"Pale and delicate pink with violet hues, obtained from short contact with Pinot Noir skins. Lively, elegant and persistent perlage. Fruity nose of golden apple, white peach and small berries, intermingled with floral notes of spring flowers. Exuberant, lively and fragrant on the palate. Refreshing acidity well balanced with fruitiness to create full, enveloping and almost creamy sensations.
