This wine starts in Marlborough vineyards, in the region famous for introducing elegant, cool climate New Zealand wines to the world. Marlborough’s warm days and cool nights create an extended growing season allowing the grapes to develop strong, intense varietal characteristics while maintaining a balanced, crisp natural acidity. The result is a distinct white wine that is always crisp, elegant, and refreshing.

Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc White Wine is stunningly aromatic with tropical fruits and bright citrus notes, and a refreshingly zesty finish. It pairs perfectly with lighter meals, a variety of fresh Asian flavors, and seafood. Enjoy within a year or two of the vintage. Winemaker Description.

Winemaker Description

A classic Sauvignon Blanc with all the hallmark characteristics of Marlborough. Produced in a fuller, riper, and softer style that develops well, this wine is clean, fresh and tropical, with fruit harvested from several vineyards situated throughout Marlborough.

Sweet citrus, red current and tropical fruits overlay fresh herbs and mineral elements.

On entry fresh tropical/ fruit salad fruits. The mid-palate adds juicy ripe citrus and blackcurrant with spice and lime joining and extending the finish. A wine with flesh and volume - a flavourful mouthful.

Its vineyard may be much larger than it once was, but it delivers – dry, clean and elegant, with classic characteristics and the bonus of welcome structure on the finish. It may not be the most flamboyant on the nose, focusing more on the herbal rather than tropical spectrum (whether that's elderflower, gooseberry or classic passion fruit), but that seems to be a function of the vintage. The 2023 is long, fragrant and exactly what you want from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, but with an extra layer of class.  - Vinous 93

Wine Production Temperature-controlled fermentation at 68 °F in steel tanks followed by four months of aging on the fine lees in concrete vats prior to bottling. 
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow in color with lemon reflexes, this Pinot Grigio is youthful and lively. In the nose this wine has aromas of citrus, white blossoms, pears, apples and meadow grass.

Winemaker Description

This wine is rich and round, opening with aromas of Meyer lemon, apricot, vanilla, graham cracker, and buttered popcorn. The palate shows incredible depth with a full mouthfeel and layers of flavor. Ripe peach, pineapple, and caramel lead to hazelnut and baking spice notes on the finish.

This versatile Chardonnay pairs perfectly with seafood, poultry, white meats and dishes with cream sauces. Try preparations that include citrus, butter, cream, cheese, bacon, nutmeg, thyme, basil or toasted nuts.

This Chardonnay has straw color with golden highlights. Nose of pear, pineapple and acacia flowers. Fresh on the palate and medium-bodied with distinct notes of exotic fruit on the finish.

Debra of 67Wine.com | This still Vinho Verde white has ripe tropical fruits on the nose and on the palate. It shows great freshness, with generous depth,  mouth coating texture, lively acidity, minerality saline and an energetic finish.  Pair with shellfish, white fish, poultry, salads and cheeses.

92 Points Wine Advocate | The Soalheiro Alvarinho is one of the top Alvarinho's in Portugal and is widely regarded as a benchmark for the region.

Soalheiro Alvarinho has a bright, lemon-yellow colour. This wine is distinguished by its fresh and elegant fragrance, revealing the aromatic complexity of Alvarinho variety.

The flavour has intense tropical and mineral notes that balance perfectly with the acidity and moderate alcohol content.

The so-called unoaked "classic," as it is colloquially known, is dry (2.5 grams of residual sugar and seven grams of total acidity) and comes in at 12.7% alcohol. As much as I liked the Granit this report, this is the winner to me in this price range. Firmer and more concentrated on the finish, it seems to evoke the essence of Alvarinho, while always showing off fine acidity.

At a rather nice price (even though it has ticked up a bit), at least compared to upper-level Vinhos Verdes these days, this is still a bargain. It's a solid wine that combines elegance, persistence and aging ability. It has enough stuffing to pair with food, but this is so fresh and pure, I mostly love to drink it on its own. Sit on the porch and knock this back on a sultry summer evening.

40% Semillon, 40% Sauvignon and 20% Muscadelle. This flagship white boasts floral and fruity aromas and is fresh and round on the palate with a crisp, dry finish. Among the greatest values in Bordeaux Blanc. Winemaker Description. 

This fleshy medium bodied wine offers plentiful flavors of tropical fruit, baking spice, and zest, with an underlying subtle oak influence. Cambria Chardonnay Katherine's Vineyard is harmoniously balanced with ample acidity and a buttery, creamy mouth coating finish.

Antonio Galloni writes: The 2021 Chardonnay Katherine's Vineyard Signature Collection is bright and super-focused. Citrus peel, mint, white flowers and tangerine peel all grace this exquisite, intense wine. The 2021 was fermented in tank and aged in barrel, of which 50% new. The Katherine's Vineyard comes from own-rooted vines planted in the 1970s. Readers should plan on giving this a bit of time, as it is quite nervous today. - Vinous 95

Aromas of cassis and passionfruit are first to emerge, with guava, crisp pear and white peach adding a delicious intricacy. On the palate, it is generous yet refreshing, with ripe pineapple and a lime sherbet zing, layered with elderflower and hints of citrus blossom.
