Old Pepper Bottled-in-Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Old Rip Van Winkle RYE Family Reserve 13 Year Old 750ml
Producer Description
Van Winkle's magnum opus. A rye whiskey that masquerades as a bourbon, and one of the most awe-inspiring whiskeys to ever come out of Kentucky. Enigmatic and highly sought-after, expect a sumptuously smooth mouthfeel, rolling with outstanding and captivating flavors that blur the lines between rye and bourbon and leave you wondering and wanting more.
On the nose, classic notes of vanilla, caramel, cinnamon and spice prevail, before a silky, alkaline mouthfeel comes to the fore with rye spice, cinnamon, ground black pepper and smooth caramel notes, before a buttery finish that brings subtle spice, toffee and oak. While it may not hold the same stature as its "Pappy" counterparts, the 13 Year Old Family Reserve Rye from van Winkle is perhaps the most important whiskey in their portfolio.

Oriol Artigas La Rumbera Pansa Blanca Alella 2022 750ml
Winemaker Description
Origin Alella, Catalunya.
Varieties 100% Pansa Blanca
From 7 vineyards around Alella, all planted on Saulò (granitic sand) aty 120-300m. The vines were planted between 1939 and 1998.
Vinification Method The grapes were harvested by hand and half were destemmed and crushed by foot, then left to macerate on the skins for 3-4 days; the other half were destemmed, left whole, and macerated on the skins for 9 days. The two parts were pressed and finished fermentation in stainless steel tanks and fiberglass, then rested for 11 months on
the lees in the same vessels.
Bottled without fining, filtering, or added sulfur. Oriol Artigas, an Alella native and trained enologist, started his project of making non- interventionist wines in 2011. His over-arching philosophy is to “cultivate the vineyards in the most natural and least interventionist way possible, to allow the grapes to express in the most intense way the landscape from which they come.”
He works about 12 hectares in total, mostly of old vines. He allows vegetation to grow between the vines, prunes very little, and works the vineyards primarily along the lunar calendar. In the winery, fermentations are completely spontaneous, aging is primarily done in steel vats, and sulfur is never used at any point in his process. The vineyards of Alella are essentially the vineyards of Barcelona, located just north of the city along the coast of the Mediterranean.
The primary soil type is a kind of white granite, locally called Sauló, and the main grape grown here is Pansa Blanca (the local clone of Xarel- lo) with a whole slew of other grape varieties inter-planted as well.
Orphan Barrel Muckety-Muck Single Grain 25 yr Scotch Whisky 750ml
Producer Description
Athough Port Dundas Distillery closed its doors in 2010, there are select, rare remaining stocks that allow a glimpse into the glorious past of one of Scotland’s most respected and historic distilleries. Muckety-Muck is one of those rare single grain scotches, now boasting 25 years of aging following the smashing success of our 24-year-old release.
The aroma starts with a burst of caramel and notes of baked sugar backed by the taste of crisp fruit and light toasted oak. The fruit forward flavor is blended with hints of butterscotch vanilla which carry through to the finish.
Orphan Barrel Whiskey Co Foragers keep 26 yrs Single Malt 750ml
Producer Description
Forager’s Keep 26 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is the latest release from the Orphan Barrel Whiskey Distilling Co. It is the fourteenth release and the first single malt Scotch whisky to appear in the collection.
Perhaps the shortest lived of all Speyside distilleries, Pittyvaich—Gaelic for ‘farmstead at the birch wood’— was the innocent victim of industry restructuring. The distillery closed in 1993 through no fault of its whisky and has long since been demolished. Its pleasing single malt has never been widely available, though it has been proven to age well as none younger than 25 years of age remains.
Most closed distilleries have produced for decades, even centuries before their closure. Pittyvaich lived for a mere 18 years, making it one of the most rarely seen single malts of all. This rare, limited release Forager’s Keep 26 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky has lived longer than the distillery from which it came. It is the first of its kind for the Orphan Barrel Whiskey Co.

Pallini Limoncello 750ml
Pallini · Limoncello · Amalfi Coast Sfusato Lemons · Rome, Italy · 750ml
The Pallini family has been distilling in Rome since 1875 — and their Limoncello is the benchmark by which all others are measured. Made exclusively with Sfusato lemons from the Amalfi Coast, one of Italy’s most prized and protected citrus varieties, Pallini Limoncello captures the essence of the lemon in a way that mass-produced versions simply cannot. Sfusato lemons are larger, more aromatic, and more intensely flavored than ordinary lemons — their thick, oil-rich peel is the key ingredient, macerated in pure grain spirit to extract every last drop of natural lemon essence before being blended with water and sugar to create a liqueur of extraordinary freshness and depth. At $29.99, this is the Limoncello you bring to the table when you want to make an impression.
Luminous lemon-gold in the glass with an alluring, intensely aromatic bouquet of freshly squeezed lemon zest and citrus blossom. On the palate: refreshing and vibrant, with a satiny smooth texture more reminiscent of a fine spirit than a liqueur — bright lemon flavor, perfectly balanced sweetness, and a clean, lingering citrus finish. Serve ice-cold straight from the freezer, pour over vanilla gelato, or use as the base for a Limoncello Spritz or Sour. Drink immediately — that’s the whole point.

Parker's Heritage Collection aged 10yrs Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey Cask Strength 128.8 Proof 750ml
Producer Description
Each year as part of the Parker's Heritage Collection, we select a special whiskey to be released in the name of our late Master Distiller Parker Beam. The barrels selected for this series include Bourbon, Rye, and Wheat Whiskeys, among others, and are some of the finest and most diverse American Whiskeys ever produced. They are a fitting tribute to the expertise of Parker Beam.
The 17th edition of the Parker’s Heritage Collection consists of 10-year-old Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey pulled from 142 barrels. For this release, we used our traditional rye mashbill of 51% rye, 35% corn and 14% malted barley. It was barreled in August, October or December of 2012 and aged on the first floor of Rickhouse H1 and H2, the fifth floor of Rickhouse FF, the third and seventh floors of Rickhouse BB, and the second floor of Rickhouse DD.
At bottling, the liquid was non-chill filtered. This is only the second Rye in the collection and is the longest-aged Rye Whiskey in the Heaven Hill Distillery portfolio, making this a truly special edition.

The bourbon was then blended with 33% 15-year-old bourbon from the 2nd and 5th floors of Rickhouse II. The age of the blended bourbon definitely brings back memories of Promise of Hope and the 11 Year Single Barrel - with its flavor profile not too far off from them either.

Pierde Almas La Purita Verda Mezcal Artesanal Joven 100% Maguey Espadin 750ml
Pierde Almas is one of Mexico’s most revered artisanal mezcal producers — a house committed to methods unchanged since the late 16th century. La Puritita Verda is crafted from 100% Espadin agave grown in San Juan del Rio, harvested after 8–10 years of maturation, and produced by maestro mezcalero Rodolfo Hernández. Every step of production is resolutely traditional: agave hearts baked for up to ten days in earthen ovens, milled under a great stone wheel drawn by horses, fermented slowly without chemicals, and distilled in a wood-fired serpentine copper alembic whose design traces back to Moorish Spain.
The result is a savory, smoky joven mezcal with earthy undertones and genuine depth — complex enough to sip neat, versatile enough to anchor a serious cocktail.
Sustainability: Pierde Almas operates a Wild Agave Reforestation Program, actively replanting wild agave species in depleted areas each rainy season — inviting bartenders, chefs, and journalists to join their annual wild Tobalá planting.

Plymouth SLOE Gin 750ml
The making of fruit gins has long been a tradition in the English countryside, and ours keeps true to a recipe dating back to 1883.
The Nose - A clear character of mellow sloe berries, it’s fruity with notes of sweet cherry and a slight scent of almonds
The Palate - Fruity, smooth and full-bodied, with a perfect balance of sweet and dry
The Finish - Long, fresh and fruity
A 750ml bottle of Plymouth Sloe Gin (26% abv). Sloe berries are slowly and gently steeped in Plymouth Gin, soft pure Dartmoor water and a small amount of sugar for approximately 4 months.
The sugar levels are kept low to allow the full flavour of the berries to shine and allow the dry acidity of the fruit to be an important part of the taste. The result is an entirely natural product with no added flavourings or colourings. Sloe Gin has long been enjoyed as a ’winter warmer’ in the countryside.
