Neversink Spirits Gin starts with a New York State apple base spirit that is carefully distilled through a blend of 11 botanicals to create a well balanced, floral and aromatic gin. We focus on botanicals that pair nicely with apples, including three types of fresh citrus, star anise, cardamom, cinnamon, elderflower, and, of course, juniper.
