Eau De Vie

This historic brand of fig brandy, has been made by a Tunisian family whose business was established in 1870. Made with figs from the Mediterranean, this can be enjoyed on its own or in a range of cocktails.

It twas first created by the Bokobsa family at their distillery in Tunisia in 1880. This kosher eau de vie is made from distilling the finest Mediterranean figs – specifically from Turkey and Tunisia.

It is widely considered to be the national drink of Tunisia. Made from distilling Tunisian figs, is a smooth eau de vie, with complex flavors of fig, raisin, cinnamon, and layers of interesting flavors.

The Bokobsa family has been producing kosher spirits since 1870. Around 1880, in his distillery of La Soukra, in Tunisia, they invented Boukha, a spirit made with the finest Mediterranean figs.

The noble cousin of Limoncell si the term that best describes this traditional citrus-flavored liqueur.  Named after Citrus Medica, a lemon-like variety of citrus that contains very little juice and grows abundantly around Lake Garda in northern Italy, its essential oil aroma is obtained by steeping the thick peel of the fruit in Italian grain alcohol.

Transparent and crystalline with distinct lemon citrus aromas and flavors. Although Acqua di Cedro is sweet and richly full-bodied on the palate, it manages to maintain an attractive delicacy into the finish. A versatile and delicious liqueur.

Jelinek Slivovitz Gold Plum Brandy 7yr

This Special Reserve Slivovitz is a triple distilled plum brandy made from the matured plums coming from orchards surrounding the distillery. This Special Reserve is aged in French Oak barrels, which gives the slivovitz a unique, well-balanced taste and a bright gold color. Producer Description. 

G.E. Massenez Uses Only Choice, Ripe, Hand-Picked Fruit. Made From Wild Raspberries By Means Of A Proprietary Recipe. Massenez Framboise Sauvage or wild raspberry is a style of eau-de-vie that uses raspberries as the base distillate.

They say it's noteworthy for its "delicacy" and "mirrors the fragility of the raspberry." Fruit eau-de-vie is generally a drier taste but with aromas and character that reminds intensely of the fruit. This Was Introduced By G. E. Massenez Back In The 1930s. Producer Description. 

The Grappa Riserva 7 Years Bortolo Nardini Selection is a grappa obtained from artisanal processes starting from pomace of multivitigno grapes. It ages for at least 7 years in Slavonian oak barrels.

Light amber in color, it offers rich spicy sensations of vanilla to the nose, enriched by hints of cherry and wild berries. On the palate it offers a complex, rich and persistent profile.

Ideal to be tasted neat, it is perfect to be served at the end of a meal with dry pastries. Producer Description. 

Intense, fragrant, pleasantly bitter. All the flavor of grape pomace from Veneto and Friuli, with the herbal scent of the rue plant. The delicate green, reminiscent of mountain valleys, characterizes the appearance of this grappa, best enjoyed after a meal. Producer Description. 

From the fruit to the brandy, they use exclusively the finest and tastiest substances. A long maturation in glazed earthenware jugs at the constant cool temperature of deep vaulted cellars then gives the brandies their exquisite taste and inimitable fruity bouquet.

Kammer fruit brandies are best served slightly chilled and neat in an armagnac glass or champagne flute. Producer Description.

Blue Plum Brandy, known as Slivovitz in much of Eastern Europe, in France as Quetsch and in Germany as Zwetschgenwasser, is pot distilled from a pure fermented mash of Italian Blue plums grown in the Pacific Northwest.

Clear Creek makes it much as it has been made in Europe for centuries and believe the result is smoother, more aromatic, and more sophisticated than any European Blue Plum Brandy. It makes a great sorbet. Producer Description.

Fresh Oregon and Washington cherries are crushed, fermented, and distilled into clear, delicate Cherry Brandy, also known as Kirschwasser. In German, Kirschwasser translates to “cherry water”, and is an integral ingredient in Swiss fondue.

We use dark, sweet table cherries, giving the spirit a soft aroma of vanilla and almond. Producer Description.
