For your guidance the 2023 vintage review - Joaquin Hidalgo writes:  The 2023 Radix is 100% Syrah sourced from Penedès, fermented almost like a white wine with a six-hour skin-soak at cool temperatures. Purple in hue, its aromas resemble a carbonic maceration profile, featuring grapefruit and herbs. Dry and lightly fizzy, it offers an intense, fruit-forward palate with soft tannins. One of my favorite rosé wines to drink all year long. A blend of Xarel·lo and Garnatxa that is hand-harvested and organically grown. The vineyards are located inside a nature reserve park with more than 200 years of viticultural history. Crisp and enticing on the palate with red fruit quality on the nose and palate.
