Amber-colored, this grappa is very smooth at the taste, but never mawkish. In its aromatic profile the ranges of fruit and spices are predominant and that's right in the grappa with a long aging and a high quality standard.

In the range of fruity tastes we can catch the one of the dry fruit, so rare to find; together with the candied fruit, the raisins and the prune we can feel the fruit in syrup, the jam and the citrus. In the range of spices the flavor of the barrel is dominating, together with pepper, licorice, tobacco and clove.

The 12-year aging process transforms the raw, high-toned character of young grappa into a complex, mellow, and brandy-like spirit:

• Palate: Velvety smooth and oily, with a profound depth of flavor. The initial heat of the alcohol is perfectly integrated with rich flavors of caramel, honey, baked pear, and apricot jam.

Made from Moscato d'Asti pomace. Transparent and clear in color; aromatic and distinctively delightful aroma. Intense yet smooth and aromatic flavor. 

Water white in color with aromas of white peach and apple blossoms. Smooth and clean on the palate with warm flavors of stone fruit and freshly cut grass.

Milla is a liqueur made from the infusion of Camomile flowers in the grappa. The Camomile flowers are picked when fully ripened then left to steep for eleven months in the grappa. This liqueur is obtained from a traditional and easy recipe, typical in the Langhe territory, the land of Barolo and Barbaresco. 

Using his nose, his hands and his palate, he creates elegant variations on the theme of grappa, ensuring that each bottling-- from each year's harvests of grapes from various renowned wine regions of italy--is original and unique. 

The grappas of Paolo Marolo are essentially the fruit of his great love for his work as a "Mestro Grappaiolo".

Aroma makes a good showing following aeration as succulent, scents of almonds, toasty oak, lanolin, light toffee and paraffin entice the olfactory sense. Marquis de Sauval XO is an aged, sweeter style of Armagnac. This has notes of toffee, honey and nuts.

It comes from the distillation of high-quality Italian oranges, processed in their entirety of pulp and juice according to the exclusive Bonaventura Maschio process. Due to the production technique and the lower sugar content, it clearly differs from liqueurs and infuai.

An Icon of the Massenez Brand, the William Pear eau de vie “Prisoner Pear” captivates with its olfactory and gustative qualities and the pear-shaped bottle with a whole pear inside.

The bottle is attached to the pear tree when in flower... so the fruit grows inside the bottle. When the pear is ripe, the fruit and bottle are carefully detached. Williams Pear Eau-de-Vie from the Massenez distillery is outstandingly refined, concentrated and balanced. An intense emotion true to the personality of the original fruit.

Color: Clear, colorless, with characteristic fruit Eaux-de-Vies brilliance. A supple, fluid Eau-de-Vie.

Nose: Clean and typical of Williams Pear, with no strange notes. The intense nose is an indication of the quality of the selection of the original fruits and delicate distillation. Very fruity, long lasting and truly inviting bouquet.

Palate: The rounded ‘’ grain ‘’ of the Pear is very noticeable. In the mouth, a very intense floral note gives great freshness. Intense fruity note, with an initial perception of fresh fruit overlaid by ripe fruit and marmalade or jam. Very prominent spicy endnote with a hint of Liquorice typical of williams pear.

Massenez Williams Pear Eau-de-Vie was awarded the Gold Medal at the Concours Mondial des Spiritueux in Canada in June 2011 and 2012.

Eau-de-vie distilled in Ribeauvillé, Haut-Rhin, in the Alsace region of France

• Wild raspberries (rare in the Alsace) are sourced from a small grower in Romania; shipped to the distillery within 48 hours
• Wild raspberries don’t have the necessary sugar for ideal fermentation, so instead, they are macerated for 6 days in twice-distilled grape eau-de-vie
• The resulting eau-de-vie is distilled once on a Charente-style copper pot still
• After distillation, the eau-de-vie is placed in stainless steel vats for 6–8 years. These vats are kept in an outdoor courtyard and the opening covered in mesh so that the spirit may blow off unwanted esters and benefit from fluctuation in temperature.
• Reduced with spring water approximately one year before bottling
• Freshly smushed raspberries and raspberry leaves are complemented by cassis & red currant on the nose. The palate displays big florality with dimensions of fresh rose petal and rose stems. These green, stemmy notes move on to the finish with subtle frangipane and pink sea salt

Mi Campo Tequila begins as 100% Blue Weber Agave, matured for seven years. They gently squeeze the cooked piñas, illuminating the agave plant's natural honey characteristic and quelling any trace of bitterness.

Their Blanco is double distilled, then fermented in open-air tanks, amid fragrant citrus trees, before resting for up to one month in the same French oak barrels used for aging Napa Valley Chardonnay, imparting an incredibly smooth taste.

A nose of cooked agave, banana, fresh coconut, almonds, sweet orange and green apple is layered over hints of elegant vanilla. On the palate, orange blossom tea underscores threads of honey and sweet orange, balanced by subtle white pepper notes.

MIC.DROP. L22-01 Mic Drop started as a side project enabling PM Spirits to have access to American whiskey for our New York market – at the time, we had none to sell. The first few releases happened to be MGP for no particular reason others than the fact that out of all the casks we tasted, we felt these stood out most and met the criteria for the type of releases we wanted to make happen. After the third release, we started to wonder what Mic Drop should actually stand for. We decided to use it as a brand that would shine a spotlight on distillers and barrels that we felt were particularly good. 

Our fourth release was a rye whiskey produced by Wilderness Trail, simply because to us, they may very well be the best player in that category at the moment. In the middle of 2021, we stumbled upon something very, very different when a friend suggested we taste two specific barrels. They contained bourbon that was double distilled in Louisville, Kentucky on a Vendome copper pot still with a mashbill of 60% corn, 17% wheat, 13% oats, and 10% barley. They aged in Kentucky in two 60 gallon, new American oak barrels with a #2 char for a little over seven years. Total yield was 55.1 gallons – slightly over 54% evaporation.

This bottling was obtained by dumping together the only two casks of bourbon ever made with this mashbill at this distillery. It was double distilled on a copper pot still and aged for over seven years in Louisville, Kentucky. It has been bottled at a cask strength of 58% abv, without chill filtration or added color. We can't tell you who made it. 100% of the profits from this bottling will go towards organizations advocating for gun safety in every town in America. Producer Description.

The May 2015 inaugural release of Michter's US1 Barrel Strength Rye marked yet another milestone in that quest. For maturation, the Rye distillate is entered into the barrel at 103 proof, rather than a more industry standard higher proof. Barrel entry at a lower proof of 103 rather than a higher proof costs Michter's more money in terms of barrels and warehousing, but they believe it yields a richer, smoother, more full-bodied whiskey after proper maturation. A single barrel product, each barrel of Michter's US1 Barrel Strength Rye is bottled at its particular alcohol level at the time of bottling. The majority of barrels in the releases range from 107 to 112 proof. To savor it is a unique experience for anyone who enjoys rye whiskey.

Renowned for Rye, America's first whiskey, since our founding in 1753, we take production of every barrel of Michter's Rye very seriously.

Our US*1 Rye is made from select American rye grain that is sheared to enable the saturation of more flavor during fermentation. It is then aged in a heated warehouse. This premium rye has hints of light spice, black pepper, marmalade and plum, spicy grain and light caramel.

While Bourbon must legally be matured in new, charred American oak, Michter’s Unblended American Whiskey is a little bit different. Aged in used, whiskey-soaked barrels – and therefore not legally a Bourbon – this whiskey has a a more spirit-forward flavour profile rich in caramel popcorn, butterscotch and dried fruits, with a cinnamon and nutmeg spice.

Unlike Bourbon or Rye, which, by definition, must be aged in new oak barrels, our US1 Unblended American Whiskey is aged in a way that utilizes whiskey-soaked barrels to achieve a rich and unique flavor profile. In late 2013, then Master Distiller Willie Pratt agreed to re-release our US1 Unblended American Whiskey after a nearly three-year absence from the market, deeming it “just right” and “the best it’s ever been.” Crucially, our US1 Unblended American Whiskey never contains grain neutral spirits – hence its “unblended” distinction. The team at Michter's conducts their distilling by the tried and true Kentucky practices, while experimenting for the purpose of making the greatest American whiskeys. The Michter's team conducted years of research on different barrel finishes for their rye whiskey, and have proudly produced the Michter's US-1 Limited Release Toasted Barrel Finish Rye Whiskey.

To produce this Toasted Barrel Strength Rye Whiskey, they took their US-1 Kentucky Straight Rye at barrel strength and aged it longer in a second custom barrel. The second barrel is assembled from 24 month air dried wood, and toasted to Michter's specification.

The deep reddish brown color leads to scents of spicy rye and cooking brown sugar. The initial flavors of rye and dark brown sugar gives way to the subtle hints of oak and dark baking spices. There is a silky finish that ends with more rye and orange peels. Producer Notes.
