It's made in small batches in an old fashioned pot still by Tito Beveridge (actual name), a 45-year-old Geologist, and distilled six times. Tito's Handmade Vodka is designed to be savored by spirit connoisseurs. It is micro-distilled in an old-fashioned pot still, just like fine single malt scotches and high-end French cognacs. 

This time-honored method of distillation requires more skill and effort than modern column stills, but it's well worth it. Our handcrafted technique offers more control over the distillation process, resulting in a spectacularly clean product of incomparable excellence. Only the heart of the run, "the nectar" is taken. The vodka is cleansed of phenols, esters, congenersand organic acids by filtering it through the finest activated carbon available. Critics call Tito's "a homegrown symphonic spirt to applaud!" and say "it can go head to head with any of the worlds' greats and not break a sweat."

They infuse the gin with the remarkable Bulgarian Rosa Damascena and specially selected cucumbers from the finest producers. The Bennett seeps the botanicals in spirit overnight prior to distillation resulting in a rich, complex liquid. Whereas the Carter-Head gently steams the botanicals in a basket atop its lofty neck, so influence is imparted upon the spirit in something akin to a botanical steam bath. This yields a lighter, more delicate spirit. It twas first created by the Bokobsa family at their distillery in Tunisia in 1880. This kosher eau de vie is made from distilling the finest Mediterranean figs – specifically from Turkey and Tunisia.

It is widely considered to be the national drink of Tunisia. Made from distilling Tunisian figs, is a smooth eau de vie, with complex flavors of fig, raisin, cinnamon, and layers of interesting flavors.

The Bokobsa family has been producing kosher spirits since 1870. Around 1880, in his distillery of La Soukra, in Tunisia, they invented Boukha, a spirit made with the finest Mediterranean figs.

The Arak is distilled 4 times in an alembic still. Between each distillation, the botanicals are soaked for 24 hours. The distillation process is slow and preserves the fullness of the grape aroma.

Yzaguirre Vermouth is a fortified wine aged for 12 months in oak barrels. It is made following the traditional method of producing old houses born in the foothills of the Italian Alps. Its unique formula combines about 80 herbs and spices to give it that special touch.

Produced from fresh, sound, ripe plums

Selected ripe plums are crushed and the pits are separated away. After temperature controlled fermentation based on regional yeast, the fermented mash is double distilled and blended until a distinctive fresh slivovitz is obtained. The slivovitz is then placed in oak barrels of up to 5000 liters for aromatic completion and then stored in stainless steel tanks for further aging until bottling.

The unique taste of Slivovitz comes from the plum seeds. When pressed, the seeds release amygdalin, which tastes of almonds. When sipped, the brandy's fiery start mellows, leading to a smooth clean finish.

It is also a way for us to thank all the people who have been part of this journey: the talented artisans, all those who are part of the Clase Azul family, and, of course, everyone who has brought a small piece of our Exquisite Mexico into their homes.

To celebrate our legacy, we’ve created our first decanter completely painted in our distinctive cobalt blue color. Inspired by dandelion seeds being carried by the wind, its feathered motifs embody Clase Azul México's expansion across the world. Twenty-five of the brushstrokes that grace the surface of the decanter have been hand painted in platinum; one for each year of our history.

The tequila created for this edition pays homage to our signature Clase Azul Tequila Reposado. Our Master Distiller, Viridiana Tinoco, reimagined its creation to give it a special touch.

Part of the agave used to make this blend was milled using a traditional stone mill called a tahona, a practice that dates back to the origins of tequila.

In addition, the fermentation process was extended to accentuate the liquid’s citrus and fruity notes. This blend was aged for eight months in two different first-use American whiskey casks, each one imparting its own distinct and rich tasting notes.
