Wine Enthusiast 85-89 Points | The early aroma includes notes of buttered almond, baked peach cobbler, and herbs; aeration allows the aroma to become pleasantly fruity, toffee-like, caramel popcorn-like. Palate entry displays plenty of spirit structure but no fire or rawness; it’s at midpalate that the flavor profile develops as toasty, semisweet, dried fruit tastes of raisins, peaches, orange peel, and nuts take command. Concludes semisweet, lip smacking, and peppery.

Pueblo Viejo Anejo Tequila is a soft orange color that resembles a mild sunset. Throughout the light is bright and transparent with an amber tone. Medium to high bodied. The sweetness of sugary seeds, vanilla, and toasted almond flavors can be savored.

Flavors such as pepper and cinnamon are also present. At the palate experience the sweetness of oak, vanilla, dark chocolate, and roasted almond with a long dried fruit finish. 

Vecchia Romagna Etichetta Nera, or Black Label, Brandy is a luscious Brandy from Italy distilled from Trebbiano grapes. Aged in small oak casks for a total of 3 years, Vecchia Romagna is light on the palate, but with deep and concentrated flavours to deliver a truly refined drinking experience. Suited wonderfully to after dinner alongside a great espresso coffee.

One of the most classic French aperitifs is a pour of gentiane liqueur on the rocks with a squeeze of lemon. Salers is the oldest gentian liqueur of the Massif Central, birthplace to this style of product. It distinguishes itself with a pure, firm, rustic earthy profile. Don Felipe was one of the Botran Merino brothers inspired by glorious Guatemala. Botran No. 12 is a blend for him. Botran No. 12 Reserva Superior Añejo is a premium aged rum produced by Industrias Licoreras de Guatemala.

It is aged for a minimum of 12 years using the Solera System in the mountains of Guatemala and distilled from virgin sugar cane honey. The rum is matured in a combination of three types of casks: American whiskey, Medium toasted American whiskey, and Sherry. Pairing: Nicaraguan puro Montecristo 1935 Anniversary.

This vermouth is based on a Fino sherry with the addition of seven botanicals: wormwood, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, orange peel, savory and red fruits. It is clean, elegant and intense with concentrated citrus aromas perfectly blended with the delicious bitter touches of wormwood and savory.

It shows a persistent and long balsamic aftertaste due to the addition of red fruits. An elegant extra dry vermouth which clearly maintains its Fino origin. Ideal as an aperitif, served over ice with soda and in cocktails.

Gonzlez Byass was founded in 1835 by Manuel Maria Gonz lez and remains in family hands today, now in the fifth and sixth generation. Founded in Jerez de la Frontera, Andalusia, in the heart of Sherry country, it is dedicated to the production of high-quality sherries. The Sherry triangle, made up of Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa Maria and Sanlucar de Barrameda, has a unique microclimate influenced by the surrounding Atlantic Ocean and Guadalquivir and Guadalete rivers.

Production is dominated by the Palomino variety, and vines are planted in the white Albariza soil, with high chalk content which is excellent for retaining moisture. These soil conditions, combined with over 3,000 hours of annual sunshine, fresh, humid breezes from the west (poniente) and warm, dry breezes from the east (levante) have formed the perfect marriage with the Palomino variety to produce an array of sherry styles. All sherries are aged following the traditional Solera system where the wines are blended in 600 liter American oak casks.
