Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label is the signature champagne of the House. Dominated by Pinot Noir, it offers the perfect balance of structure and finesse. Golden-yellow in color, with a foaming necklace of tiny bubbles. It is pleasing to the nose; initially reminiscent of yellow and white fruits, then of vanilla and later brioche. Note the fine balance between the fruity aromas coming from the grape varieties and the toasty notes, the result of the three years of bottle aging. Rand Sieger, 67 Wine Buyer: Always one of the first rosés to hit the market, this traditional Southern Rhône blend comes from 25–50 year old vines grown along the Gassac River. It boasts a pleasant, intense nose with hints of strawberries — full and round on the palate with bright red fruit flavors.

Few winemakers have come to define their region like Mas de Daumas Gassac has with the Languedoc. Aimé and Véronique Guibert purchased the land in the early 1970s, guided by a Bordeaux-based soil scientist who recognized the limestone-rich terroir's great grape-growing potential — as densely mineral-laden as Burgundy's Côte d'Or.

What sets Mas de Daumas Gassac apart is their unflinching commitment to pushing boundaries — of the appellation's rules, of conventional farming techniques, and of "expected" grape varieties. Ridge Vineyards is one of California’s most iconic and respected wineries — a benchmark producer whose Monte Bello Cabernet has competed with the world’s greatest wines, and whose commitment to traditional winemaking is unmatched. For this Albariño, our sommelier Oscar Garcia Moncada sourced from Bodegas Chaves — an estate family that has been farming and making wine in Rías Baixas since the 1950s using only estate-grown grapes, with an attention to detail that is unrivaled in the appellation. Rías Baixas is Galicia’s flagship white wine region, Atlantic-influenced and defined by the salty, mineral character that makes Albariño one of the world’s great food wines. This is a perfect showcase of everything the appellation does best.

Winemaker Notes

G.D. Vajra’s Barbera d’Alba comes from a wonderful range of estate vineyards in Piedmont. Fermented for an average of 20 days and aged no less than twelve months in respect of the rhythm of nature, it is a fine blend — charming, rich yet forward.

The 2024 vintage exhibits a brilliant purple hue. On the nose, a celebration of freshness: red berry juice, roses, and fresh plums. The palate is crisp and juicy, layering sweet red and black cherries, spices, and fresh dark berries into a vibrant, aromatic finish that defines the vintage.
