While shaping the flavor profile for Siembra Valles Blanco at Cascahuin, the team kept coming back to taste the spirit at still-proof. The Rosales family has developed a slow distillation process that yields a tequila of higher alcohol content.

The original Siembra Valles Blanco is bottled at 80 proof; Siembra Valles High Proof is bottled at 92 proof, presenting an elevated version of the Valles produced with creative bartenders and demanding palates in mind. Siete Leguas' Decades Blanco celebrates their 70th anniversary and is sure to be an instant collectors item and darling of the Tequila cognoscenti.
