Named after the 818 area code — home to Kendall — the brand works closely with local, family-owned farms in Jalisco, Mexico, sourcing only the highest quality Blue Weber Agave and maintaining a deep commitment to sustainability and supply chain transparency throughout every step of production.
The Blanco is hand-crafted in small batches: agave hand-picked by jimadores, cooked in traditional brick ovens, and distilled to a lower ABV than most blancos — a deliberate choice that results in a richer, more aromatic flavor profile without sacrificing smoothness. Pearl-silver in the glass with a medium body, it opens with cooked agave aromas, mild grassy and fruity notes, and delicate white flowers — chamomile and lemon blossom. The palate is clean and agave-forward, with tropical and citrus fruit and mineral accents, finishing smooth with floral and citrus notes.
