Our Smoked herring delivers a robust, savory flavor with a rich dose of umami and smoke.
While early American food culture once celebrated the herring, with dishes like the Skully Jo Fish Bake originating from seafood ports such as Gloucester, we recommend any throwback recipes drawing flavor inspiration from other herring-worshipping countries.
In the UK, smoked herring (or kippers) are often enjoyed for breakfast. As is the custom in northern Europe, smoked herring is delicious when paired with potatoes or with a nice lager or pale ale at the start of the day, à la Ernest Hemingway.

William Fèvre is one of Chablis’ most storied domaines, farming 37 hectares across the appellation’s most prized exposures on both banks of the Serein river. Champs Royaux — the “Royal Fields” — draws from vineyards rooted in Kimmeridgian limestone, the ancient seabed of oyster fossils and marine sediment that defines Chablis’ signature minerality. Fermented on native yeasts in predominantly stainless steel with full malolactic conversion, this is a textbook expression of the appellation: linear, fresh, and built for the table.
The 2024 opens with a clean, inviting nose of citrus, white fruit, and a whisper of chalk. On the palate, it is fresh and supple — medium-bodied with bright acidity, a subtle mineral thread, and a slightly oaky finish that adds just enough texture without obscuring the wine’s essential freshness. Classic Chablis character at an exceptional price point.
Chablis AOC — Kimmeridgian minerality and classic Burgundian precision from one of the appellation’s benchmark estates.

Made from New York State apples, produced and bottled in Rochester, NY, the Rosé Cider is rosier and slightly sweeter than the white expression, thanks to a dash of organic extract. The result is a cider that drinks with the elegance of a Hamptons rosé — floral, effervescent, and built for the moment.

Gin flavored with handpicked juniper berries from its Hamptons estate, cardamom, cumin, coriander, fennel and anise. Once the rosé is distilled, Roth adds a small amount of grape skin extract to get that subtle pink color.
Wölffer Estate is the Hamptons’ most iconic winery — and their Gold Label Rosé is the wine that put Long Island rosé on the map. Crafted from the estate’s maritime terroir on the East End of Long Island, where cooling sea breezes off the Atlantic preserve freshness and lift, this is a rosé of genuine complexity, understated elegance, and outstanding value. The 2025 vintage is, by all accounts, one of the finest Long Island has ever produced.
The growing season was shaped by hot, dry conditions in July and August that promoted small berry size and remarkable concentration, followed by a storm-free harvest and cooling October breezes that preserved vibrancy and balance. Rosé harvest ran from September 21 through October 7. Grapes were destemmed, pressed, and cold-settled at 40°F, then fermented slowly at 62°F over three weeks. The wine rested 12 weeks on the lees sur lie for added complexity and structure, fermented fully dry with no malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness.
The result: a radiant, delicate ruby rosé with honeysuckle, ripe wild strawberry, and classic floral aromas. On the palate, vibrant acidity and minerality balance beautifully concentrated fruit, with a refreshing, generous mouthfeel and a long, savory finish.
The rosé that started it all — Wölffer 2025 is a winemaker’s dream vintage and a stunning reflection of Long Island at its very best.
