The vanilla and brown sugar sweet notes come through very well from the white oak barrels this bourbon aged in for over seven years.

JC Jenkins who resided in his bucolic “Prospect Farm” hilltop home was influential to the growing town of Petersburg as a community leader, business visionary, and an active member of the Underground Railroad. We bottle this to honor our history and the hard-working Petersburg locals.
