Gin

Hendrick’s Gin — Girvan, Scotland | 1.0L

No other gin tastes like Hendrick’s — because no other gin is made like Hendrick’s. Crafted at the Girvan Distillery in Ayrshire by Master Distiller Lesley Gracie, Hendrick’s is built on a genuinely unique production method: two rare stills working in tandem. The Bennett still steeps botanicals overnight for richness and depth; the Carter-Head still gently steams them for delicacy and lift. The result is then infused with two signature ingredients that define the gin’s unmistakable character: Bulgarian Rosa Damascena — one of the world’s most prized rose varieties — and specially selected fresh cucumbers. Wine Enthusiast awarded it 92 points. The 1.0L format is the ideal size for serious home bartenders and entertaining. Kosher certified.

The nose is fresh and immediately distinctive: cucumber, rose petal, and a whisper of juniper. On the palate, white pepper, citrus, and floral notes unfold with a silky, unusually smooth texture and a long, complex finish. It is a gin of unparalleled character and balance — and it drinks beautifully in a classic G&T with a slice of cucumber.

Wine Enthusiast 92 — “This gin has a fierce following… it lives up to the hype. A hint of cucumber mingles with juniper in the aroma, with white pepper, citrus, and floral notes on the lingering finish.”

• Producer: William Grant & Sons, Girvan Distillery, Ayrshire, Scotland

Tanqueray London Dry Gin — England 94.6 Proof

Fortune favors the brave — and in the 1830s, Charles Tanqueray was brave enough to pursue perfection. Distilling in London at a time when gin was being reinvented, Tanqueray developed a recipe of extraordinary balance and precision: four carefully selected botanicals — juniper, coriander, angelica root, and liquorice — distilled four times in a single copper pot still to create a gin of unmatched clarity and character. Nearly two centuries later, Tanqueray London Dry remains one of the most awarded gins in the world and the bartender's choice for the perfect G&T. The 1.0L format is the professional's bottle — built for the bar and the home alike.

The nose is pungent and assertive: bold juniper leads with notes of anise, lemon peel, and a faint white-floral touch, laced with black pepper heat. On the palate, it is clean and very flavorsome — tart, snappy spice, citrus zest, and a warming alcohol heat on the finish. Very persistent, very classic, and unmistakably Tanqueray.

Wine Enthusiast 93 — Best Buy. "Bold juniper plus notes of anise, lemon peel, and a faint white-floral touch, laced with black pepper heat. A clean, classic profile that's just the ticket for gin & tonics."

Tanqueray has been one of Britain’s most celebrated gin distilleries since 1830, when Charles Tanqueray began distilling in Bloomsbury, London. No. Ten represents the pinnacle of the range — a small-batch gin distilled in a unique copper pot still affectionately known as “Tiny Ten,” which gives the expression its name. Where the classic Tanqueray is built for balance and versatility, No. Ten is built for the Martini: a gin of exceptional freshness, complexity, and citrus-forward character that has made it a perennial favorite among the world’s best bartenders.

Distilled using fresh whole citrus fruits — white grapefruit, orange, and lime — alongside the classic Tanqueray botanicals of juniper, coriander, angelica root, and liquorice. The result is a full-bodied gin of remarkable aromatic intensity: bright citrus on the nose, a smooth and complex palate, and a clean, lingering finish. The definitive gin for a classic Martini, Gimlet, or G&T with pink grapefruit.

Built on the iconic Hendrick’s DNA of cucumber, rose, and precise juniper, Oasium layers silky verdant green botanicals, deep delicate herbal tones, and a bright citrus finish into something genuinely extraordinary. Sipsmith opened in Chiswick, London in 2009 as the city’s first copper pot distillery in nearly 200 years — a small, principled operation that helped ignite the modern craft gin renaissance. Built around a single copper pot still named Prudence, the distillery was founded on the belief that great gin requires patience, skill, and the finest botanicals. Their London Dry Gin became an instant benchmark. The Sloe Gin takes that award-winning base and does something wonderfully old-fashioned with it: steeping wild sloe berries — the small, tart, jet-black fruit of the blackthorn bush — harvested each autumn and left to macerate in the gin until the spirit turns a deep, jewel-like ruby red.

The result is a handcrafted sloe gin of real character: rich and warming on the nose with aromas of wild berry, cherry, almond, and a subtle juniper backbone. The palate is luscious but never cloying — ripe plum, damson, and bramble fruit with a bittersweet edge and a long, warming finish. At 29% ABV it is built for sipping neat over ice, pouring into a Sloe Gin Fizz, or stirring into a classic Sloe Negroni. The definitive modern expression of a very British tradition.
