Organic Winemaking: This wine is certified by the Australian Certified Organic standards and is 100% vegan. It's made without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in the vineyard. With very few additions, the wine goes through wild fermentation, using only the natural yeasts present in the vineyard and on grape skins.

Tasting Notes: Crimson in color with violet hues. Spiced plums and peppercorns with fruit cake and forest floor aromas. The palate is a mix of violets and spice with hints of Dutch licorice, lingering plum and cherry flavors. This is a fruit driven, medium-bodied wine with soft, silky tannins and a persistent savory finish. 

Enjoy With: Mexican lasagna, bruschetta pasta or a Swiss brown mushroom burger with caramelized onions and crispy potato chips.

Winemaker Description

Fruity aromas lead to a palate of wild strawberry, green apple, lemon zest, flowers and toasted baguette. This Rosé is delicate, crisp and refreshing. 

While delicious upon release, Yarden Brut Rose should age well for ten years or more from vintage. This versatile wine pairs well with subtle dishes such as yellowtail tartare, savory dishes such as gravlax, or sweet desserts such as chocolate-covered raspberries.

Winemaker Description

This single-vineyard wine is produced solely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested from Allone Habashan Vineyard, which is located in the central Golan Heights at an elevation of 600 meters (2,000 feet). The vineyard’s basalt soils have high clay content (~40%), resulting in high water-holding capacity. The wine aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. 

Winemaker Description 

Israel. Jordan Katzrin Chardonnay presents aromatic characteristics of ripe lemons, pears and tropical fruits, alongside hints of minerality, toasted baguette and French oak. This is a full-bodied Chardonnay wine, rich in flavors, elegant and pleasant to drink.

The wine will be a great accompaniment to halibut fish with lemon and garlic butter, whole festive smoked duck, or wild mushroom risotto.

Jordan Katzrin Chardonnay is produced exclusively from our best Chardonnay plots in the north of the Golan Heights, certified to a sustainable standard.

Winemaker Description

Israel. The Yarden Merlot Allone Habashan 2016 is the first release from this vineyard. The wine presents a fragrant blend of aromas featuring ripe red and black fruits, flowers, spice, tobacco, orange zest and chocolate.

This attractive single-vineyard wine is full-bodied, flavorful and complex. The wine aged for 18 months in small French oak barrels, of which 70% were new. While ready to enjoy upon release the wine will improve in the bottle over the coming years, and should stay in excellent drinking condition for a decade or more from harvest.

To celebrate a decade of excellence across our award-winning annual Limited Edition collection, 2025 Yellowstone Limited Edition is a unique blend of straight bourbon whiskeys thoughtfully aged 10 years. For the first time, Limestone Branch Distillery and sister distillery Ross & Squibb combined to choose barrels from the Kentucky and Indiana distilleries to blend for this year’s expression. The reviews have been glowing, and with limited quantities available, it won’t last long.

Robert Parker 95 Points | Brilliant aromas of black cherries and cassis jump from the glass, as the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Peak Edcora Vineyard bursts with fruit. All Cabernet Sauvignon, from a site that neighbors Stagecoach Vineyard, this is a medium to full-bodied, densely concentrated example of mountain fruit, yet it's one that is not harsh or tough, with well-ripened tannins and a plush, lingering finish. Bravo. 

Jeb Dunnuck 94+ Points | All varietal, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Peak Edcora Vineyard is another deep purple-hued wine in the lineup with tons to love. Pure cassis, graphite, leafy herbs, and damp earth-like nuances all shine here, and it's medium to full-bodied, with beautiful mid-palate depth, ripe, integrated, yet ample tannins, and a great finish. It offers pleasure today, yet I see no reason this shouldn't evolve for 15+ years if well stored. It's another gorgeous Cabernet Sauvignon in the vintage. 

The Wine Independent 97+ Points | Deep garnet-purple in color, the single-varietal 2021 Peak Edcora Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon charges out of the gate with bold notions of creme de cassis, blackberry pie, and boysenberry preserves followed by nuances of dark chocolate, camphor, and black olives. The medium to full-bodied palate is laden with black fruit and savory layers, supported by firm, ripe, grainy tannins and seamless freshness, finishing on a lingering minty note.

Lovely straw yellow colour with a steely green tint. Intense aromas and flavors such as green apples, grapefruit, lemon zest and lychees. Elegant and full-bodied with a long and complex finish.

Our mezcal is handcrafted and distilled on our namesake farm with a recipe passed down from Yola’s grandfather.

In 1971, Luis Jimenez purchased a mezcal farm in San Juan Del Rio, Oaxaca.

Today, we still honor his original recipe, abiding by the 300-year-old method of traditional mezcal making.

Yola Mezcal Artesanal is a small-batch, artisanal mezcal produced in Oaxaca, Mexico. Made with 100% organic, sustainably-farmed agave, Yola Mezcal Artesanal is hand-crafted in small copper stills and aged for up to six months to develop its smooth, woody, smoky flavor profile.

Winemaker Description 

With a straw yellow colour, Yzaguirre Blanco Clasico Vermouth has an intense aroma with herby and spicy notes. Mild balsamic touches give it a pleasant and very unique structure. Fresh and smooth in the mouth and very well balanced, it has notes of vanilla and cinnamon.

Excellent as an everyday aperitif. Serve with 2 anchovy-stuffed olives, 2 or 3 ice cubes and a twist of orange. Serve very chilled.

The Yzaguirre Blanco Clásico Vermouth is a well-regarded example of the Spanish style of white vermouth, produced by Bodegas Yzaguirre, a house with a long history in the Catalan region (between Reus and Tarragona) dating back to 1884.

Yzaguirre's vermouths are made using traditional, artisanal methods and a blend of over 80 aromatic herbs and spices that are macerated (soaked) in a white wine base.

Cocktails: It works excellently as the Bianco/Blanc component in various cocktails, often where a sweet, less bitter white vermouth is desired:

• White Negroni (often with Gin, and a bitter like Suze or Luxardo Bitter Bianco).

• Martini variations (as a sweeter alternative to Dry Vermouth).

• V&S (Vermouth and Soda): Simple, refreshing, and popular in Spain.

  
  

   

Producer Description

All products that bare the Zachlawi name are handcrafted in small batches to ensure consistency and superior quality. The Zachlawi Distillery took root and has been in full operation on the Jersey Shore since 2004. It continues to experiment, push the envelope and boldly go where others dare not.

This amazingly smooth product provides a gentle Anise flavor with subtle hints of fruit and wood undertones. It maintains a long lingering finish with a slightly spicy mouthfeel. Try an amazingly different product. Fig Arak: produced in small batches by hand with figs soaking in alcohol for no less than 120 days.

Originating from wild vines, Orangetraube was first selected as a recognized varietal in 1840 and has been a part of the Zahel family's field blends (Gemischter Satz) since the winery began in 1930, but only produced as a monovarietal white since 1954.

Two generations later, Alexander Zahel is the last remaining producer of this unique treasure of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. 

This unique historic variety from Vienna's vineyards is fresh, complex, and edgy, with under ripe stone fruit and zippy acidity. 

Zalto is today one of the big names in professional glassmaking in the wine world. Made in Austria, the Zalto glasses of the Denk'Art series were influenced by the Earth: the curves of the chalice follow, according to the manufacturer, the angles of inclination of the blue planet, i.e. 24 °, 48 ° and 72 °. Zalto glass is mouth blown and handcrafted by an Austrian master glassmaker. The tradition of the most skilled glassblowers is reflected in the finesse of each Zalto glass.

Despite their featherweight Zalto glasses have all the attributes of a modern glass and are designed to be dishwasher safe.

Materials: Lead-free crystal, carefully selected raw materials guaranteed free of lead oxide give Zalto glasses a high resistance to opacification. Producer Description.

Pale and delicate pink with violet hues, obtained from short contact with Pinot Noir skins. Lively, elegant and persistent perlage. Fruity nose of golden apple, white peach and small berries, intermingled with floral notes of spring flowers. Exuberant, lively and fragrant on the palate. Refreshing acidity well balanced with fruitiness to create full, enveloping and almost creamy sensations. A modern trendy aperitif for discerning palates and a versatile companion to a variety of foods.

Tasting Notes

The 2023 vintage presented ideal growing conditions for our Chardonnay, resulting in an exceptional expression of this varietal. A long, mild growing season allowed the grapes to reach optimal ripeness while maintaining vibrant acidity. This was a great year for ZD’s 55th harvest producing world class wines!

Organically certified grapes from three core appellations (Napa and Sonoma Carneros, and Monterey) were hand harvested at night and 100% barrel fermented in our custom-designed cellar room at a cool 48°F. This long, cool fermentation ensures optimal lees contact for richness and depth, and helps to prevent malolactic fermentation, thus preserving the bright natural acidity from our coastal vineyard sites. The wine rested for 10 months in 100% American Oak barrels which contributes to a heightened complexity.

This Chardonnay displays a pale-yellow hue hinting at a delight for your senses. Aromas bursting of ripe Asian pear, green apple, honeydew melon, and pink grapefruit mingled with nectarine notes. The palate follows through with a distinct richness of lemon curd and balanced flavors of guava with white peach. The acidity in this wine is mouthwatering. In ZD’s signature California Chardonnay style, the wine is vibrant, complex, and finishes with flavors reminiscent of crème brûlée and vanillin notes, resulting in a long-lasting mouthfeel.

The Wine Advocate 92 Points | From loess parcels, the 2021 Pinot Noir TS is from the Tschuppen. The purple-ruby colored wine opens with clear, fresh, well-defined cherry aromas with tart floral notes. Silky, fresh and elegant on the palate, this is a saline, tight and mineral, beautifully refreshing and tart-finishing Pinot Noir with tight but fine tannins and serious mineral acidity. From a remarkable terroir, this is a thirst-quenching Pinot of remarkable character, bone dry but irresistible. 12% stated alcohol. Tasted at the domaine in February 2024.
