Having spent years working both independently and for the Mexican Trade Commission throughout Europe – promoting and establishing reciprocity of the Tequila Denomination of Origin – Jose Luis later started working closely with producers in Jalisco in order to source and provide quality Tequila directly to European brands and bottlers.

We had been wanting to collaborate with someone on bottling a PM Spirits Project Tequila for quite some time. Jose Luis' passion for and knowledge of the spirit was apparent to us from day one, and we could think of no better person to have worked with to make this project happen. Thank you, Jose Luis.

Siete Leguas' Decades Blanco celebrates their 70th anniversary and is sure to be an instant collectors item and darling of the Tequila cognoscenti. Made from wild Criollo agaves, a smaller and richer pina than the common blue weber, which grow naturally on the steepest slopes. The dangerous task of harvesting these is rewarded with more flavor.

After a 3 day cook in the small stone ovens of Casa Siete Leguas, the agaves are crushed with tahona. Natural fermentation in open air tanks takes in the ambient yeast of the surrounding citrus orchards and helps impart the house style of Siete Leguas.

Double distillation on small copper pot stills finishes the production process and yields the stunning Decades Blanco - a 42% ABV Tequila that will not disappoint.

Fortaleza Winter Blend Reposado 2023 is a combination of reposados previously aged in American oak formerly containing charanda, French oak most recently used aging Winter Blend 2022, and Hungarian oak most recently used aging Winter Blend 2022, all blended with Classic Fortaleza Reposado.

Herradura has set the standard. Then surpassed it. Tequila Herradura Reposado, meaning "rested," is aged for eleven months, nine months longer than the industry standard. Its deep copper color and rounded taste sets this Reposado apart, along with its signature aroma of spices. The tastes of vanilla, butter and agave work in unison to create a smooth and sweet experience. Tequila Herradura introduced the first Reposado to the world in 1974, creating an entirely new tequila category.

The color is a rich amber with shades of copper, from resting 11 months in American White Oak barrels. Aromas of warm notes of anise, fruit, and spices come through the central aroma of cooked agave. Over the years, Dos Artes has been recognized with numerous awards for their tequilas, a testament to their unwavering commitment to quality and excellence.

Distilled from estate-grown Blue Weber agave from 300 ha lowland site, practicing organic farming. Agave are roasted at 120° C for 15 hours and allowed to rest for another 15 hours. Fermented in El Llano's original cement vat with house yeast for six to seven days to about 4-5% abv. Twice distilled in stainless steel pot stills with interior copper condenser by Eduardo Orendain before being aged in ex-Bourbon barrels for 11 months.

Featuring fruity-sweet flavor notes, the tighter cut of the distillate ensures less acetone flavors and puts an emphasis on a mid-palate wash of mint, pepper, vanilla, and ripe apple and plum.
