Boodles British Gin London Dry 1.0L
Boodles has been one of Britain's most quietly distinguished gins since its recipe was first developed in 1845. Distilled at the Greenall's distillery in Warrington, England, from a base of clean English wheat spirit, it is a gin that takes a deliberately different path from the citrus-forward London Drys that dominate the market — and is all the better for it.
The Boodles British Gin London Dry 1.0L is built on an approachable, herb-driven botanical blend of juniper, sage, rosemary, nutmeg, coriander, angelica root, and caraway seeds — with a deliberate omission of citrus botanicals. The result is a gin of understated elegance: mellow and herbal, with the essential piney juniper notes balanced by warm spice and fresh garden herbs. Exceptionally versatile, it shines in a classic Gin & Tonic, a Martini, or any cocktail where you want the botanicals to speak without citrus interference.

Hendricks Oasium Gin Aromatic Herbs & Bright Fruits Scotland 750ml
Hendrick’s Oasium Gin — Girvan, Scotland | 750ml
Hendrick’s Oasium is the 8th expression in the Cabinet of Curiosities — and the most unexpectedly inspired. Master Distiller Lesley Gracie travelled to a faraway desert oasis (yes, she really did — camel polo was involved) and returned with a vision: the vivid colours, aromatic herbs, and bright fruits of a lush desert paradise, distilled into a gin like no other. Built on the iconic Hendrick’s DNA of cucumber, rose, and precise juniper, Oasium layers silky verdant green botanicals, deep delicate herbal tones, and a bright citrus finish into something genuinely extraordinary. The name is pronounced oh-ace-e-yum — and once you taste it, you’ll understand why.
The nose is fresh and aromatic: lush green herbs, citrus blossom, and a whisper of juniper. On the palate, silky verdant green notes sing in harmony with fresh aromatic herbs and a wonderfully bright, invigorating citrus finish. It is Hendrick’s at its most refreshing — and it was born to be served in a Gin & Tonic. For the adventurous, an Oasium Fizz with pink grapefruit is a revelation.
- Producer: William Grant & Sons, Girvan Distillery, Ayrshire, Scotland
- Expression: Oasium — Cabinet of Curiosities, 8th Edition
- Style: Aromatic herbal Scottish gin with bright citrus
- Size: 750ml

Plymouth SLOE Gin 750ml
The making of fruit gins has long been a tradition in the English countryside, and ours keeps true to a recipe dating back to 1883.
The Nose - A clear character of mellow sloe berries, it’s fruity with notes of sweet cherry and a slight scent of almonds
The Palate - Fruity, smooth and full-bodied, with a perfect balance of sweet and dry
The Finish - Long, fresh and fruity
A 750ml bottle of Plymouth Sloe Gin (26% abv). Sloe berries are slowly and gently steeped in Plymouth Gin, soft pure Dartmoor water and a small amount of sugar for approximately 4 months.
The sugar levels are kept low to allow the full flavour of the berries to shine and allow the dry acidity of the fruit to be an important part of the taste. The result is an entirely natural product with no added flavourings or colourings. Sloe Gin has long been enjoyed as a ’winter warmer’ in the countryside.
Farmer's Gin Organic Botanical Small Batch 95.6 Proof 750ml
Farmer's Organic Gin Small Batch — USA 750ml
Farmer's Gin is one of America's pioneering organic craft gins — a small-batch expression built on the belief that what goes into the bottle matters as much as what comes out. Made with certified organic botanicals and distilled in small batches for consistency and quality, Farmer's takes a distinctly botanical-forward approach that sets it apart from the juniper-dominant London Dry tradition. At 47.8% ABV (95.6 Proof), it has the structure and intensity to hold its own in any cocktail.
The nose opens with a compelling tension between elderflower and juniper — floral and piney in equal measure. As it opens up, the other botanicals reveal themselves: bright lemongrass, coriander spice, a savory note of celery, and a sweet licorice finish that lingers. Complex, aromatic, and genuinely distinctive — this is a gin for those who want more than just juniper in their glass.

Nozawa is a small village with a population of 3,600 that attracts skiers from all over the world during the powder snow season. The town gets its name from the famous natural mineral hot springs ‘onsen’, which date to the 8th century and has been a travel destination for Japanese nationals since the Edo period. Sipsmith Sloe Gin 750ml
Sipsmith opened in Chiswick, London in 2009 as the city’s first copper pot distillery in nearly 200 years — a small, principled operation that helped ignite the modern craft gin renaissance. Built around a single copper pot still named Prudence, the distillery was founded on the belief that great gin requires patience, skill, and the finest botanicals. Their London Dry Gin became an instant benchmark. The Sloe Gin takes that award-winning base and does something wonderfully old-fashioned with it: steeping wild sloe berries — the small, tart, jet-black fruit of the blackthorn bush — harvested each autumn and left to macerate in the gin until the spirit turns a deep, jewel-like ruby red.
The result is a handcrafted sloe gin of real character: rich and warming on the nose with aromas of wild berry, cherry, almond, and a subtle juniper backbone. The palate is luscious but never cloying — ripe plum, damson, and bramble fruit with a bittersweet edge and a long, warming finish. At 29% ABV it is built for sipping neat over ice, pouring into a Sloe Gin Fizz, or stirring into a classic Sloe Negroni. The definitive modern expression of a very British tradition.
- Producer: Sipsmith Distillery, Chiswick, London, United Kingdom
- Style: Sloe Gin Liqueur, Small Batch
- Base: Sipsmith London Dry Gin macerated with wild sloe berries
- ABV: 29%
- Size: 750ml
- Tasting Notes: Wild berry, cherry, almond, plum, damson, bramble, bittersweet finish

London’s craft gin pioneer, bottled in ruby — Sipsmith Sloe Gin is autumn in a glass.
Bols Genever The Original Spirit of Amsterdam Gin 750ml
Before gin as we know it existed, there was Genever — and before almost anyone else, there was Bols. Founded in Amsterdam in 1575, Lucas Bols established what is widely considered the world’s oldest distilled spirits brand. Genever is the Dutch ancestor of modern gin: a malt wine base (a blend of rye, wheat, and corn distillate) softened and flavored with juniper and a proprietary bouquet of botanicals, then rested to integrate. The result is a spirit of genuine complexity — more textured and rounded than London Dry gin, with a warmth and depth that makes it uniquely versatile behind the bar.
Bols Genever is crafted to the original Amsterdam recipe, using a malt wine base that gives it a subtly grainy, malty character beneath the juniper and botanical aromatics. The nose is herbal and fragrant — juniper, angelica, and a whisper of spice. The palate is smooth and round, with malt sweetness, gentle botanicals, and a soft, lingering finish. It drinks beautifully neat or on the rocks, but truly shines in classic cocktails: the original John Collins, a Tom Collins predecessor, the Martinez, or a simple Genever & tonic. This is the spirit that taught the world to drink gin.
