Wente Morning Fog was a recommendation from a small wine merchant in Westchester and we have been enjoying its deep oak consistency for many years. Luckily, having moved back to NYC, 67 Wine regularly stocks this Chardonnay. We pair it with a rather significant meal to balance the rich oak mellow taste.
