Domaine Olivier Foucher Sancerre Blanc 2024 750ml
Domaine Olivier Foucher Sancerre Blanc — Loire Valley 2024
Domaine Olivier Foucher's Sancerre Blanc is a textbook expression of what the Loire Valley does best — and the 2024 vintage delivers with exceptional clarity and energy. Sourced from the storied hillside vineyards of Sancerre, the wine is crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown on the region's signature limestone and flint soils, producing a wine of impeccable balance, structural tension, and mineral precision. Wave after wave of mouth-puckering acidity and a mineral-packed finish make this one of the most exciting values in the appellation.
The nose is bright and inviting: freshly squeezed lime, lemon zest, gooseberry, peach blossom, and a pleasant grassy note. On the palate, it is crisp and lively with excellent precision and energetic focus — everything is where it should be, making this Sauvignon Blanc almost too easy to drink. The finish is long, clean, and refreshingly mineral.
Bart Hopkins, 67 Wine Senior Wine Writer — "A classic mineral-driven Sancerre with a lovely bouquet and deliciously refreshing palate. Excellent precision and energetic focus on the finish."

La Petite Lune Rouge by Domaine de Chevalier 2022 750ml
La Petite Lune Rouge — Graves, Bordeaux 2022
La Petite Lune is the entry-level expression from Clos des Lunes — a project founded by the owners of Domaine de Chevalier, one of Pessac-Léognan's most celebrated Grand Cru Classé estates, in collaboration with Stéphane Dérenoncourt, widely regarded as one of the top winemakers in France. The vineyards sit a stone's throw from Chevalier's famed plots in Graves, and the wine is built on a special selection of vineyard lots handpicked by Dérenoncourt and vinified by Bernard's team at Domaine de Chevalier. The aim: a wine that is slightly more modern in styling than a classic Bordeaux, with an excellent quality-to-price ratio — and at under $20, it delivers exactly that.
The 2022 is a blend of 50% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 5% Cabernet Franc. The nose is pretty and inviting — blackberry, dried tobacco, and herbal notes with a classic Graves character. On the palate, it's medium-bodied and mouth-filling with generous fruit, supple tannins, and a delicious, clean fruit finish. Approachable now and built for easy enjoyment.

Chateau La Vaisinerie Puisseguin Saint-Emilion 2019 750ml
Château La Vaisinerie — Puisseguin Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux 2019
Puisseguin Saint-Émilion is one of Bordeaux's four Saint-Émilion satellites — appellations that share the Saint-Émilion name and its clay-limestone terroir, but offer wines of genuine character at a fraction of the price of their more famous neighbor. Château La Vaisinerie is a standout estate in the appellation, producing a Merlot-dominant blend (90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc) that earned four separate critic endorsements in the 2019 vintage — one of Bordeaux's finest of the last decade. The result is a wine of real refinement and balance that consistently punches above its price point.
The 2019 pours a deep ruby. The nose is expressive and layered — blue fruits, blackberry, black cherry, candied violets, sweet tobacco, crushed stones, and floral notes with a mineral undertow. On the palate, it's medium-bodied, pure, and impeccably balanced: supple tannins, fine acidity, a pretty core of fruit, and a sensual, velvety-smooth finish. Already drinking beautifully with a carafe; will continue to develop through 2029.

Craggy Range Sauvignon Blanc Te Muna Road Vineyard 2025 750ml
Craggy Range | Sauvignon Blanc | Te Muna Road Vineyard | Martinborough | 2025
Most New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc comes from Marlborough — high-acid, pungent, and immediately recognizable. Te Muna Road is something different. Craggy Range’s single-vineyard site sits in Martinborough, on the southern tip of the North Island, where a cooler, more continental climate and river-stone soils produce a Sauvignon Blanc of genuine texture and mineral complexity. The 2025 opens with white flowers, blossom, freshly cut peach, and passionfruit — aromatic and expressive without being aggressive. On the palate, key lime, preserved lemon, and kiwifruit are bright and precise, threaded through with a saline minerality that the river stones of Te Muna Road impart in a way no winemaking technique can replicate. Fresh, elegant, and textural, with a mouthwatering frame and a long, clean finish. This is the Sauvignon Blanc for people who think they don’t like Sauvignon Blanc.
- Appellation: Martinborough, New Zealand
- Vineyard: Te Muna Road Vineyard (single vineyard)
- Varietal: Sauvignon Blanc
- Vintage: 2025
- Format: 750ml

Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough 2024 750ml
Dog Point Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc — Marlborough 2024
Dog Point Vineyard is the project of two Cloudy Bay veterans, Ivan Sutherland and James Healy, who set out to make a Sauvignon Blanc that transcends the region's exuberant mainstream. Hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed, and fermented with indigenous yeasts, Dog Point's approach is one of restraint and terroir transparency. The result is a wine of genuine character: savory, textural, and built to age — a world apart from the wham-bam Marlborough style. The 2024 vintage is among the finest expressions of the estate.
The color is pale straw with a luminous clarity. The nose is pure and captivating: grapefruit, white peach, key lime, crushed sea shells, and a whisper of smoke and gravelly minerality that adds complexity beyond the immediate fruit. Hugel Gentil Alsace 2024 750ml
Hugel Gentil — Alsace, France 2024
Hugel is one of Alsace's most storied and respected family estates, based in Riquewihr and producing wine since 1639 — nearly four centuries of unbroken winemaking in one of France's most distinctive wine regions. Gentil is their signature multi-varietal blend and one of the great value wines of Alsace: a kaleidoscope of grapiness produced exclusively from hand-harvested grapes grown in predominantly clay and limestone vineyards across a dozen of the most favored localities in and around Riquewihr. The 2024 is a blend of 30% Riesling, 20% Gewurztraminer, 15% Pinot Gris, 15% Pinot Blanc, 15% Sylvaner, and 5% Muscat — each variety contributing its own character to the whole.
The 2024 pours a pale, luminous gold. The nose is aromatic and inviting — citrus is the keynote, with a subtle overtone of rose and the gentle grapiness that only Muscat can bring. On the palate, it's slender and almost delicate, with lemon setting the tone and a live-wire acidity that makes it shine. Bone-dry, superbly refreshing, and straight as an arrow — the Riesling's finesse, the Gewurztraminer's spice, the Pinot Gris's body, and the Muscat's aromatic lift all in perfect balance.

Castello di Volpaia Chianti Classico Organic 2022 750ml
About Castello di Volpaia
Volpaia is one of the most stunning estates in Italy, located in a fortified medieval village in Radda in Chianti. Because the vineyards are among the highest in the Chianti Classico zone — up to 600 meters — the wines have a cool-climate elegance that sets them apart from the heavier, more muscular Chiantis found in the valleys.
Winemaker Description
The Chianti Classico has a vivid ruby color and a strong nose of fresh red fruit with hints of cherry. A well-structured wine with a fruity finish. The vintage began with a warm winter with little rain. May and June were cold with heavy rains that caused several problems with downy mildew throughout Italy. In July temperatures rose significantly, and the hot, dry summer was followed by late August rains that allowed the grapes to complete ripening beautifully.
Expert Reviews
Decanter — 91 Points (Michaela Morris)

Tony Wood Italian Wine — 95 Points
"Bright ruby red with purple undertones. Amazing aroma of spring flowers, violet, petal, sweet red fruits, liquorice, cedar, dry forest floor, spice. Creamy, elegant, fantastic length and balance. A total winner!"

It is a Champagne of remarkable consistency, elegance, and depth — and one of the great benchmarks of the non-vintage category.
