Founded by the pioneers of Patrón Tequila, we hand select and distill 100% blue Weber agave in Jalisco, Mexico before importing to the Weber Ranch Distillery in Muenster, Texas where it is further distilled in a proprietary copper pot and column stills, filtered, and bottled.

Our exclusive process combines artisanal methods used to make tequila with the complexity of transforming agave into a premium vodka.

Vulcanica is an extra-premium hand-crafted Vodka. Made from a unique blend of organic, high-protein, low-gluten, savory Sicilian grains that have been a part of the daily diet on the island for millennia.

Sustainably grown using little to no pesticides, with respect to the environment and the biodiversity of ancient grains.

It's made in small batches in an old fashioned pot still by Tito Beveridge (actual name), a 45-year-old Geologist, and distilled six times. Tito's Handmade Vodka is designed to be savored by spirit connoisseurs. It is micro-distilled in an old-fashioned pot still, just like fine single malt scotches and high-end French cognacs. 

This time-honored method of distillation requires more skill and effort than modern column stills, but it's well worth it. Our handcrafted technique offers more control over the distillation process, resulting in a spectacularly clean product of incomparable excellence. Only the heart of the run, "the nectar" is taken. Pinnacle Vodka starts with the finest wheat grain from the Brie region of France crushed up and heated to convert the starches into fermentable sugars. Next, the mixture is five times distilled producing a high-proof spirit. Distillation is the process of obtaining a high-alcohol mixture from the wash; rectification is the process of removing undesirable components such as methanol from this distillate.
