Bokobsa Boukha Eau De Vie De Figue Kosher 700ml
This historic brand of fig brandy, has been made by a Tunisian family whose business was established in 1870. Made with figs from the Mediterranean, this can be enjoyed on its own or in a range of cocktails.
It twas first created by the Bokobsa family at their distillery in Tunisia in 1880. This kosher eau de vie is made from distilling the finest Mediterranean figs – specifically from Turkey and Tunisia.
It is widely considered to be the national drink of Tunisia. Made from distilling Tunisian figs, is a smooth eau de vie, with complex flavors of fig, raisin, cinnamon, and layers of interesting flavors.
The Bokobsa family has been producing kosher spirits since 1870. Around 1880, in his distillery of La Soukra, in Tunisia, they invented Boukha, a spirit made with the finest Mediterranean figs.

Bistra Serbian Plum Slivovitz 750ml

Produced from fresh, sound, ripe plums
Selected ripe plums are crushed and the pits are separated away. After temperature controlled fermentation based on regional yeast, the fermented mash is double distilled and blended until a distinctive fresh slivovitz is obtained. The slivovitz is then placed in oak barrels of up to 5000 liters for aromatic completion and then stored in stainless steel tanks for further aging until bottling.
The unique taste of Slivovitz comes from the plum seeds. When pressed, the seeds release amygdalin, which tastes of almonds. When sipped, the brandy's fiery start mellows, leading to a smooth clean finish.

Producer Description
Born in a family of distillers, G. E. Massenez continues the traditional art of distilling eaux de vie (fruit brandies) which is still particularly alive in the Villé region on Alsace. Since the distillation of high quality eaux de vie is not really consistent with today's industrialized practices, G. E. Massenez has chosen to retain traditional methods and to combine them with the requirements of modern production. Only the best fruit is selected and stored in large fermentation vats prior to distillation according to the rules of this age old art.

Palate: The rounded ‘’ grain ‘’ of the Pear is very noticeable. In the mouth, a very intense floral note gives great freshness. Laurent Cazottes Goutte de MAUZAC ROSE Eau de Vie 375ml
Producer Description
Laurent makes four eaux-de-vie: – two from rare, almost extinct grape varieties: Prunelard and Mauzac Rose – a Pear Williams – a Greengage Each eau-de-vie is made from organic fruits, harvested ripe then dried on mats to concentrate sugars/flavors. The dried fruits are then pealed one by one, cut in half, the pit/seeds/stalk are removed as to keep only the flesh of the ripe fruit. Only then are they crushed into a juice and fermented. On average the wine obtained is about 11% alc./ vol.
This wine is distilled in a pot still to 66% alc./vol. Laurent bottles each eau-de-vie at 45% alc./vol after reducing the proof slowly by adjunction of demineralized water.
An indigenous grape to the Tarn region of Southwest France, the Laurent Cazottes Goutte de Mauzac Rose Eau-de-vie is one of Laurent Cazottes’ true passions. This is not a fine nor a marc, but the wine and the pomace are left together during the distillation.
Hence, this is an Eau de Vie de Raisin. Laurent Cazottes is committed to reviving these heritage varietals and the resulting spirits are pure expressions of the fruit from which they are made. Biodynamic and organic viticulture are practiced.

Water, alcohol, sugar, raspberries and burnt sugar are blended together in refrigerated vats. When the alcohol content reaches a desirable level, the mixture is then filtered and bottled. The Mirabelle plums are pitted and crushed. Fermentation begins at temperature control between 22º and 25º followed by distillation in copper alambics at a minimum temperature of 60º. The aroma and the taste of the original fruit is extracted and conserved during the distillation process using steam heated stills. Distillation is a single continuous process with the elimination of the initial “head” and final “tail” distillate in order to keep only the best of the distillation called the “heart.” The Mirabelle Brandy then undergoes aging in stainless steel for a minimum of 16 months.
