Winemaker's Notes:

Te Koko 2023 is initially reticent on the nose, but with time in the glass opens to reveal notes of just-ripe mango, lemon verbena and juicy sun-warmed lemon. The palate is concentrated and mouthwateringly complex. The sun-warmed impression continues, with notes of meadow hay, preserved citrus, and white nectarine, with layers of salted almond and a gentle smoky minerality leading through to a long and focused finish.

Chateau Ste. Michelle Columbia Valley Sauvignon Blanc is a stunningly crafted white wine, sourced from vineyards throughout the Columbia Valley, including their Horse Heaven Estate Vineyard. Crisp, vibrant and delicate in flavor, this Sauvignon Blanc white wine brims with the cool freshness of citrus and herbs that pair particularly well with light seafood and vegetable dishes. 

Winemaker Description 

Bright Yellow fruit nose like really freshly picked golden delicious apples as well as some hints of guava.  Spiced palate with medium acidity. Pepper and baking spices on the finish.  Like a lighter, crisper version of a Napa Valley sauvignon blanc.  

This would pair very nicely with ceviche with plenty of cilantro and jalapeño. 

Winemaker Notes

The wonderful aromas of the Sauvignon Blanc grapes are thanks to the fertile slopes of Zichron Ya'akov. Upon tasting this wine, one experiences a rich, delicate sensation, herbaceous fragrances and fruity flavors.

This 100% Sauvignon Blanc shows delicate notes of lime and grapefruit with a hint of honeydew melon. Bright and fresh with a long, clean finish. Sustainably farmed and hand-harvested with minimal intervention and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
