The same organic 100% blue agave, hand-harvested and slow-roasted for distillation, and left to open up and evolve over 18 months of aging in Kentucky Bourbon and Tennessee Whiskey barrels.

This complex, pommeau-inspired apéritif is delicious sipped neat (serve slightly chilled) or in a cold-weather Spritz. Once opened, refrigerate and ideally serve within 3–6 months; the spirit won’t spoil, it will simply begin to oxidize and lean towards its deeper flavors.

• Made from a blend of one-part Neversink apple brandy that has been aged 1 year in ex-whiskey barrels and two-parts freshly pressed, unfermented heirloom apple cider
• Once blended, the apéritif is aged for 18 months in 60-gallon French oak casks that previously held white wine

Only in the desert can you truly understand refreshment. So, our plucky Hendrick’s Master Distiller Ms. Lesley Gracie travelled to just such a place for inspiration (yes, she really did!). After a game of camel polo she saw the most welcome sight – the vivid colours of the oasis! This is no mirage!

Captivated by this lush paradise and the party of spectacular beasts in attendance, Gracie had an idea. By combining the aromatic herbs and bright fruits of a desert oasis she could create a new expression of Hendrick’s like no other. From the Oasis came forth Oasium (pronounced oh-ace-e-yum).

Silky verdant green notes sing in delicious harmony with fresh aromatic herbs and a wonderfully fresh citrus finish. This hazelnut colored, oxidized sherry showcases aromas of baking spices and dried candied fruits. It finishes dry with notes of fresh salt-roasted walnuts.

Cruz del Mar Oloroso is produced exclusively with palomino grapes grown by César’s family in the Balbaína and Miraflores pagos (vineyards). After harvesting, the grapes are crushed and undergo alcoholic fermentation in traditional cement vats, which naturally regulate the temperature.

Fuller-bodied musts are chosen for Oloroso, and after being fortified to 18% ABV., the wine is aged oxidatively in old barrels in a bodega in the heart of Chipiona. Cruz del Mar Oloroso spends an average of 12 years in the solera process before being bottled en rama, without fining or filtration.
