Mionetto’s Prosecco is made from the Glera grape, which is grown in the hills of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand to ensure the highest quality. The wine is then fermented in stainless steel tanks using the Charmat method, which results in a light, refreshing, and effervescent wine.

This Chardonnay grapes come from a single vineyard in Carneros that is influenced by the cooling effect of the Pacific Ocean allowing for a long growing season. Bart Hopkins writes: Ampeleia Estate Unlitro is a light, earthy, natural blend of Alicante (Grenache), Mourvedre, Carignano, Sangiovese and Alicante Bouschet from the Tuscan Coast made by Biodynamic wine grower Elisabetta Foradori. The Ampeleia Estate consists of 150 hectares of which 35 are planted to vines and the remainder to wheat, legumes, vegetables, olive groves, woodlands and animals. This vivacious red, which boasts a modest 12% alcohol, sees no oak during production, keeping it agile, light on its feet and almost too easily quaffable.

Aromas of forest flowers, strawberry blossoms, earthy blood plums and delicate spices open up on the nose with crisp, peppery fruit refreshing the palate complimented by invigorating acidity and gentle tannins on the finish.

Not a trace of heaviness, just a pure, natural expression of organic grape growing and harmonious winemaking done with lots of love.

Winemaker's Description

To bring on the table a one-litre flask is an ancient tradition, and a symbol of conviviality. Hence the name Unlitro, a bottle whose shape and size recall the joy and carefreeness of being together.

This is a wine that comes from our youngest vineyard, the closest to the sea; from a blend of Alicante Nero, Mourvèdre, Sangiovese and Alicante Bouschet. It's a wine that testifies to our desire to express the territory in a more gentle and immediate way, without losing the character of a classic Tuscan wine.

But Unlitro is more than that: it is also a project created to bring together the forces of Tuscan winemakers closest to the values of Ampeleia and support them in the development of organic methods which combines respect and quality.

Noé is one of the rarest and most extraordinary sherries in existence. Produced by González Byass — the historic house behind Tio Pepe — from sun-dried Pedro Ximénez grapes with a final average age of over 30 years, this VORS (“Very Old Rare Sherry”) is a wine of almost incomprehensible concentration and complexity.

With a sugar level of 400 grams per liter, Noé pours like liquid velvet: deep mahogany, viscous, and intensely aromatic. Vinous 93 Points | The 2021 Chardonnay Cordillera de los Andes comes from the Talinay vineyard in Limarí. 50% was aged in French barrels, 23% of them new. Yellow with a greenish sheen. The nose offers green apple notes with hints of pear, acacia, hazelnuts and a whiff of praline over a bed of oak. In the mouth it has a saline feel with a slightly creamy flow and pert freshness. A long-lasting wine.

Decanter 96 Points (Clive Pursehouse) | "Quite the Chardonnay from Brianne Day and the renowned Eola Springs Vineyard in the best Chardonnay appellation in America." Three different blocks and three different clones: Hyde Wente, Mount Eden, and Dijon 96. Captivating lemon curd aromas and rich, honeyed apricots followed by almond pastry cream — dollops of rich lemon cream, ripe peach fuzz, and rich apricot flesh.

Winemaker Notes

Brianne Day chose three blocks and three clones from the gorgeous Eola Springs Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills to get to know the site intimately. Hyde Wente and Mount Eden (California heritage clones) were picked earlier for structure and acid; Dijon 96 was picked later for stone fruit and riper character.

The result is lively, lithe, and built on a solid mineral structure with a supple, glossy mid-palate. Lemon curd, peaches, river stones, lime zest, sweet orange, honeysuckle, and a hint of pastry all come to mind.

Pazo de La Cuesta is a boutique estate in Ribeira Sacra, one of Spain’s most dramatic and exciting wine regions — where steep, terraced vineyards plunge toward the Sil River in Galicia. The Batanero is made from Brancellao, a rare indigenous red grape variety that thrives in the region’s granite soils and cool Atlantic climate. Elegant red with purple nuances and a medium-high depth. Deep nose of cherry, blackcurrant, stone fruits, compotes, and sweet toasted wood. Very direct attack on the palate where freshness and the passage of time prevail. Aromatic nuances emerge at retronasal, calling for another sip to recall them.

Francesc Ricart Brut is a cava made following its Traditional Method in the most representative area of the DO Cava, which is the region of Penedes and Sant Sadurní d´Anoia.

Expressing aromas of toast, honeycomb, sourdough and nougat. Elegant sparkling wine with an intense flavour of the local varieties and fine texture. Citrus peel and hint of forest floor flavours are supported by the toasted bread. 

A careful selection of the best Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Perellada local varieties and a meticulous winemaking process -the second fermentation and the subsequent ageing take place in the bottle- are the basis of this cava. I’m thrilled to kick off 2025 by introducing my latest project: 67 Wine Somm Series Petit Moscato 2024.Once again, I’ve drawn inspiration from the vibrant and dynamic wine culture of NYC! The label design aligns seamlessly with the rest of our 67 Wine Petit Somm Series, maintaining a consistent and stylish aesthetic. Moscato is one of the most popular wine categories in New York, and my goal was to craft a wine that pairs an elegant label with authentic, high-quality juice.

Tasting Notes:

The wine presents a pale lemon-yellow hue with bright highlights. On the nose, it is intensely aromatic, as Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains is renowned for its fragrant character. The palate is lively, offering sweet, fresh fruit flavors of orange, honeydew melon, and peach. A subtle sweetness transitions beautifully into a finish accented with delicate notes of white blossom flowers.

In my view, this Moscato pairs perfectly with spicy Szechuan cuisine, Japanese and Indian dishes, tapas-style appetizers, blue cheeses, and chicken liver pâté.
