100% puro de agave. Crated at la Altena distillery desde 1937. Batch no 003. El tesoro is crafted at la altena distillery, founded by my grandfather, Don Felipe Camarena, in 1937. We make tequila here almost exactly as he did then, and for the very same reasons: to pay tribute to our fields of agave, and to make a spirit worth sipping.

At la Altena, tradition matters, We still cook or agaves in old-fashioned ovens, crush them with a volcanic tahona wheel, and double-distill our tequila to proof, without any additives.

The agave hearts are carefully harvested at peak maturity, roasted to perfection, and then expertly distilled to capture the essence of the agave plant. The result is a crystal-clear tequila with a lively and aromatic profile.

El Tesoro de Don Felipe Reposado Tequila - Mellow and rich, with subtle wood tones. Reposado ("rested") tequila, by law, requires aging for two months. El Tesoro Reposado is exceptionally well rested. It's aged for eight to 11 months in oak barrels. Try sipping it straight up.

Marked notes of juniper, with overtones of myrtle and slightly citrusy aromatic herbs. Floral aromas that conjure up the meadows in the upper Langa and the Alps in summer are strengthened by a balsamic finish.

Palate: Though it may contain only a few botanicals, it exudes opulence in a taste packed with richness and body. A few seconds after an intense opening the notes of juniper burst onto the palate, followed by hints of spices and herbs on the finish. As only natural herbs and infusions are used, the oily sensation that fills the mouth lingers on the palate, meaning much less is required for mixing with tonic than other types of gin.

Following a traditional recipe from their families' histories, Elena and Luca crafted the Elena Vermouth di Torino from Nebbiolo and a slow infusion of 30 different herbs and botanicals from the Piedmont region.  Excellent on its own as a vini da meditazione, Elena Vermouth is also a perfect ingredient for a variety of cocktails. 

Elena Spirits was born from a deep-seated desire. A drive to take the spirit of Piedmont far and wide, a passion for the Langhe, and a time-honored tradition of exceptional flavors to be savored. We poured energy, passion, and expertise into every bottle produced, striving to uphold what the history of local spirits has shaped over the years. Meticulously crafted recipes, refined through time and processes, are enriched with botanicals that we knew would impart a unique personality to the Gin and Vermouth under the Elena Spirits brand.

The challenge set by the Currado Vietti family was to use Barolo Lazzarito and one part Roero Arneis, blended with a selection of botanicals and natural herbs from Piedmont, according to an old family recipe, infused only once (“one-shot”).

Bouquet: vinous, elegant and refined with notes of bitter orange, gentian and nuances of vanilla. The very delicate spicy part presents hints of liquorice and cloves. The perception of artemisia is well defined in the finish.

Palate: vinous, tannic but decidedly harmonious. Red fruits, long, spicy persistence with a pleasantly sweet finish. Despite the use of traditional spices, the important vinous quota gathers momentum during the closing.

Perfume and clover honey fill the nose. This is deep and rich in structure. Well-integrated elements combine with a high alcohol feel. Still perfumed at the end. Best served neat. Elijah Craig 12-Year-Old is a true Small Batch premium Bourbon, and had that distinction before the term even existed.

Named after Master Distiller Emeritus Elmer T. Lee, the man who originated the idea of a single barrel offering by bringing Blanton’s to market. Elmer was an innovator and a truly unique personality in the whiskey world, he was the master distiller for 36 years, before retiring in 1985 and passing in 2013. This whiskey is hand selected and bottled to the taste and standards of the late Elmer T. Lee himself.

Elouan is the result of California winemaker, Joseph Wagner (Caymus), heading North to Oregon, one of the world’s renowned Pinot Noir regions and producing Pinot Noir with depth of flavor, vibrancy and suppleness.

Harmonious and elegant on the palate with flavors, of rich red plum, bright cherry, subtle earthiness and a hint of sweet tobacco, creating complex layers with soft, refined tannins.

93 Points Wine Spectator | A shade darker than its peers, relying more on black walnut, Brazil nut and singed orange peel notes, while dried persimmon and quince flavors add a succulent side. Light rye and green tea hints echo through the razor-sharp finish, where sweet details peek in.

91 Points Robert Parker | The NV Villapanes Oloroso wears a dark amber-brown robe and has a very intense nose, showing some marmalade, dark tobacco and brandy notes. The palate is textbook Oloroso, round, ample, warm, a little spirity, ending with dry walnut flavors. It manages to balance power and elegance quite well.

91 Points Wine & Spirits | Dominated by notes of salted almonds, this Oloroso has its fair share of sweetness to balance that saline side, making it more readily accessible to a wider range of palates and fitting perfectly with smoked pork.

Deep garnet red in color. On the nose it is serious and elegant. The evolution in the glass translates into an increase in intensity and aromatic complexity where fruit continues to be the backbone of the wine. Guided by the idea that “less is more,” this wine is dry and fresh, with crisp fruit flavors and bright minerality. Some of their grapes come from family vineyards in Napa Valley, with the majority coming from Suisun Valley, a “hidden gem” wine region only a short drive from Napa. Suisun shares a similar maritime climate and produces exceptional fruit. Their farming practices enable us to create a wine that is not overly ripe – while also not herbaceous – featuring low alcohol and bright acidity.

Dried bramble, peppercorns, rose with a pure high-toned nose, floral red fruit and hints of spice that is supported by a strong mineral backbone. 

Envínate - "wine yourself" - emerged from a winemaking consultancy founded by four friends before evolving into its own project exploring the distinct parcels in the Atlantic regions of Ribeira Sacra and the Canary Islands. Their goal is to make honest wines that express unique terroir. To that effect, all grapes are hand-picked, foot-trodden, chemical-free, and are fermented exclusively with natural yeasts.

Albahra, translating to "small sea," alludes to the vineyard area located at the southeaster tip of Castilla-La Mancha. As a blend of 70% Garnacha Tintorera and 30% Morovia Agria, all grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately.

The Garnacha Tintorera is foot-trodden in vat with 30-50% stems included and 6-10 days skin maceration, then fermented and aged in concrete for 8 months.

The Moravia Agria is completely destemmed and sees 7 days maceration before being pressed and aged in used French barriques for 8 months. The wine is then blended and bottled unfined, unfiltered and with very little SO2 addition.

Luis Gutierrez of the Wine Advocate 93 Points | The 2022 release is aromatic, extroverted, open and immediate, floral, perfumed and expressive, with a juicy and round palate. It's fleshy and round and very approachable.

Made from native vines grown on steep slopes of slate between 400-600 meters elevation, this cuvee is composed of 90-95% Mencía with other co-planted varietals. Eric Artiguelongue was a Cellar Master at a renowned Armagnac estate for years, but branched out on his own in 2005 to create his own line. With over three decades of experience with maturing and blending, he offers some of the appellation’s best kept secrets.

Eric purchases tiny amounts from small grower-distillers, which are aged in Gascony oak barrels and stored in glass to maintain their prime condition. Eric bottles the Armagnacs himself, with no manipulation and no use of boise, caramel, or sweeteners.

The VSOP is a blend of 80% ugni blanc, 10% colombard, and 10% folle blanche, with each varietal separately fermented and then single distilled in pot-column hybrid stills before spending 5 years in oak. It is vibrant and bright in character, with subtle wood tannin influence and a nose of prune, quince, and candied orange peel. A long finish with a touch of walnut skin astringency is accented with fig and cocoa hints, remaining delicate and dry.
