Misguided Spirits Bathhouse John's Well Dressed Gin is inspired by a type of gin that was popular in the era of iniquity and corruption, in the colorful, organized crime-run nightlife scene of Prohibition-era Chicago. The gin popular during the Roaring '20s wiseguys Chicago was actually light on juniper and heavy on lavender, with citrus figuring fairly prominently, also, and some other botanical that gives the final product a bit of racy spiciness.
Misguided Spirits is a collection of service industry veterans providing an employee-owned alternative to global spirits companies. The name comes from terminology used to describe people in earlier times who lived life on their own terms and shaped the world around them by building a community, giving them a voice, a purpose, and a good stiff drink. The mission of the founders to is provide an alternative to sleek ad campaigns and high-priced “craft spirits.” The partners in the company focus on providing support to the bars and restaurants that pour their products.
Mitica - Taralli Classico
Mitica Taralli Classico — Puglia, Italy
Taralli are one of southern Italy’s most beloved snacks — small, ring-shaped crackers from Puglia, made with just a handful of honest ingredients: flour, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, and salt. The dough is shaped by hand, briefly boiled, then baked until golden and crisp — a traditional technique that gives taralli their distinctive snap and their satisfying, subtly savory flavor. Mitica, one of Italy’s most trusted importers of artisan regional foods, sources their Taralli Classico from a traditional Pugliese producer who has been making them the same way for generations. The result is a cracker that is simple, authentic, and deeply addictive.
Each tarallo is light and crisp with a clean olive oil richness, a subtle hint of white wine, and a satisfying crunch that pairs beautifully with cheese, charcuterie, or a glass of wine. Equally at home on a cheese board, alongside an aperitivo, or eaten straight from the bag.
- Producer: Mitica, sourced from Puglia, Italy
- Key Ingredients: Flour, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, salt
- Style: Classic Pugliese taralli — boiled then baked
- Best Served With: Aged cheeses, salumi, olives, hummus, or alongside a glass of Primitivo or Fiano
- Vendor: 67Gourmet

Montenidoli Vernaccia di San Gimignano Tradizionale Organic 2024 750ml
Montenidoli Vernaccia di San Gimignano Tradizionale — Tuscany 2024
Montenidoli is not just a winery — it is a mountain, a philosophy, and one of the most singular estates in all of Tuscany. Perched above the medieval towers of San Gimignano, this certified organic estate has been farming its ancient Vernaccia vines with radical integrity for decades. The Tradizionale is their most expressive bottling: fermented in stainless steel and macerated on the skins for approximately 7 days, it is a Vernaccia of rare complexity and texture — light-medium bodied, energetic, and vibrant, with a beautiful, almost tactile presence on the palate. Fresh stone fruits, orange zest, and blanched almonds lead to a long, lingering finish that is pure and precise. This is Vernaccia as it was always meant to be.
The nose opens with delicate herbal lift, white peach, and almond blossom. On the palate, the skin contact adds a gentle grip and golden depth — citrus pith, apricot, fennel frond, and a whisper of saline minerality. The finish is clean, long, and refreshingly dry, with a classic bitter almond note that is the hallmark of great Vernaccia di San Gimignano.

James Sucklling 92 Points | Absurdly concentrated for an entry-level wine. Deep blueberry and black-cherry fruit fills out the compact and structured medium-bodied palate. Generous fine tannins and notes of licorice and baking-spice aromas. Long, powdery and fresh finish. This is a unique solera-type blend of several vintages from 2022 to 2012. Blaufrankisch plus pinot noir, merlot and zweigelt. Drink or hold. - JamesSuckling.com
Winemaker Description
The house brand red is a blend of Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt and Pinot Noir, which is matured in large used wooden barrels. The Zweigelt brings fruit and charm, the Pinot Noir juiciness and the Blaufränkisch character and structure.
The Blaufränkisch also dominates the nose with dark aromas, ripe black cherries and plums, some eucalyptus and a slight smokiness of bacon. On the palate it starts fresh and animating, a fine and mellow tannin spreads directly on the tongue, again cherry and fine tannins.
The house brand stands for fresh drinking fun and goes well with stews and autumnal cuisine, for example with pumpkin.

Moulin de Gassac Guilhem Rose 2025 1.5 Liter Magnum
Winemaker Description
Always one of the first rosés to hit the market, this traditional S. Rhone blend comes from 25-50 year old vines grown along the Gassac Riber. It boasts a pleasant, intense nose with hints of strawberries. Full and round on the palate with red fruit flavors.
Few winemakers have come to define their region like Mas de Daumas Gassac has with the Languedoc. What sets Mas de Daumas Gassac apart is their unflinching commitment to pushing the boundaries — of the appellation’s rules, of conventional farming techniques, of “expected” grape varieties.
Aimé and Véronique Guibert purchased the land in the early 1970s; they had planned to start a farm, but weren’t sure what type of crops they wanted to grow. It took convincing from a Bordeaux-based soil scientist, who saw great grape-growing potential in the limestone-rich land, as densely mineral-laden as Burgundy’s Côte d’Or.
Making wine in the Languedoc is nothing new — the Greeks and Romans were doing it millennia ago. In planting their estate to vines, the Guiberts chose to buck local tradition and plant a wide (very wide) assortment of international grapes; there’s Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay, sure, but also Petite Arvine, Tempranillo, Nebbiolo and more. Prior to owning the estate, the Guiberts traveled the world as part of a family leather business, and became enamored with grapes from far-off and exotic locales.

Mount Gay Barbados 1703 BLACK BARREL Double Cask Blend 750ml

Mount Gay Eclipse Gold Rum Barbados 750ml
Mount Gay Eclipse Gold Rum — Barbados
Mount Gay is the world’s oldest running rum distillery, established in 1703 on the island of Barbados — and the Eclipse is its flagship expression, the Heritage Blend by which Master Blender Trudiann Branker calibrates every other rum in the portfolio. Named after the 1910 total solar eclipse, the Eclipse is built on Mount Gay’s signature “double-still” character: a blend of rums distilled in traditional copper pot stills and column stills, then matured in ex-American whiskey casks. The result is a gold rum of remarkable balance and versatility — equally at home in a cocktail shaker or sipped neat. Wine Enthusiast awarded it 91 points and named it a Best Buy. It took Gold at the 2025 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. For many rum aficionados, Eclipse is the reference by which all rum should be measured.
The nose opens with fresh vanilla, almond, ripe banana, and a hint of dark chocolate. On the palate, it is golden and mild with notes of brown sugar, oak, and warming baking spice, finishing crisp and bright. A splash of water or soda opens up the banana and floral notes beautifully — the classic “Stiggins” serve. Mixed with ginger beer and a lime wedge, it becomes the national drink of Barbados.

Mount Gay Rum Eclipse Barbados 1.0L
Mount Gay | Eclipse Rum | Barbados | 1.0L
Founded in 1703, Mount Gay is the world’s oldest commercially produced rum, born on the coral limestone soils of Barbados where the island’s natural coral-filtered water and centuries of distilling tradition converge. Eclipse is the house benchmark — the reference blend that Master Blender Trudiann Branker uses as the standard against which every other Mount Gay expression is measured. For rum aficionados worldwide, it is simply the rum by which all others are judged.
A blend of column and pot still rums aged in charred American oak, Eclipse opens with warm aromas of vanilla, banana, and toasted oak, with hints of dried fruit and subtle spice. The palate is smooth and approachable — round and medium-bodied with flavors of caramel, tropical fruit, and a gentle warmth that carries through to a clean, lingering finish. Exceptionally versatile: sip neat, on the rocks, or as the backbone of a classic rum cocktail.
