Vietti Moscato d'Asti Cascinetta Piedmonte 2025 750ml
Vietti | Cascinetta | Moscato d'Asti DOCG | Piedmont, Italy | 2025
Vietti is one of Piedmont's most celebrated and historic estates, based in Castiglione Falletto in the heart of the Langhe and renowned above all for their benchmark Barolo and Barbaresco. Yet the Cascinetta Moscato d'Asti is a wine that stands entirely on its own merits — sourced from estate vineyards in Santo Stefano Belbo in the Canelli zone, the most prized area for Moscato Bianco in all of Piedmont, and consistently one of the finest expressions of the DOCG. Delicate, aromatic and irresistibly charming, it is the perfect introduction to the joys of great Italian Moscato.
Moscato d'Asti is a lightly sparkling (frizzante), low-alcohol style — typically around 5.5% ABV — that captures the pure, fragrant character of Moscato Bianco with a gentle effervescence and a natural sweetness that never feels heavy or cloying. The Cascinetta is a benchmark of the style: precise, fresh and beautifully balanced, with the kind of aromatic intensity and delicacy that only the finest Canelli-zone fruit can deliver.
The 2025 pours bright straw-yellow with shimmering hints of gold and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose is intensely aromatic — ripe peach, apricot, rose petals, acacia flowers and a whisper of ginger. The palate is sweet and delicate, with modest acidity, excellent balance and a lingering finish of fresh apricot and white flowers. Serve well chilled at 43–46°F and enjoy young while its freshness and aromatics are at their peak.
A natural partner for fresh fruit tarts, peach desserts, panna cotta, almond biscotti, panettone and light pastries. Also stunning as an aperitif or alongside spicy Asian cuisine.

Boen Belle Glos Pinot Noir 2023
Boen Belle Glos · Santa Maria Valley, California · 2023
Boen Belle Glos is one of California's most celebrated Pinot Noir projects, sourcing fruit from the fog-kissed vineyards of Santa Maria Valley — a cool-climate AVA where the Pacific Ocean's influence stretches deep inland, preserving natural acidity and coaxing wines of remarkable depth and finesse. The 2023 vintage was shaped by a deliberate growing season: cooler spring temperatures slowed budbreak, while consistent warm days and cool coastal nights through summer allowed each cluster to develop exceptional concentration. Harvesting from late September to early October, the winemaking team captured fruit at peak ripeness.
In the glass, this Pinot Noir opens with a vibrant scarlet red shot through with glimmers of garnet. Aromas of ripe blackberry, boysenberry, and tart cherry intertwine with subtle hints of tobacco and cocoa powder. On the palate, very ripe boysenberry, blueberry, and plum pie unfold in layers alongside rosemary and cocoa — anchored by firm, structured tannins that carry through to a long, mouthwatering finish. Rich, expressive, and built for the table.
"Vibrant colors, rich flavors of cherry and blackberry, excellent acidity, and smooth tannins — a promising vintage from one of Santa Maria Valley's most distinctive estates."

Perucchi Vermouth Blanco Gran Reserva Spain NV 1.0L
Perucchi Vermouth Blanco Gran Reserva — Spain NV
Vermouth Perucchi holds a singular distinction: it is the first Spanish vermouth, created in 1876 by Don Augustus Perucchi in Catalonia. Nearly 150 years later, the recipe remains unchanged — a secret combination of more than 50 herbs, plants, and roots macerated with carefully selected wines and mistelas from Alt Empordà, Valencia, and La Mancha. What makes Perucchi truly extraordinary is its solera system: many of the aging vessels are the same century-old deposits Don Augustus started with, meaning every bottle contains a small percentage of vermouth more than 150 years old. All organic, no preservatives, no antioxidants.
Straw-yellow with greenish tones from the herbaceous botanicals. The nose is delicate and exquisite — a multitude of floral aromas woven through with the complexity of 50+ botanicals. On the palate, it is balanced and slightly sweet, soft and naturally refreshing. The finish is long and intense, with an original, layered combination of aromas and flavors that converge into something genuinely unique.

Cantine San Marzano Salento Edda Lei Bianco 2023 750ml
Chardonnay, Moscatel, Fiano | Salento, Puglia / Italy
Vintage: 2023 | Size: 750ml
90+ Rated
Cantine San Marzano is one of Puglia’s most celebrated cooperative estates, farming the sun-drenched heel of Italy’s boot with a commitment to quality that has earned them an international following. “Edda Lei” — named for a woman, as the best things often are — is their flagship white blend: a luxurious, opulent expression of Southern Italian viticulture that draws comparisons to fine white Burgundy, but with the exotic, sun-drenched aromatics that only Salento can deliver.
The 2023 vintage is a blend of Chardonnay, Moscatel, and Fiano, each variety contributing its own dimension. Tropical and yellow fruit lead the nose — pineapple, lychee, and melon — with delicate seashell and floral notes woven throughout. On the palate, it is fresh and gently saline, medium- to full-bodied, with a richness that feels Mediterranean in the best possible sense. A wine with genuine cult appeal and the structure to match.
“Lovely tropical and yellow fruit on the nose, such as pineapple, lychees and melon, as well as seashells and flowers. It’s fresh and gently saline with a medium to full body.”
— James Suckling, 91 Points. (Vintage 2023).
Pairs with: Sea bass in butter sauce, lobster, scallops, veal, or herb-roasted chicken.
Anne Pichon Sauvage Grenache Noir Vieilles Vignes Organic 2023 750ml
Anne Pichon “Sauvage” Grenache Noir Vieilles Vignes — Vaucluse, Southern Rhône 2023
At the foot of Mont Ventoux, where the limestone soils are stony and the summer sun is relentless, Anne Pichon farms old-vine Grenache Noir the way it was always meant to be farmed — organically, patiently, and with deep respect for the vine. The “Sauvage” Vieilles Vignes is their flagship red: a late-harvested cuvée from old vines that delivers the kind of concentration and hedonistic power that makes Grenache lovers stop and pay attention. Ecocert Certified Organic. At $18.99, it is one of the great overachievers of the Southern Rhône.
The 2023 vintage is dense, ripe, and immediately seductive. The nose opens with black cherry, blackberry, and blackcurrant — dark fruit piled high — followed by layers of cocoa, sweet chocolate, and licorice that add complexity and depth. On the palate it is full-bodied and concentrated, with plush texture, ripe tannins, and a long, warming finish. This is a Grenache Bomb in the best possible sense: powerful, generous, and built for the table.

Yalumba Eden Valley Samuel's Collection Viognier 2022
Expert Review - Vintage 2022
The Australian Wine Companion 91 Points | Yalumba continues to grace us with a range of wines made from viognier, from entry-level to aspirational, that convey a deep understanding of both the variety and site. Pale straw with green flashes and aromas of lemon, grapefruit and apricot along with hints of lemon sorbet, wildflowers, a liminal whiff of white pepper and stone. Flecks of dried herbs join in on the palate, which is stony and savoury, lingering nicely as it fades away. A great introduction to the variety.
James Suckling 91 Points | A fresh, juicy and precise viognier with aroma of peaches, apricots and fresh flowers. Medium-bodied with fresh acidity. Vivid and playful, with a refreshing finish.
Producer Description
With 175 years of unbroken independence, Yalumba continues to make wine at its founder's home estate under the direction of the same family today. Samuel's Collection honors Yalumba's founder Samuel Smith, his spirit of independence and conviction to invest in the land and make great wine.
Pure aromas reminiscent of fresh apricots, lifted ginger, saffron and fresh white flowers. The palate is long, rich, and luscious, with intense and expressive stone fruit flavors finishing with an alluring freshness. This wine will continue to grow and develop in the bottle, firstly showing enhanced apricots and spice, then honey flavors and toast complexity.
Enjoy with a Moroccan tagine and couscous, or baba ghanoush.
Jim Barry Lodge Hill Dry Riesling 2023 750ml
Expert Review- Vintage 2023
Christina Pickard of the Wine Enthusiast writes 93 Points | Lime leaf, waxy citrus, white peach notes and a hint of honey open this Clare Valley Riesling. The combo of dryness, cheek-sucking, orange peel acidity and chalky texture makes for a somewhat austere wine solo, but pair with a creamy goat's cheese or seafood risotto and watch it shine.
Producer Description
Originally a pastoral run dating back to 1839, and originally named Wolta Wolta, Jim Barry purchased the land for The Lodge Hill Vineyard in 1977 as he was sure it would “produce some of the best Riesling in the Clare Valley.” Situated at 480 meters above sea level and situated on the Eastern Ranges of the Clare Valley, the grapes at our Lodge Hill Vineyard are exposed to concentrated bursts of sunlight and cool nights which encourage slower ripening. This helps deliver beautiful natural acidity and citrus characters that ripen early because of the small crop it produces. Gentle pressing and a rapid move into the fermentation allows the natural fruit flavors to be preserved.
Aromas of fresh lime, spice, citrus blossom, white peach, and nectarine skins open on the nose. In the mouth, the lime flavors take center stage commanding attention on entry. The fruit is fleshy with considerable weight and framed with a refreshing driving acid. A lot of wine!
Bodegas Volver La Mancha Tempranillo Single Vineyard 2022 750ml
Intense purple color. Aromas of tobacco, licorice and blackcurrants. Full-bodied with hints of toast and mature fruit. Long balanced finish.
Routestock Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley 2024 750ml
RouteStock · Sauvignon Blanc · Napa Valley · California · 2024
RouteStock is the fine wine project of Wilson Daniels, Napa’s storied importer — and it is built on a simple premise: take the best varietals and source them from the best appellations. For Sauvignon Blanc, that means Napa Valley, specifically the cooler southern end of the valley where the San Pablo Bay breezes keep temperatures in check and preserve the grape’s natural aromatic lift. Now in its ninth consecutive vintage from the same two growers in Carneros and Rutherford, RouteStock Sauvignon Blanc is a wine of genuine complexity — triple-fermented across stainless steel, concrete egg, and neutral French oak — that consistently over-delivers at its price point.
The 2024 is bright and expressive, with high-toned aromas of wild thyme, sage, cantaloupe rind, hay, and ruby red grapefruit. On the palate, it is racy and crisp yet surprisingly deep — cantaloupe, pear, sage, and fig coat the mouth with texture and length. The concrete egg and neutral oak add amplitude without obscuring the wine’s essential freshness. A wine equally at home on the back porch or at the dinner table.
- Producer: RouteStock (Wilson Daniels, Napa, CA)
- Vintage: 2024 (9th consecutive vintage)
- Appellation: Napa Valley, California

Crisp, textured, and versatile at the table — this is the kind of bottle that disappears fast.

La Garnatxa Fosca del Priorat DOQ 2022 750ml
Priorat and old vines usually mean a serious price tag. This one breaks the rule. La Garnatxa Fosca is part of Raúl Acha's Proyecto Garnachas de España — a mission to preserve and celebrate Spain's ancient Garnacha vines — and the fruit here comes from 60-year-old vines grown on Priorat's famous llicorella, the dark, slate-rich soils that give the region its unmistakable mineral signature. The result is a wine of genuine complexity: dark red fruit, iron-laced minerality, and a structure that feels far more serious than the price suggests. Rich and full-bodied, yet balanced with elegance and length. This is Priorat doing exactly what it does best, at a price that makes it an easy yes.

Seven Deadly Zins — Lodi, California 2023
Michael David Winery is one of Lodi’s most celebrated family estates — a sixth-generation Phillips family operation whose deep roots in California’s Central Valley have produced some of the region’s most beloved and recognizable wines. Seven Deadly Zins is their flagship: a full-bodied, seductive old-vine Zinfandel whose name playfully nods to the seven sins and whose wine delivers on every one of them. Aged 12 months in a combination of French and American oak, the 2023 is crafted from Lodi’s ancient Zinfandel vines — some of the oldest in California — producing fruit of remarkable concentration, jammy depth, and spice that has made this one of the most popular Zinfandels in the country. Wine Enthusiast 89 Points.
The nose is deep and inviting: heaps of jammy berry fruit, dark cherry, currants, leather, oak, and spice, with a rich, full ruby-purple color in the glass. On the palate, the wine is round, layered, and corpulent with dark fruits, toffee, berry, pepper, and spice through a lingering, spice-touched finish. It is seductive, full-throttle, and deeply satisfying — the kind of classic Lodi Zinfandel that disappears fast at the table.

Alexander Valley Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 750ml
Alexander Valley Vineyards is a family-owned estate with deep roots in one of California's most celebrated wine regions. The winery traces its lineage to 1840, when Cyrus Alexander arrived in the valley that now bears his name and declared it "the brightest and the best spot in the world." Today, the estate is guided by the Wetzel family, who have farmed these lands for generations with a commitment to sustainable viticulture and a singular focus on expressing the character of Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
The Alexander Valley AVA sits in northern Sonoma County, sheltered by the Mayacamas Mountains to the east and the coastal ranges to the west. The valley's warm days and cool nights create ideal conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon, allowing the grapes to develop full, ripe flavors while retaining the freshness and structure that define the appellation. With nearly 15,000 acres of winegrapes planted, Alexander Valley has earned its reputation as one of California's premier Cabernet destinations.
The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from estate-grown fruit, harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified with care to preserve the varietal's natural depth and elegance. The wine undergoes fermentation followed by aging in oak, building structure and complexity while maintaining the bright, fruit-forward character that Alexander Valley is known for.
The 2022 vintage opens with a fresh, mineral-driven nose of red currants, cassis, tea leaves, and red peppercorns. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with finely integrated tannins and bright acidity, delivering lingering notes of cherries, pine, tomato leaf, and warm spice. Polished and precise, with excellent balance and a long, satisfying finish.

Domaine de Villargeau Coteaux du Giennois 2023 750ml
Domaine de Villargeau is a family estate with a story rooted in determination and a deep respect for the land. In 1991, brothers Fernand and Jean-François Thibault cleared hillsides in the Coteaux du Giennois that had lain abandoned since the phylloxera crisis, planting vines on south-southwest-facing slopes that enjoy exceptional sun exposure. The next generation followed: Marc returned to the estate in 2000 armed with formal training in viticulture and oenology, and Yves joined shortly after, bringing with him a strong commitment to environmental stewardship. That commitment culminated in 2019 when the domaine launched its full conversion to organic agriculture — a milestone that reflects the family’s long-term vision for the land.
The Coteaux du Giennois is a small, often overlooked Loire appellation situated just north of Sancerre, sharing the same chalky, flint-rich soils that give the region’s Sauvignon Blancs their signature mineral precision. Villargeau’s south-facing hillside sites amplify that character, producing wines of remarkable freshness, finesse, and aromatic complexity at an exceptional price point.
The 2023 is pale yellow with silvery glints. The nose opens with bright aromas of tangerine, grapefruit, and lemon on a floral background, with subtle notes of lily of the valley and elderberry. With aeration, the wine gains complexity, revealing mineral and spicy nuances alongside lime blossom and bergamot. The palate is fresh and lively from the first sip — consistent with the nose, with the same citrus precision — and finishes on lovely, lingering mineral notes. A wine of finesse, intensity, and outstanding value.

Roberto Henriquez Rivera del Notro Blanco (WHITE) 2024 Itata Chile 750ml
Roberto Henríquez · 'Rivera del Notro' Blanco · Itata Valley · 2024
Roberto Henríquez is one of Chile's most important natural wine voices — a tireless champion of the Itata Valley, a region in the Bio-Bío that was making wine centuries before Maipo or Colchagua ever appeared on a label. His vineyards are planted with the old-vine field blends that Spanish missionaries brought to Chile in the 16th century: Sémillon, Chasselas, and Moscatel de Alejandría, grown on granite soils by small-scale farmers who have tended these vines for generations. The 'Rivera del Notro' Blanco — named for the notro tree that blooms red along the riverbanks of Itata — is his signature white: a modern-day interpretation of ancestral Chilean winemaking, vinified with extended skin contact that unlocks a depth and complexity no stainless-steel Chardonnay can touch. WA:92. At $20.99, it's one of the most exciting natural whites in South America.
The 2024 opens with a heady, complex bouquet of potpourri, resinous herbs, dried flowers, and a hint of saison beer — the unmistakable signature of skin-contact vinification done right. On the palate: svelte and elegantly concentrated, with a broad, refreshing finish that lingers with phenolic grip, a streak of bright acidity, and retronasal floral notes that keep pulling you back. Serve slightly cool — this is a wine for the table, not the cocktail hour. Drink now through 2027.

Encomienda de Cervera Vulcanus Sauvignon Blanc/Verdejo Campo de Calatrava 2025 750ml
Encomienda de Cervera Vulcanus Sauvignon Blanc/Verdejo — Campo de Calatrava 2025
Encomienda de Cervera is one of Spain’s most singular estate wineries — a historic property with documented vineyard records dating to 1741, situated in the Campo de Calatrava, a volcanic appellation in Castilla-La Mancha that remains one of the country’s best-kept secrets. The estate’s vineyards grow on volcanic soils at 750–850 meters of altitude, cooled by mountain microclimates with cold nights that preserve natural acidity and generate exceptional aromatic complexity. Vulcanus — named for the volcanic terroir that defines it — is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Verdejo, harvested selectively during the coolest hours of the day at optimal ripeness. Certified organic, the wine is fermented in restored 1927 concrete tanks that impart a distinctive creaminess through malolactic fermentation. This is Spanish white wine from a place unlike any other.
The color is a bright straw yellow. The nose is floral, fresh, and expressive: white flowers, white peach, currant, citrus, and aromatic herbs, with the stony, mineral undercurrent of volcanic soil. On the palate, it is mineral, elegant, and complex — refreshing acidity, a round and creamy mid-palate from concrete tank fermentation, and a long, clean, and satisfying finish. An explosion of sensations in perfect balance.

Chateau des Antonins Bordeaux Blanc 2023 750ml
Winemaker Description
The Bordeaux Blanc from Antonins is a surprisingly crisp and zesty white wine. Reds often garner all of the attention in Bordeaux, but this is a "year-round" white that is great to have on hand to enjoy anytime.
Memo Summary Notes
Varietals - 80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Semillon
The Château des Antonins Bordeaux Blanc 2023 is a standout example of a modern, accessible Bordeaux white. Produced at an estate with roots dating back to a 13th-century monastery, this vintage strikes a beautiful balance between historic terroir and vibrant, "New World" aromatic intensity.
The estate was originally an abbey for the Monks of Saint Anthony.
Winemaker Antoine de Roquefeuil spent time honing his craft in New Zealand. You can taste that influence here; it has the "zing" and tropical edge of a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc but retains the stony, structured backbone that only Bordeaux soil provides.

Laetitia, too, has its roots in Champagne. It was established in 1982 as the American outpost of the Champagne producer Deutz, but was sold in 1997 to Jean-Claude Tardivat, who renamed it after his daughter, and then sold again last year to Eric Hickey, the winemaker, and his partners.
It now makes a full range of reds, whites and sparklers. Brut Cuvée is the entry level sparkling wine and it’s quite good — rich, creamy, toasty and apple fresh.
