Jeb Dunnuck 90 Points | The 2022 Rosso Di Montalcino is a delightful offering. Pouring a youthful ruby color, it reveals a fruity bouquet of candied raspberries, roses, and spiced orange. Medium-bodied, it boasts an elegant mouthfeel, fine tannins, a juicy mid-palate, and a clean finish. It's drinking fantastically now and will continue to drink well over the next 5-6 years.

Vinous 90 Points | The 2022 Rosso di Montalcino is mentholated and fresh, with dried strawberries and crushed stones wafting up from the glass. This is soft-textured and pure in feral form, with ripe red berries and spices cascading throughout. It leaves a gentle tension and crunchy sensation while tapering off poised and with medium length.

Vibrant, focused, and expressive, with flavors of allspice, huckleberry and underbrush, our Cabernet mirrors the terrior of Redwood Valley's complex ecosystem. Graceful tannins sustain a velvety mouthfeel, with subtle violet notes on the finish. Pair with New York steaks and Gorgonzola butter or wild mushroom risotto.

Mendocino fruit provides the backbone for this expressive Cabernet Sauvignon. To fully extract color and tannins, the juice was left in contact with the skins for an extended maceration period, drawing layers of aroma and flavors from the fruit while giving this wine its elegant depth and body across the palate.

The Wine Enthusiast 94 Points | Dusty slate and earth tones mingle into luscious guava and pink-grapefruit flavors in this decadently fruity kabinett. A sumptuous semi-dry Riesling, it's profoundly ripe and deeply concentrated but zippy and spry, finishing on a long, honeyed streak of lime and lemon acidity. Delicious young but should hold well through 2035.

James Suckling 93 Points | Manzoni bianco is a super fresh grape variety, a valuable resource in view of the rising temperatures in this era of climate change. Aromas of pears, white peaches, lime peel and lemon leaves. It’s soft on the palate, with a silky texture, sharp acidity, peach flavors and a polished finish in spite of its citrus peel aftertaste.

The Wine Enthusiast 90 Points Aleks Zecevic | A whiff of rose water is followed by nectarine and apricot notes in this nicely balanced Spätlese. It's on the rich side, with submerged acidity, but the finish is lasting and inviting.

Overview Musar Jeune White vines are from organically certified vineyards and come from two different terroirs; Vermentino and Chardonnay are grown on limestone soils, while the Viognier comes from vineyards with silty soils. Both vineyard areas are at 1,000
metres above sea level.

Grape Varieties The 2022 vintage is a blend of Viognier (40%), Vermentino (30%) and Chardonnay

(30%). The Vermentino, native to Sardinia and Corsica and thus well suited to the
Eastern Mediterranean climate, adds citrus, mineral and even a marine character. It
is moderate in alcohol and combines well with the richer Chardonnay and fragrance
of the Viognier.

Our 2022 Red Mountain Sauvignon Blanc an ideal example of a perfectly balanced Red Mountain white wine—rich and full on the midpalate, bright tropical fruit flavors balanced with crisp mouthwatering acidity. The vineyard sourcing blends a newer, but well known, extremely warm growing site in Quintessence with the more established and slightly cooler Artz and Klipsun vineyard plantings from the early 1980’s. The result and complex and delicious expression of Sauvignon Blanc. On the aroma we get pineapple, lemon pith, and wet rocks. The palate is full yet crisp and refreshing — passionfruit, mango, and white peach.

Decatner 93 Points | Taut and precise, mouthwatering and dry. Lime shot through with light peach and a dab of salt. From the same Red Bank Farm vineyard as the Picnic Riesling, but aged a little longer on the lees. Could take on spicy seafood or raw oysters. Will age well.

Minerally, complex aromas and flavors of toasted brioche, lemon curd, apricot tartine, and white raspberry with a creamy, racy, bubbly, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a tingling, complex, long finish that shows notes of grilled pineapple, toasted almond, orange scone, and heirloom pear with well-integrated tannins and a suggestion of oak flavor. 95 Points Rober Parker Wine Advocate: The 2021 Résonance Vineyard Pinot Noir has broody aromas of pomegranate, black cherry, iodine, forest floor and amaro. Despite its concentrated, floral flavors, it has an elegant structure of silky tannins and vibrant acidity and a very long, nuanced finish.

94 Points Decanter: Charming aromatics of violets and spice. 300-500ft elevation and marine sedimentary soils. 40-year-old vines are own-rooted and planted in 1981. The Résonance vineyard was acquired in 2013, 20 acres, with tangy blackberries and cranberries that meld with blood oranges and spice. Smoky mint notes lift clove and Chinese five spice. 70% Pommard, 15% Dijon and 15% wadenswil. The original blocks are the heart of this wine. The density of fruit comes from marine soils, 100% destemmed with extended maceration, native yeasts and no pump overs. 3-4 week maceration. Lees are removed after malo, and the wines are aged 18 months in oak. Fruit complements the tension and mineral core of the wine. The three clonal selections help craft the wine, Wadenswil brings structure, Dijon the elegance and black fruit.

This Estate-Grown Single Vineyard Pinot Noir is the signature expression of our Résonance Vineyard. Sourced from 20 acres of organically dry-farmed Pinot noir on south-facing slopes in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA, these vines benefit from some of the choicest vineyard land in Oregon wine country. Uniquely ungrafted (retaining their original rootstock) clonal selections of Pommard, Dijon 777, and Wädenswil directly translate the terroir of the ancient basaltic sedimentary soil. Our Résonance Vineyard Pinot Noir reveals the immense character, the “somewhereness”, of this historic property.

This is no wimpy Merlot. We make this wine to please even the finickiest of Cab drinkers. Look for aromas and flavors of black cherry, blueberry, and blackberry all tied together with just a kiss of toasty vanilla.

Back in 1985, good friends, Tim Murphy, Dale Goode, and Dave Ready, were deep in their weekly game of liar’s dice when an idea was formulated. The Wine Advocate 90 Points | Under screw cap, the De Wetshof Estate 2024 Robertson Limestone Hill Chardonnay offers a simple delivery of citrus, pomelo and wild sage. The wine focuses on brightness and is extremely drinkable, but perhaps it's a little less complex compared to all the other very different Chardonnays in this portfolio. You get a pretty note of latex or natural rubber, which I really like. This wine is unoaked, and that's what sets it apart.

Supèra is a nod to the future and to expanding possibilities and potential. Having worked with Verdicchio solely from the Jesi area for generations, Matelica is a new wine and a new territory for the Garofoli family. Expanding on a partnership with a young and vibrant wine-grower from the high valley of the Esino River valley in the Appenines, Supèra is a "mountain wine" with fresh complexity and an opportunity to experience a new personality of Verdicchio.

The Wine Advocate 93 Points | A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, the Savage Wines 2023 Savage White is the only wine in the portfolio that sees a little bit (10%) of new oak. The intent is to offer a textural interpretation of these two grapes. The wine shows natural freshness, white flowers, wood spice and a hint of reduction. The 2023 vintage was cooler, like 2017, making for a classical growing season. This wine has a long saline finish with orchard fruit and pear with a mid-weight approach. The wine is left on the lees for as long as possible to augment that impression of salinity and to create longevity.

Gvaot Dances in White is a spicy and aromatic Gewurztraminer combined with Sauvignon Blanc and cold fermented Chardonnay.

2018 Jacques Capsouto Cuvee Marco, Grand Vin Rouge – Score: 90 Points |
This wine is a blend of 40% Grenache, 40% Mourvedre, and 20% Syrah. The nose on this wine starts ripe, it is riper than its younger 2019 brother, the Cuvee Samuel. The blend is different as well, and there is much more oak on the Marco. The nose on this wine is ripe, it feels like a Cali Rhone wine more than how the 19 Samuel felt, with black and blue fruit, sweet oak, soy sauce, ripe plum, floral notes, dark and brooding, with roasted animal, and loam. The mouth on this full-bodied wine is ripe, balanced, with good acidity, blackcurrant, blackberry, boysenberry, nice draping tannin, sweet oak, loam, and black tea. The finish on this wine is ripe, with dense black fruit, loam, mushroom, graphite, milk chocolate, and nice smoke.

While Albet i Noya was established in 1978, its roots in organic craftsmanship date back to the turn of the twentieth century, when the family’s expertise was already well established. Even though the phylloxera epidemic was at its height when their great-great-grandfather Joan Albet i Rovirosa arrived to work in the vineyards in Sant Pau d’Ordal, he stayed there.

They are one of the few wineries left that labels their bottles with “Classic Penedès” rather than “Cava,” a distinction that indicates the wine was made entirely from grapes cultivated, harvested, and vinified on the estate and matured for at least 15 months before distribution.
