Most tequila is aged in common American oak. Conversely, ours is aged exclusively in premium toasted, not charred, French Oak Barrels for a more complex flavor profile. These refined, rich, elegant flavors create an aromatic essence that is distinctively Casa Noble.

Long before becoming one of the first to use certified organic agave, our devotion to preserving the land was present in everything we did. From establishing agave fields on a high altitude estate, to making our own compost, we continue giving back to nature because of everything it’s given us.

We nurture and harvest our 100% Blue Weber agave in the rich, volcanic soil of our high-altitude fields, tended to until they reach full maturity.

Before dusk, there is a delightful moment when darkness embraces the light. This precious moment inspired this combination of spirits, pouring into a shimmering glass decanter fused to a night-colored ceramic base. 

Clase Azul Tequila Gold is an incomparable tequila joven, a blend that combines Clase Azul Tequila Plata with a special reposado tequila matured in French oak casks and an eight-year-old Extra Añejo aged in American whiskey casks and finished in sherry casks.

Soft amber with golden sparkles. Medium body.

Agave syrup, green apple, orange peel, fresh fig, raisins, light note of almond and walnut. Toasted wood, fig, green olive, ginger, cocoa / dark chocolate.

Recommended with seafood and fish with high-fat content (tuna, salmon, octopus, lobster, shrimp, mussels, and clams) cooked with butter and yellow lemon (avoid limes). Kalamata olive tapenade and brie cheese tapas. Semi-bitter or white chocolate with citrus jam or citrus ice cream.

Our Silver stands out for a touch more sweetness than most tequilas, and presents beautiful notes of citrus. We love that this tequila is spicy and peppery on the tongue and cheeks, but perfectly smooth on the back of the throat.

El Tesoro de Don Felipe Reposado Tequila - Mellow and rich, with subtle wood tones. Reposado ("rested") tequila, by law, requires aging for two months. El Tesoro Reposado is exceptionally well rested. It's aged for eight to 11 months in oak barrels. Try sipping it straight up.

This limited reposado arrives in a striking Calavera (skull) bottle and balances agave brightness with light oak aging. Expect gentle vanilla and honey alongside roasted agave, toasted nuts and a touch of cinnamon — more complexity than a blanco, but not as heavy as an añejo. The bottle’s design makes it a standout on any bar cart.

To celebrate our legacy, we’ve created our first decanter completely painted in our distinctive cobalt blue color. Inspired by dandelion seeds being carried by the wind, its feathered motifs embody Clase Azul México's expansion across the world. Twenty-five of the brushstrokes that grace the surface of the decanter have been hand painted in platinum; one for each year of our history.

The tequila created for this edition pays homage to our signature Clase Azul Tequila Reposado. Our Master Distiller, Viridiana Tinoco, reimagined its creation to give it a special touch.

Part of the agave used to make this blend was milled using a traditional stone mill called a tahona, a practice that dates back to the origins of tequila.

In addition, the fermentation process was extended to accentuate the liquid’s citrus and fruity notes. This blend was aged for eight months in two different first-use American whiskey casks, each one imparting its own distinct and rich tasting notes.
