Tomintoul Tlàth is the result of a very careful selection of individual casks. The hand-chosen collection consists of whiskies of various ages matured in first-class American oak bourbon barrels. It serves as an entry point to the core range representing great value for money. A light and creamy palate. Lively white pepper and some oak-driven spiciness dance on the tongue with background layers of nutmeg and toasted vanilla. A spicy finish with notes of shortbread and fresh mint.

Tormaresca Castel del Monte BOCCA DI LUPO Puglia 2015 750ml
Wine Spectator 91 Points: A fresh and elegant red, with a lovely range of spice, graphite and violet aromas wafting through notes of pure black cherry and mineral. Long and creamy, with fine-grained tannins firming the herb-laced finish. Drink now through 2029.
Wine Advocate 92 Points: Made with organically farmed fruit, the Tormaresca 2015 Castel del Monte Aglianico Bocca di Lupo is one of the top-end wines from this estate and indeed the whole region of Puglia. This pure expression of the mighty Aglianico grape opens to a deep array of dark fruit flavors followed by sweet spice, tobacco and savory smoked bacon. This is a linear, but full-bodied expression with the tannins to cut through a juicy rib-eye steak. It ages in oak for 18 months.
James Suckling 94 Points: This shows real freshness for the aglianico grape, contributed in part by the fresh sage and thyme undertones and also the backdrop of fresh blueberries and citrus. Hints of charcuterie. Full-bodied and ripe, but very structured and fine with elegant, caressing tannins. From organically grown grapes.

Toyo Bijin Sake Junmai Ginjo 300ml

This particular brew gives an aroma red apple that fades to an almost nutmeg spice. It is a very dry sake, said to be “strong enough to kill a devil.” Be prepared for this but also enjoy its decent umami retained from the Yamadanishiki rice used in its brewing.

Transcontinental Rum Line 6 Years Old 2015 Line # 53 Panama Rum 700ml
Producer Description
On the nose, toffee and herbs: very green tarragon is drizzled with thin but intense-flavored caramel sauce. Fresh minty touches are accompanied by sharp apples and buttery icing. Crisp barley sugar notes develop along with hints of lemon. On the palate, pear drops, rhubarb and custard sweets, and banana puree lead.
Fruity notes build along with pine needles and lots of green leafiness. A layer of toffee sweetness sits underneath everything, studded with pockets of spice and sweet black liorice. The herbs are up front on the finish, with a gentle aniseed tingle that fades to light treacle toffee and gentle spice.
A fresh-tasting rum with weightier character than the nose suggests. Digging deeper into the glass is rewarded with more complexity and darker flavors.
Trediberri Barolo Berri 2020 750ml
Winemaker Description
Barolo Berri comes from a vineyard at the extreme west border of the Barolo area, with an altitude between 370 and 430 mts asl (1200 -1400 ft). Our Barolo Berri doesn’t want to stand out for complexity or longevity, but for drinkability and immediacy, due to its inner fruit profile, sweet ripeness and freshness. Like any Barolo, it is certainly suitable for long ageing but, in our opinion, this wine can be consumed right after the release with extreme pleasure.
Vinous | Nicola and Stefania Oberto may very well put Berri on the map with their 2020 Barolo Berri. What a wine. Deep, soaring and wonderfully expressive, the 2020 is stunning in its beauty. Dark red/purplish fruit, orange peel, cinnamon, rose petal and lavender are all amplified in a vertical, soaring Barolo of magnificent intensity. Silky, polished tannins round things out in style. The 2020 is pure and sensual to the core - a total pleasure bomb. (2020).
Jeb Dunnuck | There is already a wonderful balance in the 2020 Barolo Berri, with both vertical drive and rounded fruits, including red berries and spiced red plums. It has ripe tannins and a generous feel, with a spine of fresh acidity raising it to another level. Drink 2026-2040.
James Suckling | Fresh and brambly nose with red berries, white pepper, stones and hibiscus. Medium body on the palate with tight, chalky tannins and an elegant, firm finish. Drink or hold. (2020).
Trediberri Langhe Nebbiolo Organic Biodynamic 2023 750ml
Expert Ratings
Audrey Frick 89-91 Points | Also tasted from tank, the medium ruby 2023 Langhe Nebbiolo is bright and spicy with candied cranberries, orange peel and spice. It has good structure and a note of fresh apricot through the finish. Drink over the next few years.
Jancis Robinson 16/20 Points | Gentle expression of the pure fruit of Nebbiolo. With just a little tarriness on the end. This could be a teaching aid!
Winemaker Description
This unoaked, fruity and drinkable Nebbiolo is meant to be an easy (yet not trivial) wine to share with friends during a nice and funny chat.
Drink it slightly cold, maybe while sharing a platter of mixed charcuterie or with some lovely tajarin al ragù.
Trefethen Merlot Napa Valley 2020 750ml

Trimbach Frederic Emile Riesling Alsace 2014 750ml
Stephan Reinhardt writes: The 2014 Riesling Cuvée Frédéric Emile is highly complex on the clear, intense and smoky, lemony nose. Clear, fresh, straight and very mineral on the nose, this is a pure but complex, intense, stony Riesling that is pretty austere at the moment. Provided with racy acidity, but concentrated and mineral on the palate, this is exceptional dry Riesling with great tension. To be served in 10, 20 and even in 30 years. Drinking 2025 to 2040. - Robert Parker Wine Advocate 94+
Ian D’Agata writes: Vivid straw-green. Delicate nuances of jasmine and lemon verbena complicate aromas of green apple, lime and minerals. Pure and penetrating on the palate, boasting superb definition to the flavors of gin, mint, minerals, violet and lemon zest. The finish is remarkably crystalline and long. This Frédéric Emile is currently dominated by its Osterberg component (the cuvée is a blend of Osterberg and Geisberg grand cru grapes), which brings chiseled acidity, as opposed to the Geisberg’s ripe fruit personality and licorice quality. Despite the difficult year, this is likely to become a memorable Frédéric Emile. So much so, in fact, that it’s currently impossible to choose between it and the more famous Clos Sainte Hune. Drinking 2022 to 2045. - Vinous 94+
James Suckling writes: So much mineral and sliced apple character with hints of orange and apple peel. Turns to steely character. Full-bodied, racy and bright. So lively. Great finish. Drink or hold on release. - James Suckling 96
Jeb Dunnuck writes: Coming close to a decade after the vintage, the 2014 Riesling Cuvée Frédéric Emile is still vivid and racy, with a taut, focused, almost austere style in its ripe citrus, crushed stone, hazelnut, and smoky mineral-driven aromas and flavors. Medium-bodied and nicely concentrated, with high yet integrated acidity, this needs another 4-5 years of bottle age, as it's currently austere, firm, and inward. It will be an incredibly long-lived Riesling, but how much pleasure it will ultimately deliver might be questionable. Drinking after 2027. - Jeb Dunnuck 92+
Alison Napjus writes: A bone-dry, racy white, with a lovely entry point of slate, petrol and brine aromas on the nose, plus a minerally profile that underscores notes of crunchy nectarine, kiwifruit, cherry blossoms, pink grapefruit pith and fresh thyme. Firm and linear, this graceful version exhibits seamless knit and definition. Drink now through 2039. - Wine Spectator 95
Jancis Robinson writes: To be released around 2022 or 2023. Razor-sharp nose and very tight. Lots to chew on. They could release this and no one would object but I can see why they want it to unfurl a bit. Drinking 2022 to 2035. - Jancis Robinson 17.5+
Winemaker Notes
Bright, medium-gold with aromas of sweet nectarine, apricot, pineapple and candied peaches. Full-bodied with intensity, depth and beautiful mineral flavor. Rich, ripe acidity on the palate. Extraordinary balance between fruit and acidity with superb length. A wine of intense minerality and powerful acidity. The ideal wine to pair with fusion cuisines.
