Three of Suntory's most celebrated distilleries — Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita — come together in Toki, a blend that exemplifies the Japanese art of harmony. Toki means "time" in Japanese, and there's a patience to this whisky that shows: Hakushu American white oak cask malt brings freshness and delicacy, Chita heavy-type grain adds silky body and weight, and select Yamazaki malts layer in depth and complexity. The result is something quietly remarkable — vivid yet balanced, with a sweetness on the nose (green apple, basil, honey), a smooth and slightly sweet palate, and a long, subtly spiced finish. Ardbeg is one of Islay’s most legendary distilleries — a remote, windswept outpost on the southern shore of the island that has been producing some of Scotland’s most intensely peated single malts since 1815. For devotees of smoky whisky, Ardbeg is a pilgrimage destination; for everyone else, it is a revelation.

An Oa (pronounced “an-OH”, named for the Oa peninsula at Islay’s southern tip) is the most approachable expression in the Ardbeg range — and the most deliberately rounded. Its singular character comes from time spent in a bespoke oak Gathering Vat, where whiskies from multiple cask types — sweet Pedro Ximénez, spicy virgin charred oak, and intense ex-bourbon — are brought together to harmonize before bottling. The result is Ardbeg’s hallmark peat and dark chocolate, mellowed by a delectable smooth sweetness: aniseed, silky butterscotch, black pepper, and clove, rising to an intense crescendo of flavor. Producer Description

Hatozaki lighthouse in the city Akashi, is the oldest stone lighthouse in Japan, the distillery is very close. Owned by the Yonezawa family who have been distilling Sake since 1917.

It is aged in American oak casks before being finished in Umeshu casks. This finish brings out the classic notes of barley and iodine, with a touch of plum. A whisky characterised by elegance and harmony.

Created in partnership with Nick Offerman, Lagavulin Offerman Edition 11 Year Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a woody and peaty, fruity and spicy offering. Carrying on a 200-year-old tradition of distilling excellence, the Lagavulin distillery is said to be one of the oldest distilleries on Islay. Founded in 1816 by farmer John Johnston and later led by Peter Mackie in 1890, the name Lagavulin was to become the last word on the delicacy of Islay malts. Miles and miles of peat bog in the west of the island provide the raw material which imbues the barley with their iconic smoky flavor, and the rich peaty water from the tranquil Lochan Sholum in the hills above the distillery makes the flavors so unique. It takes time, but patience is their finest virtue and rushing good whisky is just not how they take care of things in Islay.
