Mette Framboise Rasberry Eau de Vie 375ml
Producer Description
Eau-de-vie distilled in Ribeauvillé, Haut-Rhin, in the Alsace region of France
- Wild raspberries (rare in the Alsace) are sourced from a small grower in Romania; shipped to the distillery within 48 hours
- Wild raspberries don’t have the necessary sugar for ideal fermentation, so instead, they are macerated for 6 days in twice-distilled grape eau-de-vie
- The resulting eau-de-vie is distilled once on a Charente-style copper pot still
- After distillation, the eau-de-vie is placed in stainless steel vats for 6–8 years. These vats are kept in an outdoor courtyard and the opening covered in mesh so that the spirit may blow off unwanted esters and benefit from fluctuation in temperature.
- Reduced with spring water approximately one year before bottling
- Freshly smushed raspberries and raspberry leaves are complemented by cassis & red currant on the nose. The palate displays big florality with dimensions of fresh rose petal and rose stems. These green, stemmy notes move on to the finish with subtle frangipane and pink sea salt
- 45% ABV
Is there such a thing as an afternoon eau-de-vie? If so, this is it. Supporting floral notes make this expression an ideal pairing for tea-time cakes & sandwiches or a compelling pastry ingredient.
Mette Kirsch Cherry Alsace 375ml
- Eau-de-vie distilled in Ribeauvillé, Haut-Rhin, in the Alsace region of France
- Distilled from Ratafia black cherries sourced from local farmers and harvested in early summer
- Crushed and then fermented in fiberglass tanks with no additional sugar or yeast
- Twice distilled on a Charente-style copper pot still
- After distillation, the eau-de-vie is placed in stainless steel vats for a minimum of one year. These vats are kept in an outdoor courtyard and the opening covered in mesh so that the spirit may blow off unwanted esters and benefit from fluctuation in temperature.
- A confectionary nose of lightly roasted coffee and cherry Pop Tarts complemented with cinnamon and nutmeg is followed by a wave of dark cherry skin; on the palate, a brief and singular note of cherry pit explodes into fresh cherry meat, blue plum, kumquat, and lingering salinity
- 45% ABV
This is the perfect digestif for any fan of cherry pastry, pie, or cake, displaying enticing confectionary notes while remaining sprightly on the palate.

Meyer Nakel Pinot Noir Blue Slate 2022 750ml
Winemaker Description
Breathtaking steep are the slate terraces of the Ahr, on which only a few vines can be found at all times. In this respect, the yields are also dwindling and the number of bottles is limited accordingly.
Juicy on the palate with delicate, round tannins and wonderfully balanced with beautiful fruit extract. Burgundy fans can really rejoice.
The name Meyer-Näkel stands for the finest Pinot Noir from the spectacular steep slate slopes of the Ahr - this has been no secret for decades. Today, sisters Maike and Dörte Näkel are the third generation to successfully continue what their father and grandfather - both legends and pioneers of dry German Pinot Noir - had already established.

A nose of cooked agave, banana, fresh coconut, almonds, sweet orange and green apple is layered over hints of elegant vanilla. On the palate, orange blossom tea underscores threads of honey and sweet orange, balanced by subtle white pepper notes.

Mic Drop Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey L22-01 Ardea Herodias 7 yr 750ml
Producer Description
MIC.DROP. L22-01 Mic Drop started as a side project enabling PM Spirits to have access to American whiskey for our New York market – at the time, we had none to sell. The first few releases happened to be MGP for no particular reason others than the fact that out of all the casks we tasted, we felt these stood out most and met the criteria for the type of releases we wanted to make happen. After the third release, we started to wonder what Mic Drop should actually stand for. We decided to use it as a brand that would shine a spotlight on distillers and barrels that we felt were particularly good.
Our fourth release was a rye whiskey produced by Wilderness Trail, simply because to us, they may very well be the best player in that category at the moment. In the middle of 2021, we stumbled upon something very, very different when a friend suggested we taste two specific barrels. They contained bourbon that was double distilled in Louisville, Kentucky on a Vendome copper pot still with a mashbill of 60% corn, 17% wheat, 13% oats, and 10% barley. They aged in Kentucky in two 60 gallon, new American oak barrels with a #2 char for a little over seven years. Total yield was 55.1 gallons – slightly over 54% evaporation.
This bottling was obtained by dumping together the only two casks of bourbon ever made with this mashbill at this distillery. It was double distilled on a copper pot still and aged for over seven years in Louisville, Kentucky. It has been bottled at a cask strength of 58% abv, without chill filtration or added color. We can't tell you who made it. 100% of the profits from this bottling will go towards organizations advocating for gun safety in every town in America. Producer Description.

Allen Meadows Burghound 87-89 Points | Firm reduction buries the fruit. Otherwise, there is equally good freshness and energy to the succulent and fleshy, if not especially dense, flavors that conclude in a firm and mildly rustic though nicely persistent finale.

Michter's Barrel Strength Rye 750ml
Butterscotch and cinnamon with a hint of cherries on the nose; warming, rich, toasty vanilla and caramel up front with a dry oaky spice on the finish.
The May 2015 inaugural release of Michter's US1 Barrel Strength Rye marked yet another milestone in that quest. For maturation, the Rye distillate is entered into the barrel at 103 proof, rather than a more industry standard higher proof. Barrel entry at a lower proof of 103 rather than a higher proof costs Michter's more money in terms of barrels and warehousing, but they believe it yields a richer, smoother, more full-bodied whiskey after proper maturation. A single barrel product, each barrel of Michter's US1 Barrel Strength Rye is bottled at its particular alcohol level at the time of bottling. The majority of barrels in the releases range from 107 to 112 proof. To savor it is a unique experience for anyone who enjoys rye whiskey.
Expert Reviews
Points Tasting Panel | Bottled at barrel strength (108 proof), this Kentucky straight rye exudes Michter’s always complex aromas—full of orange peel, burnt sugar, choco- late leather—with an extra stirring of the senses i ncluding cherrywood and peach. On the tongue, the alcohol sets a tone, then dissipates, leaving a warmth of peppered cherries, orange zest, toffee nibs and cocoa.
Points Wine Enthusiast | This limited-release rye offers a rich aroma of vanilla and caramel. Bottled at barrel strength, it's initially drying and hot on the palate. Complex and echoing with rounded vanilla and allspice, it stands up to plenty of dilution, and finishes on a hint of almond.

Michter's Bourbon US 1 Whiskey 750ml
Expert Review
Wine Enthusiast Superb/Highly Recommended | The bouquet has a dry, grainy aroma which is accented by peppery/spicy scents. The palate entry is surprisingly sweet and corny, considering how dry the aroma is; the midpalate point is deep, corny sweet, sap-like and a bit syrupy. Ends up well and balanced, with a backnote of dried red fruit (raisins, prunes).
Producer Description
The US*1 expressions, so named to honor Michter’s heritage harkening back to America’s first whiskey company, consist of some of the finest single barrel and truly small batch whiskeys available. Distilled to Master Distiller Dan McKee’s exacting specifications, no US*1 whiskey is ever released until Dan and the Michter’s tasting panel deems it ready.
Michter’s US*1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is made from a carefully selected mashbill that features the highest quality American corn. It is then matured to the peak of perfection. Truly “small batch” each batch of our US*1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is batched in a holding tank sized to fit a maximum of twenty full barrels, leaving no margin for “blending out” imperfection and thus necessitating excellence from every barrel. Reflecting the spirit of the Bluegrass State, Michter’s US*1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is nuanced, mellow and earthy.
Profile: Kentucky whiskey. Fire-charred, new American white oak barrels. Rich caramel with balanced vanilla, stone fruit notes, smoky depth, with an oak finish. 91.4 Proof

Michter's U.S. 1 RYE Whiskey Straight Single Barrel 750ml
Producer Description
Renowned for Rye, America's first whiskey, since our founding in 1753, we take production of every barrel of Michter's Rye very seriously.
Our US*1 Rye is made from select American rye grain that is sheared to enable the saturation of more flavor during fermentation. It is then aged in a heated warehouse. This premium rye has hints of light spice, black pepper, marmalade and plum, spicy grain and light caramel.
Michter's U.S. 1 SOUR MASH 750ml
Tasting Panel | This uncommon small-batch 86-proof spirit introduces itself with a showstopping perfume of cherry and toasty vanilla biscuit. A stream of flavors ensues, from egg cream to maple syrup, burnt orange peel, and cinnamon. Generous notes of just-baked gingerbread, ripe peach, and sandalwood romance the palate.
Wine Enthusiast | Resurrected after 23 years, this smooth, buttery American whiskey is worth the wait. It has mellow vanilla and oak flavors, with a faint cherry essence on the long finish that seems to urge, “stir up a few Manhattans already.”
Warm toasted burnt sugar notes with spice, sweet, smoky. During the 1970s and 1980s, Michter’s Original Sour Mash Whiskey was the distillery’s single most popular product. While the “Sour Mash” moniker originated from the whiskey production process of the same name – whereby some previously fermented mash is used as the starter for the new mash to be fermented, much like making sourdough bread – Michter’s Original Sour Mash earned distinction for its unique taste. With its unique grain selection, it cannot be categorized as a rye or a bourbon.
After disappearing from the market in 1989, Michter’s Original Sour Mash Whiskey made a triumphant return in 2012 with its introduction into the US1 line. Staying true to the profile and palate of its predecessor, Michter’s US1 Sour Mash has quickly become a favorite of whiskey enthusiasts. Producer Description.
Michter's U.S. 1 UNBLENDED AMERICAN Whiskey 750ml
Producer Description
While Bourbon must legally be matured in new, charred American oak, Michter’s Unblended American Whiskey is a little bit different. Aged in used, whiskey-soaked barrels – and therefore not legally a Bourbon – this whiskey has a a more spirit-forward flavour profile rich in caramel popcorn, butterscotch and dried fruits, with a cinnamon and nutmeg spice.
Unlike Bourbon or Rye, which, by definition, must be aged in new oak barrels, our US1 Unblended American Whiskey is aged in a way that utilizes whiskey-soaked barrels to achieve a rich and unique flavor profile. In late 2013, then Master Distiller Willie Pratt agreed to re-release our US1 Unblended American Whiskey after a nearly three-year absence from the market, deeming it “just right” and “the best it’s ever been.” Crucially, our US1 Unblended American Whiskey never contains grain neutral spirits – hence its “unblended” distinction. Producer Description.
Michter's US 1 Toasted Barrel Finish Rye 108 Proof 750ml
Producer Description
The team at Michter's conducts their distilling by the tried and true Kentucky practices, while experimenting for the purpose of making the greatest American whiskeys. The Michter's team conducted years of research on different barrel finishes for their rye whiskey, and have proudly produced the Michter's US-1 Limited Release Toasted Barrel Finish Rye Whiskey.
To produce this Toasted Barrel Strength Rye Whiskey, they took their US-1 Kentucky Straight Rye at barrel strength and aged it longer in a second custom barrel. The second barrel is assembled from 24 month air dried wood, and toasted to Michter's specification.
The deep reddish brown color leads to scents of spicy rye and cooking brown sugar. The initial flavors of rye and dark brown sugar gives way to the subtle hints of oak and dark baking spices. There is a silky finish that ends with more rye and orange peels. Producer Notes.
Midori Melon Liqueur 750ml
Producer Description
Midori is the original melon liqueur enhanced by premium Japanese muskmelons that can be enjoyed with juices, spirits and other liqueurs - a fruity sensation of fresh melons.
Midori Melon Liqueur’s quality and delicious taste come from the blending of the juices of premium muskmelons — which are extremely rare in Japan. Grown in only one region of Japan, they are incredibly hard to find. In addition to their rarity, both musk melons are cultivated in rich soils to create the tastiest melons. By extracting the essence from two different Japanese melons using two different production methods, a premium melon flavor is born.
