet palpable tannin, with a fresh almost strawberry aroma with hints of black cherries and mint. Barkan Pinot Noir's medium body and crisp finish goes well with grilled salmon or veal, and is best served at a cool room temperature.
