This mezcal is crafted in the rich, fertile Miahuatlán valley, remotely located a 2.5 hours’ drive south of Oaxaca City at 4,970 ft elevation. 

The genetic “mother” of Tequila’s Blue Weber agave, Espadín typically takes 7 – 12 years to mature & is the most prolific species used in mezcal. Terroir and the maker’s hand mean that Espadín styles vary greatly. Vago Espadín by the very modest Emigdio Jarquín was awarded Double Gold & the coveted “Best Mezcal” at the 2019 SFWSC and “Best Mezcal in the World” in the 2020 World Tequila and Mezcal Awards. Emigdio’s Espadín has delicious concentrated agave flavors balanced by smokiness and a spicy/saline minerality loved by critics and consumers alike.

A wonderful expression of a saline and mineral-driven style that has become one of the most highly awarded mezcals in history.

An elegant, composed and stylishly vibrant spirit that showcases the absolute finesse, purity, definition and elegance of organically grown barley. Late summer barley. Opens on a light almond note with a twist of candied lemon. Followed by the magical aromatics of toasted barley, floral and fruit notes with a hint of lemon honey intermingling beautifully. Toffee sweetness comes from American oak cask and as the spirit opens little drifts of succulent papaya, melon and kiwi can be found.

Laphroaig 10 Year Old is an all-malt Scotch Whisky from the remote island of Islay in the Western Isles of Scotland. Laphroaig, pronounced "La-froyg", is a Gaelic word meaning "the beautiful hollow by the broad bay". In making Laphroaig, malted barley is dried over a peat fire. The smoke from this peat, found only on Islay, gives Laphroaig its particularly rich flavour. Laphroaig is best savoured neat, or with a little cool water. Roll it around on your tongue. Release the pungent, earthy aroma of blue peat smoke, the sweet nuttiness of the barley, the delicate heathery perfume of Islay's streams. It is as unique as the island itself.

Wine Enthusiast 90 points | (Great Value)- Eye-catching honey yellow color. Aroma is of burning leaves, seaweed, cigarette ash, campfire, smoked fish. Taste mirrors bouquet but adds cooked green vegetable, wax paper. Aftertaste is extended, oily, not as smoky as the midpalate.

Darroze Grands Assemblages 8 years old: Marc Darroze has created this new range, using his huge family stocks of hand selected Bas Armagnacs, with vintages dating back over 100 years. This blend with very little wood influence, displays a predominance of fruity aromas, along with a variety of other flavours, including prunes, candied orange zest and quince to name but a few. Centerbe Faccia Brutto is our take on a European herbal liqueur that is both refreshing and delicious. A number of fresh and dried herbs are used in the blend and macerated in non-GMO neutral grain spirit.

The dried botanicals like lemon balm, anise hyssop, nettles and coriander are macerated for a full week, while the fresh herbs like parsley, tarragon, bay leaves and marjoram are left overnight to preserve color and freshness. The resulting tincture is proofed down and sweetened with organic cane sugar and bottled at a rousing 45% abv.

Ardbeg Ten Years Old is revered around the world as the peatiest, smokiest, most complex single malt of them all. Yet it does not flaunt the peat; rather it gives way to the natural sweetness of the malt to produce a whisky of perfect balance.

Typically most whiskies are chill-filtered and reduced to a strength of 40% ABV. Ardbeg Ten Years Old, however, is non chill-filtered and has a strength of 46% ABV, thus retaining maximum flavour, at the same time giving more body and added depth. It's whisky with none of the goodness taken out!

Our small batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskeys are offered as a Small Batch, up to 12 barrels per batch, which was the result of one fermenter. The goal of the Small Batch is to capture the total essence of more complex notes from multiple barrels from distillate of the same fermenter. Weve decided to release the Small Batch Bourbon as a Bottled in Bond so fans of our Wheated Single Barrel Bourbon can do a side-by-side comparison.

Our Small Batch release mash bill is 64 percent corn, 24 percent rye and 12 percent malted barley using our yeast strains. We entered the cooper select, toasted and #4 char barrel at 110 proof after coming off the still around 137 proof. All of our whiskeys are aged and matured on our 168-acre campus inside any one of our six rickhouses. We have more than 100,000 barrels aging onsite.

Our bourbon starts with the native Kentucky climate and soil in which our corn and rye are grown, and a pristine limestone watershed rich in calcium and magnesium.
