Select is made by blending 30 botanicals, including juniper berries, rhubarb root, citrus peel, and a carefully guarded selection of roots, barks, and spices. The result is bright ruby red with orange reflections, and a flavor profile that is layered and alive: balsamic juniper and eucalyptus on the nose, then a rush of citrus and tropical spice on the palate, with a pleasantly bitter, herb-driven finish that lingers and invites the next sip.
