Organic Winemaking: This wine is certified by the Australian Certified Organic standards and is 100% vegan. It's made without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in the vineyard. With very few additions, the wine goes through wild fermentation, using only the natural yeasts present in the vineyard and on grape skins.

Tasting Notes: Crimson in color with violet hues. Spiced plums and peppercorns with fruit cake and forest floor aromas. The palate is a mix of violets and spice with hints of Dutch licorice, lingering plum and cherry flavors. This is a fruit driven, medium-bodied wine with soft, silky tannins and a persistent savory finish. 

Enjoy With: Mexican lasagna, bruschetta pasta or a Swiss brown mushroom burger with caramelized onions and crispy potato chips.

Stone fruit and signature Marlborough tropical fruit characters abound in this incredibly food-friendly Sauvignon Blanc. A bright mineral crispness is balanced by a rounder mid-palate filled with notes of fresh cut kiwi, green mango, white peach, Meyer lemon, and fresh cut grass.

This wine displays a pale straw colour with brilliant green edge. On the nose the wine
opens with crisp green apple and lime blossom. This evolves to incorporate a complex
melange of lemongrass, petrichor and subtle blackcurrant leaf. The palate is bright
and refreshing with a focussed tension that suggests longevity and a characteristic
oyster shell salinity.

Food pairing: Best served cold and drunk as an aperitif or with fresh summer oysters,
fresh grilled yellowtail with salsa verde or salmon roses with kewpie mayo and caviar.

The Wine Advocate 92 Points | Opening with a citrus and mineral-driven nose, the 2023 Bon Vallon Chardonnay displays notions of wet concrete and petrichor before aromas of lemon oil sway out of the glass. Medium-bodied, the palate displays fresh notions of citrus blossom with spiced white tea while delivering vibrant acidity with a balanced structure possessing freshness and finesse. Only 48,000 bottles were produced after the wine rested on the lees for between 80 and 120 days.

James Suckling 95 Points | A great riesling Spatlese that makes it clear why this category has not disappeared in spite of the rise of dry German riesling. Concentrated peachy fruit is married to excellent structure and the balance of the touch of natural grape sweetness with wet stone minerality and crisp acidity is dazzling. Very long and vibrant finish. Drink or hold.

The Vincent White offers aromas of bright apple, kiwi, and stone fruit. The palate brings acidity and bright citrus flavors accompanied by a luscious mouthfeel with hints of meringue and tart notes. The finish is lengthy and pleasing; this wine pairs with an array of dishes.

Vinous 92 Points | The 2021 Chardonnay watts up with a vivid mix of lime-tinged yellow apple and nuances of vanilla custard. This is soft and enveloping, with a mix of saline minerals and sweet spice that gives way to tart orchard fruit. The 2021 finishes long and structured, potent yet fresh while leaving a staining of almond extract richness. There's a lot of power here, along with the balance to mature through medium-term cellaring.

Gold colour. On the nose, it is fresh with a nice combination of fruit, mineral and floral nuances. Elegant and refreshing, it is straightforward and concentrated. It first develops aromas of ripe fruit and then finishes on delicate mineral and lively notes. The wine shows great purity.

Bright and clean, with lemon-yellow color and greenish glints. On the nose, it has medium high intensity, flowery aromas and notes of pineapple, green apple, white flowers and fresh cut hay. This is a voluminous wine that develops a silky fresh mouthfeel and a lingering finish.

Half-Bottle. This wine is a gastronomic specialty made from hand-picked frozen grapes that were harvested in the early morning hours at 10F. These grapes produce only a small amount of highly concentrated juice.

The resulting wine is similarly concentrated with intense flavors of apricot, pineapple and spicy pear. Its silky sweetness is balanced by bright acidity, which makes it perfect to pair with richer desserts.

Harvested by hand at night from a little vineyard in the Russian River comes this delightfully fruity yet complex wine. The mouth is full of rich subtropical passion fruit and melon. We achieve this fullness by leaving the juice on lees for an extended period of time building the flavor.

The 2024 Dissonance shines with a beautiful, complex bouquet of lemon, lime, acacia flower, dried apricots, and a hint of Pecorino cheese. Pear and peach attack on the palate with good richness up front, impeccable balance, and bright acidity upon first sip. A long finish of pear and grapefruit complete this wine that is beautifully integrated from start to finish.

Vila Santa is produced in the Alentejo region, located in the south of Portugal. Its name originates from the title given in the 15th century to the members of the ancient Priest Congregation of St. John Evangelist, known simply as Loios. Loios monks have always had a deep connection to the history of Alentejo, especially to its wines.

Syrah has a long history of cultivation on the island of Sicily with first records mentioning it in 1868. After decades of evolving and adapting to the region’s unique terroir, the Sallier de La Tour family became convinced of the varietal’s potential to thrive in the Monreale area where the soils are rich in potassium and the natural springs found under the vineyards allow the grapes to retain freshness.

The vineyards’ exposition and proximity to the sea allow for even and optimal ripening and the resulting wines display the fruit, balance and elegance indicative of the Syrah grape.
