Suntory Toki Blended Japanese Whisky 750ml
Three of Suntory's most celebrated distilleries — Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita — come together in Toki, a blend that exemplifies the Japanese art of harmony. Toki means "time" in Japanese, and there's a patience to this whisky that shows: Hakushu American white oak cask malt brings freshness and delicacy, Chita heavy-type grain adds silky body and weight, and select Yamazaki malts layer in depth and complexity. The result is something quietly remarkable — vivid yet balanced, with a sweetness on the nose (green apple, basil, honey), a smooth and slightly sweet palate, and a long, subtly spiced finish. It upends the traditional malt-over-grain hierarchy and is equally at home neat, on the rocks, or as the foundation of a first-class Highball.
- Style: Blended Japanese Whisky
- Distilleries: Yamazaki, Hakushu & Chita (Suntory)
- Proof: 86 (43% ABV)
- Format: 750ml
- Country: Japan
Serving Suggestions
Exceptional in a Japanese Highball (whisky + chilled sparkling water, tall glass, plenty of ice). Also excellent neat or over a single large ice cube. Pairs beautifully with sushi, grilled chicken, or light seafood.
Orphan Barrel Whiskey Co Foragers keep 26 yrs Single Malt 750ml
Producer Description
Forager’s Keep 26 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is the latest release from the Orphan Barrel Whiskey Distilling Co. It is the fourteenth release and the first single malt Scotch whisky to appear in the collection.
Perhaps the shortest lived of all Speyside distilleries, Pittyvaich—Gaelic for ‘farmstead at the birch wood’— was the innocent victim of industry restructuring. The distillery closed in 1993 through no fault of its whisky and has long since been demolished. Its pleasing single malt has never been widely available, though it has been proven to age well as none younger than 25 years of age remains.
Most closed distilleries have produced for decades, even centuries before their closure. Pittyvaich lived for a mere 18 years, making it one of the most rarely seen single malts of all. This rare, limited release Forager’s Keep 26 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky has lived longer than the distillery from which it came. It is the first of its kind for the Orphan Barrel Whiskey Co.
Gentleman Jack Tennesse Whiskey 1.0 LITER
Expert Review
Wine Enthusiast 96 Points | This honey-colored whiskey is mellow, smooth, mouthwatering and delicious. Rich and pretty caramel and citrus aromas precede complex flavors of leather, tobacco, vanilla and cocoa. Its long finish displays lots of caramel, spicy cinnamon and ginger. Pair with a cigar.
Producer Description
Just like Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey and Jack Daniel's Single Barrel, Gentleman Jack is charcoal mellowed before going into the barrel. Gentleman Jack, however, receives an additional "blessing" when it is charcoal mellowed again after reaching maturity giving it ultimate smoothness. Gentleman Jack is full-bodied with fruit and spices, and its finish is silky, warm, and pleasant. When you drink Gentleman Jack, do so with pride, for this is the whiskey a gentleman orders.
Compass Box Affnity Blend of Scotch Whisky & Calvados 750ml
Producer Description
Orchard fruit notes are common to both Calvados and Scotch malt whisky. Many Calvados producers double-distil in pot stills, just like their Scottish cousins. Maturation in French oak is another aspect of their shared DNA.
These two spirits share richness, sweetness and complexity; the Calvados lends an intensity and length to the finish which enhances the character of the Scotch whiskies.
Serve over ice, mix with amari and vermouth into a unique twist on a boulevardier, or pair with a deliciously sweet tarte tatin.
We think you’ll agree that these two spirits really do have an affinity for one another.
Macallan The Harmony Collection Jing Phoenix Honey Orchard 750ml
Producer Description
This whisky is inspired by JING’s Phoenix Honey Orchid, a complex tea with lush dessert wine aromas and exotic fruit notes.
Predominantly matured in sherry seasoned American oak casks, the whisky has drawn fruity and floral flavours, beautifully balanced by the inclusion of sherry seasoned European oak, which offers a pleasing roasted richness and a touch of astringency. The subtle inclusion of casks that previously held bourbon adds a final sweetness, emulating the dessert wine aromas found in this tea that inspires this single malt.
At The Macallan, we work with collaborators who share our values and a deep connection with nature. Whisky and tea begin with water and the land, each craft nurtured, steeped, and revealed through time.
As The Macallan is acorn to glass, JING Tea is garden to cup.
JING Tea exists to change how the world thinks about and experiences tea. Finding the most exciting teas to create incredible drinking experiences, and to support producers and their environments.

Jameson Irish Whiskey 1.0L
About Jameson Irish Whiskey
The world's best-selling Irish whiskey, Jameson was originally distilled in Dublin when John Jameson founded his distillery in 1780. Today it is produced at the highly versatile Midleton Distillery in County Cork, Ireland. The Jameson range comprises a comparatively high percentage of pot still spirit, giving it greater character and complexity than many other Irish whiskeys.
Tasting Notes
The nose offers an inviting combination of floral notes, orange, toffee, sherry, and spice. Water releases cooked fruits and a suggestion of linseed. On the palate, initially citric with classic Irish oiliness, deeper notes of sherry develop alongside fudge, vanilla, and warm spice. The finish is long, warming, and spicy — remaining smooth and oily to the very end.
Serve & Enjoy

High West Whiskey Double Rye 92 Proof 750ml
High West Double Rye is the flagship expression from Park City, Utah's celebrated High West Distillery — a pioneer of American craft whiskey and the art of blending. A harmonious marriage of column-still and pot-still rye whiskies, aged a minimum of two years, Double Rye is built to showcase the bold, spice-forward character of high-rye whiskey alongside an unexpected botanical brightness that sets it apart from the crowd.
The nose is complex and inviting: mint, clove, cinnamon, licorice root, pine nuts, and dark chocolate, with a surprising gin-like herbal quality woven throughout. On the palate, rye spice leads the charge — assertive and warming — before giving way to menthol, eucalyptus, wildflower honey, and allspice. The finish is long and satisfying, with cinnamon and mint gradually sweetening into a lingering hint of anise. Bold, layered, and endlessly sippable at 92 proof.
High West's approach to blending — sourcing and marrying whiskies of different ages, mash bills, and distillation methods — is rooted in the tradition of the great Scotch blenders, applied with a distinctly American spirit. Double Rye is the result: a whiskey greater than the sum of its parts.
Outstanding neat, with a splash of water, or on the rocks. A natural fit for Manhattans, Old Fashioneds, and Whiskey Sours. Equally at home by a campfire or at the bar.

EH Taylor Straight Rye 100 Proof 750ml
Producer Description
Straight Rye Whiskey has experienced a strong resurgence in the American whiskey landscape, yet Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr. was making this style more than 100 years ago. This small batch, Bottled-in-Bond 100 proof straight rye whiskey pays tribute to the former Distillery owner with a unique rye whiskey reminiscent of days long past.
An altogether different recipe and profile than Sazerac Rye, this recipe contains just rye and malted barley, no corn. The result is an aroma full of dried fruit, black pepper, and a touch of fresh dill. A small sip brings an array of flavors both sweet and savory with a terrific balance of dark spices and subtle caramel overtones. The finish is especially pleasing with an oaky dryness that lingers just long enough.

Jack Daniel's BLACK LABEL Whiskey Sour Mash Old No. 7 - 1.0 LITER
Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey — Lynchburg, Tennessee, USA (1.0L)
Jack Daniel's is the world's best-selling American whiskey — and one of the most iconic spirits brands on earth. Founded in 1866 by Jasper Newton "Jack" Daniel in Lynchburg, Moore County, Tennessee, the distillery is the oldest registered distillery in the United States and has been producing Old No. 7 from the same limestone cave spring water source for over 150 years. What sets Tennessee Whiskey apart from bourbon is the Lincoln County Process — a distinctive charcoal mellowing step in which the new spirit is slowly dripped through ten feet of sugar maple charcoal before entering the barrel, removing harsh notes and imparting the signature smoothness that defines Jack Daniel's character. The whiskey is then matured in handcrafted, new American oak barrels with a balance of sweet and oaky flavor, developing the vanilla, caramel, and toasted wood notes that have made Old No. 7 the benchmark of the category. In 1.0L format, it is the ideal bottle for home bars, entertaining, and cocktail making.
The nose is smooth and inviting: pronounced vanilla, toasted oak, and a hint of caramel with the gentle sweetness of the charcoal mellowing process. On the palate, it is silky and balanced yet lush and intense — sweet oak, vanilla, and a warm, lingering finish with just the right amount of spice. A gorgeous iteration from America's top whiskey brand.

Caol Ila 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch 750ml
Caol Ila Distillery | 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky | Islay, Scotland
Caol Ila — pronounced "Cull Eela" — is one of Islay's most storied and beloved distilleries, situated on a secret bay on the northeastern shore of the island, overlooking the Sound of Islay toward the Paps of Jura. Founded in 1846, the distillery has long been a cornerstone of Islay whisky culture, its remote location accessible only by sea for much of its history. For over 100 years, small coal-fired "puffers" like the SS Pibroch brought barley, coal, and empty casks to the distillery, returning her whisky to the mainland through the Sound of Islay.
Today, Caol Ila remains true to its heritage. The barley is still malted locally at Port Ellen, and pure spring water still rises from limestone in nearby Loch Nam Ban, falling to the sea at Caol Ila in a clear crystal stream — just as it always has. The result is a whisky of genuine Islay character: peaty and maritime, yet more restrained and elegant than many of its island neighbors.
The 12 Year Old is Caol Ila's signature expression — a beautifully balanced Islay malt that showcases the distillery's distinctive style. The nose is fresh and complex — subdued peat smoke, citric fruitiness, sea salt, and a hint of malt. On the palate, a sweet start with peaty and salty notes, citrus, and a touch of olive brine, leading to a lengthy, slightly dry, smoky finish. Elegant, approachable, and endlessly rewarding.
Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to open up the aromas. Pair with tapenade, smoked fish, oysters, or aged hard cheeses. Also excellent in a Penicillin cocktail.
