The palate is ample, fresh, and luscious, offering vibrant aromas of white-fleshed fruit punctuated by saline and lemony notes that underscore its freshness and impart a beautiful minerality.
Vintage Notes — 2025
In Provence, 2025 was marked by several episodes of intense heat with temperature peaks in August, requiring great vigilance in the vineyards. Some plots experienced hydric stress while maturity arrived early, offering beautiful aromatic profiles. Smaller than average, the berries proved particularly concentrated and expressive — beautiful aromatic power combined with the freshness characteristic of Provence wines.

Clay and limestone vineyards, partially in terraces at an average elevation of 350 meters. Cool climate for the area with significant temperature swings between night and day.

67 Wine Petit Somm Series Rosé (Central Park) Tempranillo Spain 2024 750ml
Moulin de Gassac Guilhem Rose 2025 750ml
Our Professional Review
Rand Sieger, 67 Wine Buyer: Always one of the first rosés to hit the market, this traditional Southern Rhône blend comes from 25–50 year old vines grown along the Gassac River. It boasts a pleasant, intense nose with hints of strawberries — full and round on the palate with bright red fruit flavors.
Few winemakers have come to define their region like Mas de Daumas Gassac has with the Languedoc. Aimé and Véronique Guibert purchased the land in the early 1970s, guided by a Bordeaux-based soil scientist who recognized the limestone-rich terroir's great grape-growing potential — as densely mineral-laden as Burgundy's Côte d'Or.
What sets Mas de Daumas Gassac apart is their unflinching commitment to pushing boundaries — of the appellation's rules, of conventional farming techniques, and of "expected" grape varieties. Having traveled the world as part of a family leather business, the Guiberts planted an eclectic assortment of international grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Petite Arvine, Tempranillo, Nebbiolo, and more.
Tasting Notes
The 2025 Moulin de Gassac Guilhem Rosé is one of the most anticipated value rosés of the year — effortlessly chic and tasting far more expensive than its price tag suggests.
Pairings: Tabbouleh, grilled chicken, niçoise salad, or spicy appetizers like shrimp ceviche.
Wolffer Summer in a Bottle Rose LONG ISLAND 2025 750ml
This rosé has lovely balance between the fresh fruit, fine tannins, good minerality and graceful acidity. It is the visual and taste portrait of the Hampton's high summer. Serve chilled, solo, or as a complement to almost any food.
Winemaker Description
The Wolffer Summer in a Bottle Rosé Long Island 2025 shines in a pale salmon shade with a soft pink hue. Aromas of ripe rose petals, cranberry, red currant, and subtle herbal notes create an inviting bouquet. On the palate, vibrant red berry fruit meets refreshing acidity, balanced by a fine tannin structure and a touch of classic minerality. Playful yet refined, with a crisp coastal freshness that captures the Atlantic breeze. A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Vermentino, produced and bottled in Sagaponack, New York.
Pairing Suggestions
- Seafood: Smoked salmon, lobster, shrimp cocktail, or a classic ceviche.
- Light bites: Carpaccio, soft cheeses, or summer hors d’oeuvres.
- Mains: Grilled fish, veal, or pork dishes. Serve well chilled.
Studio by Miraval Cotes de Provence Rose 2025 750ml

Seductive clear and bright pale-pink with pastel reflections. All finesse and elegance on the nose — superb aromatic bouquet of small red fruit and cherry blossom. On the palate, lively and ample with seductive aromas of blood orange and redcurrant, perfectly balanced by a fresh mineral structure and a hint of bitterness. The long finish prolongs the tasty aromas of this fresh and elegant wine.
Created as a tribute to the recording studio where Pink Floyd recorded 'the Wall', this wine symbolizes the spirit of Art de Vivre around the Mediterranean.
Expert Review — Vintage 2025
Decanter — 90 Points: “Concentrated, a really nice balance between cranberry and citrus. Open and lifted and aromatic, floral, dry and full of flavour. This is punching above its weight for the price. Made by the Perrin family, who also make the ‘Chicken Wine’. This is a step up in my books.”
Vintage Notes — 2025
In Provence, 2025 was marked by several episodes of intense heat with temperature peaks in August, requiring great vigilance in the vineyards. Some plots experienced hydric stress while maturity arrived early, offering beautiful aromatic profiles. Smaller than average, the berries proved particularly concentrated and expressive. Quality remains remarkable — beautiful aromatic power combined with the freshness characteristic of Provence wines.
Terroir
Studio by Miraval is strongly influenced by sea sprays and the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea. These salty soils give the wine a unique character and an almost iodized finish.

Serve well-chilled (44–48°F). Perfect as an aperitif or alongside grilled fish, seafood, light salads, goat cheese, and Provençal cuisine.

Montenidoli Canaiuolo Toscana Rosé 2025 750ml
Our Buyer’s Review
Debra, 67Wine Rosé Buyer | Elegant and expressive. Produced from 100% Canaiuolo — a traditional red grape grown in the San Gimignano production zone of Tuscany — this distinctive rosé reveals vibrant notes of red berry fruits, citrus, and wild herbs, balanced by savory and mineral notes. Dry and fresh on the palate, medium to full-bodied, with a touch of salinity and a long, refined finish. Versatile and food-friendly. 100% Organic.
Winemaker Description
Elisabetta Fagiuoli and her husband Sergio founded their 50-hectare estate in 1965, on a hillside across the valley from San Gimignano. The vineyards sit on some of the oldest rock in Italy — it is said vines were first planted here by the Etruscans in the 7th century BC. All farming is organic, yields are low, and quality control is ruthless.
This soft and savory rosato is made from 100% hand-harvested Canaiuolo from 65+ year-old vines, undergoing a lengthy fermentation before bottling. Light salmon-pink in the glass with aromas of strawberries, watermelon, and ripe cherry. Crisp and refreshing on the palate with elegant minerality and a lively finish. The perfect aperitif — ideally served in a Champagne flute.
Food Pairings
Grilled salmon, tomato salad, charcuterie, grilled poultry, aged cheeses, farro and borlotti bean soup, and cacciucco (Tuscan seafood stew). Equally perfect on its own as a summer aperitif.

Calafuria 2025 pours a delicate peach blossom color. The nose is fruity and citrusy with notes of pink grapefruit, lychee, and nectarine, lifted by pleasant floral hints of jasmine. Fournier is one of the most prominent names in Sancerre, and their "Les Belles Vignes" cuvée is highly regarded for its "gastronomic" style—meaning it has the structure and complexity to be paired with a full meal, rather than just served as an aperitif.

From vines that are on average 15 years old the wine smells of raspberriy, watermelon and a touch of lavender.
