Straight Rye Whiskey has experienced a strong resurgence in the American whiskey landscape, yet Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr. was making this style more than 100 years ago. This small batch, Bottled-in-Bond 100 proof straight rye whiskey pays tribute to the former Distillery owner with a unique rye whiskey reminiscent of days long past.

Presented in a ceramic decanter, this expression was crafted by Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion using American and European first-fill sherry seasoned casks with the addition of a few refill casks.

Seasoned European oak casks to deliver warm, spicy notes and sherry seasoned American oak casks to provide a balance of sweet vanilla. Expertly adding just a few refill casks to soften and smooth the flavours.

Hailing from the tropical shores of Goa, this exotic Indian single malt, in rich shades of dark copper, has complex aromas of fig and apricot with a rare hint of banana. On the palate are tremendous flavours of sweet barley with creamy butterscotch, dry fruits and a profuse Christmas cake. The finish is long and exquisite, with delectable chocolate fudge, delicate orange peel and hints of exotic wine drenched nuts. Much of The intrinsic characteristics of the Paul John PX owes allegiance to the famed intensely sweet and dark Spanish dessert sherry, having been gloriously finished in handpicked Pedro Ximenez casks. Situated within the picturesque Spey valley, Rothes is home to five distilleries all tucked along the tiny main street - unbeknown to passing visitors. Amongst these is Glenrothes hidden in a small glen on the outskirts of the village. 

Today Glenrothes single malt is used as the heart of Cutty Sark blended whisky. Approaching the distillery your eyes are drawn to the right where the village graveyard stretches up the hill. As whisky matures it evaporates, this is known as 'the angels share.' Feeding off the evaporated whisky is a black sooty fungus, which gives an eerie atmosphere to the place. The blackened grave stones under the shadows of tall trees surrounded by distillery buildings.

Tasting Notes: Toasted malt with fruit aromas, hints of green apples and fresh coconut. A subtle salty sea air is also present. Sweet with floral and fruit flavours, banana, and lemonade with a slight walnut edge.

The 2024 release of the Heaven Hill Heritage Collection is an 18-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Bottled without chill filtering, this 120 proof Whiskey showcases our Bourbon mashbill of 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley. Made in homage to one of bourbon's original aristocrats, W.L. Weller 12 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon continues to be crafted using Weller's wheated bourbon recipe. Aged for a minimum of 12 years, far longer than most wheated bourbons. This whiskey features aromas of creamy vanilla, caramel and molasses that gives way to notes of candied corn, ripe fruits, cocoa powder and dried fruits on the palate. Bright gold. Aromatic with notes of vanilla, cut flowers and beneath, a clean, toasty note. Increasingly sweet and creamy, with fresh citrus, lemon cheesecake. Light and smooth body. A crisp mid-palate then butter icing, lemon cheesecake and freesias. The finish is herbal and drying, a little like potpourri.
