95 Points Whisky Advocate | Part of the permanent Ardbeg range since 2008, Corryvreckan is created from a blend of standard Ardbeg and Ardbeg aged in virgin French Limousin oak casks. Smoky bacon and seaweed, plus dark berries, prickly spices, walnuts, lemon, and sweet peat on the nose. Sweet and savory on the palate, with more lively spice, woodsmoke, phenols, and licorice. Bally X.O is a rum blend of a minimum of 6 years as the AOC Martinique. Known for the triangular shape of its bottle, in reference to Mount Pelee, Bally X.O is also an intense and complex rum, marked by notes of figs and blond tobacco.

J.Bally is one of the oldest distilleries in Martinique. Its rums are characterized by the finesse of their aromas, a good roundness in the mouth and a great fruity richness.

Wine Enthusiast 93 Points | Vibrant orange-amber color and a warm, citrusy scent. Expect lots of honey and caramel from the get-go, winding into an interestingly dry and lingering finish entwining leather, cocoa, coconut and ginger. Good value.

Over the course of 18 years our Master Distiller, Alan Winchester, takes this expression through a combination of cask types, including both first and second-fill American oak (for tropical fruitiness) and ex-sherry oak (for spicy complexity).
