Old Rip Van Winkle RYE Family Reserve 13 Year Old 750ml
Producer Description
Van Winkle's magnum opus. A rye whiskey that masquerades as a bourbon, and one of the most awe-inspiring whiskeys to ever come out of Kentucky. Enigmatic and highly sought-after, expect a sumptuously smooth mouthfeel, rolling with outstanding and captivating flavors that blur the lines between rye and bourbon and leave you wondering and wanting more.
On the nose, classic notes of vanilla, caramel, cinnamon and spice prevail, before a silky, alkaline mouthfeel comes to the fore with rye spice, cinnamon, ground black pepper and smooth caramel notes, before a buttery finish that brings subtle spice, toffee and oak. While it may not hold the same stature as its "Pappy" counterparts, the 13 Year Old Family Reserve Rye from van Winkle is perhaps the most important whiskey in their portfolio.
Farmer's Gin Organic Botanical Small Batch 95.6 Proof 750ml
Farmer's Organic Gin Small Batch — USA 750ml
Farmer's Gin is one of America's pioneering organic craft gins — a small-batch expression built on the belief that what goes into the bottle matters as much as what comes out. Made with certified organic botanicals and distilled in small batches for consistency and quality, Farmer's takes a distinctly botanical-forward approach that sets it apart from the juniper-dominant London Dry tradition. At 47.8% ABV (95.6 Proof), it has the structure and intensity to hold its own in any cocktail.
The nose opens with a compelling tension between elderflower and juniper — floral and piney in equal measure. As it opens up, the other botanicals reveal themselves: bright lemongrass, coriander spice, a savory note of celery, and a sweet licorice finish that lingers. Complex, aromatic, and genuinely distinctive — this is a gin for those who want more than just juniper in their glass.
"On the nose, the elderflower competes with the juniper. In the mouth, lemongrass, coriander, celery and a sweet licorice flavor round out the profile." — Farmer's Gin

Jasper Hill Farm - Vault No. 5 Cheddar (Vermont, 6.5oz)
Is it a cheddar or a Gruyere?
The answer is both! It's a cheddar highlighted by savor and sharp flavors, but this unique Vermonter is made with some Gruyere cheese culture which yields sweet, nutty overtones too. It melts beautifully and pairs with your favorite red wines.

Old Forester 1897 Straight Bourbon Whisky Bottled in Bond 750ml
Producer Description
Old Forester 1897 Bottled in Bond is crafted to honor a watershed moment in bourbon history – the U.S. Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. This expression follows the Bottled in Bond standards that whisky must be aged in a federally bonded warehouse for at least four years, the product of one distillation season, one distiller and from one distillery and bottled at 100 Proof.
The concept behind these regulations – the idea of ‘sealed in quality’ – was something Old Forester introduced in 1870, as America’s First Bottled Bourbon.
Jim Beam APPLE Bourbon 375ml HALF BOTTLE
Producer Description
Looking for that satisfying apple crunch? Just add ice cubes. Apple and Jim Beam have come together to make history with the perfect balance of premium apple liqueur and bourbon, resulting in rich American heritage with a light, juicy twist. Surprisingly smooth and deliciously different, Jim Beam Apple is succulent but not overpowering. And because it retains a rich bourbon core, it’s perfect for both whiskey fans and those looking for a refreshing new cocktail. Enjoy Jim Beam's freshest family member straight, on the rocks or in a highball with club soda and a lemon wedge. After seven generations of master distillers, the Jim Beam family tradition continues today with Jim Beam Apple and more.
As the First Family of Bourbon, we were there when it all began. But we’ve never been the type to rest on our laurels. Always innovating, always taking bourbon to new heights—that’s the Jim Beam way.
And after more than two centuries, we have no intention of doing things any differently. Since we sold our first batch in 1795, each of our family distillers has found an opportunity to push our story forward and keep the tradition of Jacob Beam alive for the next generation of bourbon drinkers.
