A dry vermouth rooted in 19th-century Italian craft — Trincheri Dry Vermouth is made from the original family recipe dating to the 1890s, built on a base of French Colombard grapes and infused with 13 carefully selected herbs, spices, fruits, and botanicals. Bright and aromatic on the nose with floral and herbal lift. This gentle Yuzushu from Kochi Prefecture offers a splendid nose of lemon peel, honey, fresh lemonade, elderflower, and sugar aromas, capturing an elegant and refined essence.

Meet Tubi 60, Israel’s best unkept secret you’ve probably never heard of. A cult favorite among those who have been to Israel, Tubi was little known outside the Holy Land. But the brand recently announced that they would begin selling in the U.S., which is excellent news for those in the know and those who are about to get their first sip of the stuff.

The mysterious liquor is an entity unto its own, a cloudy, yellow beverage with a citrusy bite and herbal undertones. Its logo is “Pure Happiness,” and there are few fans who would argue with that. For the small handful of Americans who’ve tried Tubi, its recent arrival in the States is a dream come true. The liquor’s sharp, pungent aroma is a portal to hazy Thursday nights downing shots of Tubi in a grungy hipster Tel Aviv club that smells like cigarettes and sounds like Berlin house beats.
The distinctive liquor was invented in 2012 by two brothers, Hilal and Yanai Tubi, who worked out of their parents’ apartment in the northern Israeli city of Haifa. They say the idea was to create an alcohol that was “superior” to any other in terms of ingredients, taste, effect, and versatility. By 2013, the success of the brand and growing demand meant the brothers had to move from their parents’ home into their first factory in Haifa, and their continued success found them struggling to keep up with the liquor’s growth demand. By 2014, they were distributing Tubi around the entire country, and by 2015, they’d moved into an even bigger factory.

The spirit is 40 percent alcohol and made from lemons, herbs, flower, and tree extracts. It’s “specifically formulated to provide an uplifting and positive effect,” according to its website. Tubi’s vague herbal blend leaves much to the imagination, but the drink is approved both by the Israeli Health Ministry and now by the FDA.

The fruit comes through on the smooth, well-rounded palate, with apple and pineapple dominant. There are background notes of bread crust.

This traditional grappa has a clear, intense golden yellow to amber color. The nose is delicate and complex, with hints of bread, orange peel, wild flowers, elderberry, vanilla, plum, dried fruits, raisins and amaretto. 

The taste is smooth, rich, velvety, tannic and harmonious, exploding at the back of the mouth with authoritative aromas and long-lasting persistence, leaving notes of vanilla, almond, cocoa, tobacco, licorice and walnut bread.

Aged for a minimum of 12 years, far longer than most wheated bourbons. This whiskey features aromas of creamy vanilla, caramel and molasses that gives way to notes of candied corn, ripe fruits, cocoa powder and dried fruits on the palate. Master's Keep Voyage is said to be a 10 year old Kentucky bourbon whiskey finished for at least five weeks in hand-selected Appleton Estate ex-rum casks - casks which previously housed 14 year old pot still Jamaican rum. Offered in curated quantities, expect a nose of island fruits, citrus, and oak coated in molasses. The palate explores hints of caramel, brown sugar, and trails of warm spice. Our small batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskeys are offered as a Small Batch, up to 12 barrels per batch, which was the result of one fermenter. The goal of the Small Batch is to capture the total essence of more complex notes from multiple barrels from distillate of the same fermenter. Weve decided to release the Small Batch Bourbon as a Bottled in Bond so fans of our Wheated Single Barrel Bourbon can do a side-by-side comparison.

Our Small Batch release mash bill is 64 percent corn, 24 percent rye and 12 percent malted barley using our yeast strains. We entered the cooper select, toasted and #4 char barrel at 110 proof after coming off the still around 137 proof. All of our whiskeys are aged and matured on our 168-acre campus inside any one of our six rickhouses. We have more than 100,000 barrels aging onsite.

Producer Description 

Gin flavored with handpicked juniper berries from its Hamptons estate, cardamom, cumin, coriander, fennel and anise. The most eye-catching detail about this spirit is definitely its trendy pink color, which winemaker and partner Roman Roth gets by using the vineyard's rosé wine as the base for the gin. Once the rosé is distilled, Roth adds a small amount of grape skin extract to get that subtle pink color.
