Quady Vermouth Vya Whisper Dry 750ml WHITE
Winemaker Description
"Whisper” refers to a soft whisper of herbs in wine, a delicate rendition of Vya Extra Dry Vermouth. Vya Whisper Dry Vermouth is appropriate when looking for a lighter style of aperitif wine, used alone or to soothe the edges of your favorite subtle spirit. Herbs like elecampane, orris, linden and fir needles melt into the spirit without overpowering the drink.
Created 12 years after the release of Vya Extra Dry Vermouth, Vya Whisper Dry Vermouth contains the same botanicals and Quady Essensia Orange Muscat in the base, but with a much lighter infusion. This results in an aromatic yet lightly flavored dry white wine experience that provides a more neutral base for cocktails.
Try Vya Whisper Dry Vermouth chilled on its own with appetizers, or on the rocks with a twist of lemon. It’s like a fine white wine, with a little something extra. Producer Description.

Gonzalez Byass Vermouth La Copa Extra Seco Dry 750ml
This vermouth is based on a Fino sherry with the addition of seven botanicals: wormwood, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, orange peel, savory and red fruits. It is clean, elegant and intense with concentrated citrus aromas perfectly blended with the delicious bitter touches of wormwood and savory.
It shows a persistent and long balsamic aftertaste due to the addition of red fruits. An elegant extra dry vermouth which clearly maintains its Fino origin. Ideal as an aperitif, served over ice with soda and in cocktails.
Gonzlez Byass was founded in 1835 by Manuel Maria Gonz lez and remains in family hands today, now in the fifth and sixth generation. Founded in Jerez de la Frontera, Andalusia, in the heart of Sherry country, it is dedicated to the production of high-quality sherries. The Sherry triangle, made up of Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa Maria and Sanlucar de Barrameda, has a unique microclimate influenced by the surrounding Atlantic Ocean and Guadalquivir and Guadalete rivers.
Production is dominated by the Palomino variety, and vines are planted in the white Albariza soil, with high chalk content which is excellent for retaining moisture. These soil conditions, combined with over 3,000 hours of annual sunshine, fresh, humid breezes from the west (poniente) and warm, dry breezes from the east (levante) have formed the perfect marriage with the Palomino variety to produce an array of sherry styles. All sherries are aged following the traditional Solera system where the wines are blended in 600 liter American oak casks.
Many styles are produced with distinctive characters depending on whether they have been aged under the influence of the flor (a layer of natural yeast) or as an oloroso (in contact with oxygen). Today the portfolio includes a wide range of sherries including Tio Pepe, the Superior Range and the VORS range, enological gems aged for over 30 years. Producer Description.

Vermouth 22 by LACUESTA Red Vermouth ROJO RED 750ml
Producer Description
This has been made the same way since 1937 at the winery Martinez Lacuesta in Rioja. Almost 30 different herbs, spices and aromatic plants are macerated in white wine to make the vermouth.
It's not sweet & it's not dry, but rides the line perfectly between. This is very herbal with notes of dried orange and cinnamon and a finish of bitters and is all about the botanicals.
This is the perfect vermouth for a Manhattan and is also perfect chilled in a glass on its own.

Pio Cesare Vermouth de Torino Rosso 750ml
Winemaker Description
This Vermouth uses a mixture of 26 aromatic herbs such as marjoram leaves, gentian roots, orange zest and others, which all together compose our family recipe. We then add a blend of different Pio Cesare white wines, including our Moscato d’Asti. After a 15-day maceration, the Vermouth obtained is aged in oak barrels for at least 4 months. The Recipe is finally completed with the addition of caramel, which gives our Vermouth its light color, and its distinctive aroma and taste. In order to better appreciate our Pio Cesare Vermouth, we recommend drinking it in the old “piemontese style”, sipping it with no ice, but just a little slice of lemon zest.
Expert Review
Robert Parker 90+ Points | The NV Vermouth di Torino is based on Chardonnay but is infused and aromatized with cloves, cinnamon, quinine, citrus peel, ginger, nutmeg, marjoram and other secret ingredients that were written down on a piece of paper in 1952 and kept under lock and key ever since. The folks at Pio Cesare did well to bring this traditional recipe for Vermouth back into circulation. This is an ideal aperitivo drink that can be served on ice with a slice of lemon. It opens to a bright orange-gold color and offers a complicated bouquet that recalls the many aromatic ingredients used in the infusion. The fishing is sweet, but not excessively so.
