Pueblo Viejo Anejo Tequila is a soft orange color that resembles a mild sunset. Throughout the light is bright and transparent with an amber tone. Medium to high bodied. The sweetness of sugary seeds, vanilla, and toasted almond flavors can be savored.

Flavors such as pepper and cinnamon are also present. At the palate experience the sweetness of oak, vanilla, dark chocolate, and roasted almond with a long dried fruit finish.

We make tequila here almost exactly as he did then, and for the very same reasons: to pay tribute to our fields of agave, and to make a spirit worth sipping.

At la Altena, tradition matters, We still cook or agaves in old-fashioned ovens, crush them with a volcanic tahona wheel, and double-distill our tequila to proof, without any additives.
