The Grooner Grüner Veltliner is sourced from Forstreiter's vineyards on south- and east-facing terraces above the Danube, planted on the distinctive Hollenburger Konglomerat — a unique soil formation of compressed Ice Age gravel from the Danube riverbanks, layered with loess, clay, and sandy soils. This exceptional terroir, combined with the Kremstal's continental microclimate, produces Grüner Veltliner of natural freshness, mineral depth, and the characteristic white pepper spice the variety is celebrated for.

Vinification follows Forstreiter's meticulous approach: careful temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve the grape's aromatic vibrancy and varietal character.
