Hints of dark chocolate, toasted oak and dried fruit. Bold caramel and vanilla notes quickly evolves into pear, apple, cherry and red currant fruit flavors before presenting a long nish with bright cranberry tartness with a hint of black pepper

W.L. Weller C.Y.P.B. Bourbon is a unique bourbon created by bourbon connoisseurs who were invited to "Craft your perfect bourbon. Finally, after many opinions, this recipe was created. It is aged for eight years on the highest floors of Buffalo Trace Distillery.

This splendid blend is crafted from a wheated mash bill, like other great blends such as Pappy Van Winkle, William Larue, and E.H.T Seasoned wood. It is a wheated mash of corn, malted barley, and wheat instead of rye. This bourbon is smooth and rich with the dominant aromas of light citrus and oak on the nose. The palate is well-rounded and balanced, with a medium-long finish and slight hints of vanilla.

The 2024 release of the Heaven Hill Heritage Collection is an 18-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Bottled without chill filtering, this 120 proof Whiskey showcases our Bourbon mashbill of 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley. As noted on the label for added transparency, this year’s release consists of 133 barrels that were produced in December 2005 and aged on the third floor of rickhouse. Producer Description.

Heaven Hill launched the first release in its new Heaven Hill Heritage Collection which will feature one of the distillery’s six unique mashbills for release. The inaugural whiskey is a barrel-proof bourbon bottled at 118.2 proof and made using the distillery’s core bourbon mash bill of 78 percent corn, 10 percent rye, and 12 percent malted barley. The label says the whiskey is 17 years old, but that’s indicative of the youngest whiskey in the bottle, which also includes 19 and 20-year-old bourbon (the exact breakdown: 28 percent 20-year-old barrels, 44 percent 19-year-old barrels, 28 percent 17-year-old barrels).

Released in 2023, the Wild Turkey Master's Keep Voyage Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the latest edition to the coveted Master's Keep series. This premium 106-proof (53% ABV) iteration is a collaborative bottling between two Campari powerhouses - Master Distiller Eddie Russel and Appleton Estate Master Blender Joy Spence.

Master's Keep Voyage is said to be a 10 year old Kentucky bourbon whiskey finished for at least five weeks in hand-selected Appleton Estate ex-rum casks - casks which previously housed 14 year old pot still Jamaican rum. At first, it features orange peel, vanilla and caramel, then dry leather and cocoa notes midpalate, and finishes long and lean with clove and allspice accents. Parker’s Heritage Collection Double Barreled Blend consists of 67% 13-year-old bourbon, aged on the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors of Rickhouse Q. The bourbon then underwent a secondary maturation in newly charred level #3 barrels for an additional month. 

The bourbon was then blended with 33% 15-year-old bourbon from the 2nd and 5th floors of Rickhouse II. The age of the blended bourbon definitely brings back memories of Promise of Hope and the 11 Year Single Barrel - with its flavor profile not too far off from them either.

The Antique Collection’s uncut, unfiltered, wheated recipe bourbon is William Larue Weller. The previous release of this wheated bourbon was honored with a Double Gold medal at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. 

The 2022 release was distilled in the spring of 2010 and barrels were aged in warehouses C, K and N. This bourbon registers at 124.7 proof. A nose of toasted coconut, butterscotch and caramel, followed by a touch of mint, dark cherry and molasses on the palate and a full–bodied finish with hints of leather, nutmeg, toffee and vanilla can be found in this year’s offering.
